I change trucks 2 times very bad service, I wanted to buy blankets and on the contract was rented! It was a disaster I lost my fly because the trucks was not working and I wait 4 hours to the wrecked to come and much more was a nightmare!

PHILIPOS GBetter drop box would be great. Even if the box is inside the store when it drops. Because dropping it and it falls to the ground where people can see and possibly break in is not a good idea.

YARNEKA BI was charged for appliance dolly that didn’t work I even told the guy at checkout and he didn’t even offer a refund. Then using mobile pickup I was given a truck that wasn’t even there I had to go inside and tell tell to switch me trucks that whole ordeal took an extra 45 mins of my time

Sean GIt was not acceptable that you say you have trucks at a location then when you call me to confirm you send me an hour away because that location doesn’t have trucks. That cost me $150 because I was late getting home and I had set the movers to be there but the hour to pick up and and hour back instead of 20 minutes. Then that screwed up my schedule so the truck was late and you charged me an extra day fee. I will go get a truck somewhere else if I ever move again
Gerald LThe lot wasn’t lit, and I couldn’t tell where to park the truck. The guy inside made me go back and take a pic of the mileage and gas, during which ai slipped on the step rail of the truck and cut myself. He didn’t have any bandaids or first aid. The location was basically a run down convenience store with an unmaintained, unlit lot for parking.
ROBERT SFrom start to finish everything went good for me , im glad it turned out for me timing wise it all worked out for my needs. Just haven't seen the final changes yet all the logging in and registering in ,, not my kinda thing.

Vicki SI was charged $48 and they took it from my account. I received an email saying that I only owe $18 which I agree I may owe $18 for the mileage but they took $30 more.
JOSEPH MI was not told there would be a padlock on the back of the U-Haul, I was given the car key without the padlock key. I drove all the way to my destination, unpacked a couch and TV from a storage unit got it to the back of the truck and couldn’t load it in because I couldn’t unlock the padlock. Try to charge my phone in the U-Haul truck with a car charger My friend lent me and neither of the ports worked in the U-Haul. I drove back to the location in the U-Haul, paying for more miles, the representative Melissa was rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience. This was a Friday. I called back Saturday to speak with a manager and was told to call back Monday. I call on Tuesday to speak with a manager and was unable to get through to the store to speak with a representative
BRIANNA HSomehow make the process with the mobile pick up better and make a little easier to rent a Van or Pickup truck after store hours.
SONDRA EPlease ask the people who work there to check the fuel in the equipment and then mark it on the contract. Rather than just randomly putting it on contract

Pauline GPulling up to the entrance, the arrow signs for return vehicles was pointed toward the next property, which ended up making us have to turn around on a one way road.
Erin MOur containers were repeatedly moved to different facilities, and always had to be hunted down, as if you’d lost the containers and our possessions. Your system repeatedly failed to maintain the history of our containers - it “forgot” all previous activities and actions involved, so manager’s notes, etc., were lost when a container was (without our knowledge) returned to a different facility than it came from. Deliver of our possessions from Arizona to Texas: B Handling of our containers thereafter: F Would I recommend U-Haul and U-Boxes to a friend? Strongest possible “NO”.
