jesus gThere’s no parking at all at this location unless you’re on the street and it’s just not a safe street to get in and out of your car the access road traffic is crazy. Also our rental van smelled like someone hauled cattle inside. Just yuck ! It was clean but the smell was foul.

ANTHONY PProvide appropriate timing, as in not closing before 7pm. I arrived at 5 mins prior to close and was turned around as others were present. All the while I had a conversation with the employee outside; wasting minutes to say what to enter into the uhaul form app as time is ticking. What made it so hard to let me in talk about the same thing ? Those same keys and drop-off could've been on time had he not been running his mouth. So unfortunately I was late and charged with no return back. You'd say I shouldn't complain but a day prior I arrived at the same time ; 5 mins before and was served. I guess of course because I spent a bit of money sheesh. I just feel the employee could've took my keys himself while was outside wasting my time and costing me extra and leaving me at the gate beforehand. Not to mention the mix up with the building due to their construction and having to back out a 10 foot truck into traffic in the opposite direction of the road. For that , there should be a grace period because the world doesn't work there , it's an inconvenience. Address needs to be change immediately, it cost me.

Ramadoss CObviously they are still.dping construction on site but overall they were helpful and friendly. My only problem was my phone number was enter incorrect. Therefore I wasn't able to use self return with QR code. Hopefully its fixed by now. I also appreciate the fact the tank was almost full and the lock on back on truck. Never seen that before or in long time. All thanks to Jonas and Ariana.

MICHAEL GMy rental was at the following location: 9451 I-10, San Antonio, TX 78230. The 2 female employee were not friendly or welcoming, when picking up van. They did not greet the customer i.e. “welcome”, “how can I help you”, etc. I was informed that the per mile cost would be $0.99 even though the rental was booked online at a $0.79 rate. Employee did not offer a solution stating, “I don’t write the online adds”. Even after showing her the correct online rate ($0.79), she made no attempt to remedy. I expect U-Haul to issue a refund for the difference because what I was charged ($0.99) and what was advertised ($0.79). This could be considered false advertising or it’s possible this could lead to employee fraud, for example an employee could “charge” a higher rate, compared to the advertised rate, and pocket the difference. Please address these issues. I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend to friends or family.
GREGORY AAbsolutely atrocious 24/7 vehicle pick up arrangement. No instructions. Video on U-Haul website out of date and completely incorrect. It took over two hours on phone with customer service, as well as online chat to get the vehicle keys—-AFTER I had already pre-registered on-line earlier in the day. Not working at all! I would suggest that you always pick up vehicle when office is open, or find another company
robert mThe radio on the truck was locked, when i called to find out how to unlock it, they told me it was a recently installed radio and it has to be scanned. So no radio on a 11 hour drive. The engine light was on the entire trip, sometimes it flashed. I also had the wavy lines light come on for a period of time. when i was waiting for a response about the radio and i was going back and forth with chatting and trying things on the radio, i locked the keys in the truck. For only $200 uhaul will get the truck unlocked for you! Outrageous!!!!! no thank you.
DAVID MBe aware of extra charges. At the beginning they told me one rate and when I return the truck, they charged me almost double.

JACALEEN RWas giving the wrong storage unit,no contact,paid movers to move my stuff and couldn’t get into my storage. It was a horrible experience of having to wait a keep calling or going back and forth for proper service. Wasted money on movers an still wasn’t able to move at my time frame. Customer service was awful

khelil bThe location was literally an empty lot not even paved I had to go and locate my truck it wasn’t brought up front nor was the dolly I requested loaded in the truck. The truck itself was horrible. No air conditioning, and the seat was broken and couldn’t be adjusted the steering wheel was sticky and gross. Just overall disgusting
