Yesterday was a complete disaster for me. After I rented the storage. I had to get a moving truck to get my stuff at the storage. I was charged 150 for an hour. Now they took my things at the storage the storage gate was locked. I called to see if they could come and open the gate so I can put my stuff in. It was just called after another and telling me sorry. Sorry was not going to pay the extra hours. I was so frustrated I told the lady that was on the phone with me that I was going to broke the little lock that was at the garage door then she told me they will charge me with criminal activity. I just couldn’t believe it. The rental guy was so mad . They had to rent me one of their garage to put my things I had to pay 300 dollars last night. And then tomorrow he has to move my stuff again from his garage to the storage and I am going to pay extra money again. I had a very bad experience yesterday

KARINA D | First ImpressionsMy move out date was December 8th 2024 NOT February 14th 2025 .I'm still getting invoiced saying I owe hundreds of dollars for a storage unit I moved out of 2.5 months ago!!! I informed the facility around December 25 that I had moved out on dec8th. I paid for almost a full month that I wasn't there. And I had thought I would be getting a refund of December charges but still haven't received any news on that happening. I have emailed and called several times and they still seem to think my stuff is there. !!!! I've been threatened with a lien and a bad rating on my credit and prosecution and garnishment for money I don't owe. If I receive anything but a months refund I'm taking it to my lawyer and seeing about filing harassment against uhaul. Send me my money and call it a day!!
William P | Overall ExperienceI tried getting a hold of management for two weeks and nobody ever called me back and I went into the office and they always said the manager was never there. Tried talking to them about why my rates kept going up because when I first went there when it was cube smart. It was $78 and I ended up leaving and it was supposed to go up to $126 and I was only there for a year and a half. Bathroom was never clean or stocked when I was there. Was never given a key to get in. Was never given a code to get in so I waited on the phone for an hour to find out why I didn’t get a code to check in or out and what it was. The units themselves are nice for sure. But nothing else.

My set is brand new and I’ve never slept in it but overall it was a well lit and secure building. I really adore the owner.😊😊😊😊

After countless dead ends and hopeless promises and 6 months later I removed my stuff from their storage facility. I was a faithful customer who was on auto pay and my questions and issues still remain unresolved! Emails and phone calls were made and still no follow through.

Danielle V | Overall ExperienceThe having to enter my pin into one key pad to “check in” and then turn around to another key pad to enter the code yet again to gain access to the building is incredibly frustrating. If I’m entering my door code, I’m checked in. End of story. And as for the big letters across the front of the building “Uhaul 24/7 self-storage” it’s a very deceptive blatant lie. After 10 pm, your door code doesn’t work and you get locked out. Like wow. Not at all 24-7. You guys should have made that a little more clear when signing up that I would have restricted access. I would have gone somewhere else.

Was also billed for a unit well after I had been refunded and removed then had to jump through customer service hoops to rectify the situation. Called the location 7-10 times during office hours and a person in their actual office never picked up the phone once. Always sent to customer service at corporate overall bad experience.

It took an hour to get my reservation completed and then was not informed it was at a separate location wasting more of my time. I moved out and still had to call 800 customer service to get my rental closed.

I was given no code and had to be let in by elderly couple to get access. I was locked out and no answer when I called location. I still do not have code or access and was given no help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!

A young lady in training was helping me but didn’t know what she was doing the young man training took over and she proceeded to lay her head on his arm and not pay attention to learn. After a bit she got up walked over to the other young man’s work space to flirt and play, he told her to go back she was helping a customer. Very uninterested in doing anything she should be. I got my paperwork and went to find my locker and found out the map I was given was not that location and I was never informed of this. Took an hour to get helped fully. There is more but sick of this and will never use this facility again!!

JAMES G | Overall ExperienceThe facility is extremely hard to get ahold of. I was always directed to the call center, regardless of time of day. On my final move out, I called twice, 6 hours after the first time, to be able to speak to someone because my call wasn't being returned, like the call center person had put in the notes. Then the following afternoon, a young guy called me and acted like there were no notes in from when I spoke the night before. I also had to request for my move out email to be resent because I never received it like they had said I would. A little better communication from the office would be great for the people renting. I understand the call center if the local office is closed but when they're open, that's who people want to talk to.

Very well lit, clean and appealing! Short staffed, but these days, it is difficult to find Excellent help that REALLY care about their customers!!!

Scott N | Overall ExperienceI was dissatisfied that I had to keep going across the street for paperwork and payment because no one was at U-Haul where my storage is. I was told that I needed to sweep out the unit I moved out of and when I went to move into a unit there was stuff all over the floor and I had to sweep it also. The general manager that I was introduced to at my U-Haul unit was very helpful and accommodating when he was there, and was very disappointed yesterday when I found out he was no longer working there. I don't know those circumstances but I wished he was still there. And when I went to the other U-Haul across the street some girl was jumping around like a little kid behind the counter and it just looked unprofessional.
