Didn't have the storage that I chose is the beginning cause paperwork was all wrong and had to do it over and know I'm stuck with 2 side by side storage spaces

Mice,or rats in a unit. Code didn't work sometimes. No receipt for one unit(1081) when moved out
Marvin P | Overall ExperienceThere were several errors where there was some rope glass near some units plus the lights didn't always activated right away which may seem dark blue and difficult. But after that it's the most part they pretty good. Still haven't unit there and will continue to use U-Haul
HIKEEM R | Overall ExperienceI moved out on Sunday, September 22nd then notified uhaul . They said they would look at it right away. I left the lock & key in storage for them and told them this. I received a notice by mail saying I owe money for the following month. Again they were contacted & reminded I had moved everything and to close out account. They didn't....another call was made and I spoke to iasia who said there were many critical notes on my account and that she would take care of it. Two days ago I received a notice ( a bill) and late fees were added. The following day October 10th my bank account was charge $131.94. This put me in the negative over $69.00. Another call was made and Courtney checked into it. She is having my account closed since it wasn't done properly and said my account will be credited in a few days. My bank has been made aware of the situation as I filled a dispute. U haul on Lewis Ave needs investigating...on a side note they have locked their doors at 6:40pm claiming their closed when in fact the hours state open till 7 pm. Courtney has been very nice looking into this matter. I want my bank card removed from the system and notified that my account is closed.Thank you, Linda Willms

John V | Overall ExperienceThere is no one on staff at this storage facility. The previous owners had air and water if you needed any. U-Haul had no compressor hooked up to the air line so instead of putting air in my low tire I was letting it out. I got a certified letter saying I had to be out of my spot by April 30 I received the notification on April 12th . Not even a month notice after being there for 3plus years. I've never had a problem with staff at any U-Haul. But corporate could careless about anyone. Who does business like that?? If nothing else they should of at least offered last month free for me and everyone else who had the inconvenience of being kicked out of the spot they were renting . 2 👎👎 down U-Haul
