The storage site was at an unmanned location, the manager took us to the storage site and showed us where our storage place was, but incorrect locker was selected at the office. Manager got us back to main Uhaul location and fixed the problem and all is very good. I am happy with service received.

But after that it's the most part they pretty good. Still haven't unit there and will continue to use U-Haul
