Marsha DNoticed the tires were brand new, but not sure if they were balanced properly. When the trailer was loaded and got up to speed, I noticed vibration from the trailer.
Francisco MAfter a very frustrating pickup experience at another U-Haul location, I returned my truck and was fortunate to be helped by Melissa Olivares. She took the time to carefully review my rental, listened to my concerns, and worked through the issues to make sure everything was corrected. Thankfully, I had time-stamped photos of both the fuel gauge and odometer, which proved invaluable in documenting the errors from the pickup location. Melissa thoroughly reviewed the evidence and made sure everything was resolved correctly. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed, despite the extra time it took to fix a problem she didn’t create. Melissa’s outstanding customer service completely changed my impression of the experience. U-Haul is lucky to have an employee who is so dedicated to doing the right thing. She truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

Elizabeth PI was charged for a missing dolly that was not in the vehicle. The person that rented me the vehicle told me there was not one there. I called the location and they didn’t answer so I was sent to corporate. They tried to call and still got no answer. Now I have to wait 72 hours for a reply.

Janet SI rent from U-Haul about once a month and I have had some really bad experiences with the mom and pop run u-haul stations, so I chose to use this corporate location. I picked up the truck with the gas gauge showing just short of 3/4 of a tank and when I returned it with the guage showing at the 3/4 mark, the female manage came in and told me I was 1 gallon short so I questioned the guage, when I went out to check it in, it gives you an option to set the gas guage.I did that and even snapped a picture just to be sure, when I questioned the gas guage she snapped at me and told me why didnt I come in if the gas guage was a ittle short, very rude, then when she realized she was reading the paperwork wrong, no apology no sorry, just ohh, your good to go. U-haul I have had major issues the past 5 times I have rented from you, you have had to pay me the $50 Guaranty 3 times this year one of those times I didn't get my truck it cost me over 1,000.00 in lost revenue, will I ever get reimbursed for that, heck no , but dang short 1 gallon bet your ass they are collecting, U-Haul do better,

Eart SThe system was down on Saturday may 30th. It was a nightmare to get my u-haul. I had to go to 3 different places. You guys cancelled my reservation and gave my U-haul to someone else. No one explained how to use the 24/ 7 on the app. I spent hours calling you all to get help but all you all would do is send some video that never tells you that it will only work when you are at the location pick up. It took me close to 3 hours to finally get a u haul. Horrible experience.

Veronica MWalked in and asked for a truck that was available online. They said it wasn’t available. Then made me take 10 minutes to reserve it on my phone before. It’s not available in person but is available through phone? Very strange system.

J TArrived to drop off my rental where it was clearly marked to return all rentals. There were workers outside looking busy but no one came up to me and at least let me know what I needed to do or that I would be attended to after they were done with whatever they were doing. So I went inside and there was a line of folks trying to rent a Uhaul, finally the young lady at the counter asked me if I was returning, I said yes. She told me there was someone outside that could help me. There was a young man with headphones in his ears that looked bothered when I asked if he could help me. His attitude changed when I asked him if I was bothering him? I backed up the trailer where he told me to back it up to and checked me in. I'm just wondering why he didn't do all that when I arrived? He should have at least communicated with me what was expected. Employees need to understand what customer service is!!!!

david bOrganization of staff to help customers was terrible. In both check-in and drop off. For a Saturday, in May there should have been more than 2 people working.
Justin PVery long wait times. Lady in front of us was arguing prices with the poor people behind the desk and it took 2 of them to keep her from losing her sanity. Very weird situation, like she wanted the equipment for free or something. This caused us to stand there for nearly half hour waiting to rent our moving trailer. Once it was our turn, our process was quick and the person helping us was fantastic.

I took the car for rental and it was having many issues like giving so much wobbling,fuel leak and front door not fitting correctly and they didn’t inform earlier on this And once I returned the truck staff was completely unresponsive and not giving any discounts Very very bad experience

Johnny OIt rained and truck leaked all our stuff got wet. While at location to pick up rental only had two slow workers. I asked for free upgrade but was given a bunch of excuses why I couldn't get one then was told my card would have to be charged twice. Very disappointed I should of used Budget instead. I'm still waiting for my deposit refund and feel I should be compensated for the leak in truck damaging and making move harder on us.
RONDA KYour team is in need of a customer service course. Ride dry unwelcoming attitudes. Also said gas had said amount and it was less than so we took a pic. We were also informed that truck was pulled upfront nope and we were at this truck and no one said hey it’s over there. You guys are already hard to get to then to experience these poor miserable souls bad I’m not being ugly but I don’t think they like their jobs. This is coming from an operations managers standpoint. I would not hire not a one of the staff at this location.
Christipher AThe tech that hooked up the car hauler didn't cross the emergency cables under the hitch. For clarification, steel cables covered in plastic are used on this particular trailer instead of chains. When I asked why, he said they don't do that anymore. Never heard of this, so I crossed the cables. Then I get an email for safety procedures for the rental and it shows to cross the cables. When returning the car hauler the next day, I metioned it to another tech that was checking me in, and he said the same thing. I'll still use the haulers and will continue to cross the safety cables/chains as you should.
