JOY RThe pick up was amazing. I called to ask if they had the size I needed and because I was in the system when I hung up I received a reservation via text. Pick up was quick and easy. Drop off was terrible experience. I was told that fuel would be 5.50 a gallon and because I was in a hurry I was fine with that and drive straight back. The person checking in told me my final price was going to be almost 50$ more than I was quoted for a 40 mile 3 hour trip. When I questioned it. He informed me that there is a hidden 30$ up charge on top of the fuel charge because the fuel was lower than a certain amount yet they sent me out at under a 1/4 tank. Based on pick up I would use this place in the future. But based on how I was talked to in delivery it’s a hard pass.

RICARDO GI was charged.twice for the floor dolly and the mats. I only used 6 mats the other 6 are still in the bag and with the seal. I also got charged twice for safe move. When I rented the truck this morning I told the rep I wouldn't be dropping off until 11 ish and she said that's fine we are closed anyways. I thought she would have made a note in the system. She stated as long as it was returned before they opened the next day there was no charge. Please review and change the overall charge to my card. Thank you.

SHAUN Lwindshield and mirrors dirty, could not see out of passenger side mirror. other than that all was fine. Felt like some costs added at check in were not explained. Went from a $29.95 Ad, to a final cost close over $100.00. for a 36 mile trip.

JASON RFirst of all the truck I received had less than a quarter tank. And it was not ready when I picked it up 20mins past the pickup time. Had to be mopped and didn’t have the equipment requested. Took longer to pick up than planned. Lastly, when I dropped it off, the guy didn’t even check me in, he asked if I had any problems and said he would get to it when like get to it. I returned it as I got it with the proper tank fill too. Got charged an extra $15 for what I assume is gas and no explanation. A little disappointed in the service.
RYAN VAs usual, this location is the best with the best customer service along with Dupont storage U-Haul! I didn’t get the truck I wanted and reserved at Dupont but 12th St. in Brazil had the truck for me and I appreciate the last minute service

STEVEN HNow that the middle aged white guy is gone. Rejoicing! He was not happy with his job, hated the neighborhood and everyone in it. Now that a kind, professional and smart WOMEN is running the show, things are much much better.
ANGELA AI hooked up my car and went to leave and got down the road and realized the Safety chain and the emergency brake chain weren't connected. I was beyond frustrated. I could’ve killed somone had the trailer came off and I would’ve had to live with that guilt my entire life. Or lost the $2200 car I just bought. Then when I went to return it I was trying to leave and the person that did my order never took photos so I was told not to go anywhere so he could hook it up and take pictures so he didn’t get in trouble and even in the picture he took he didn’t hook it up properly.

I would recommend this U-hall office to all my friends that to use hall in the future office person explained contract form and was well versed in explaining the process on what to do at the end off our use of vehicle

He immediately greeted me with a smile and was able to return the U-Haul truck and tow dolly without any problems.

James WTruck needed an alignment, tires need to be balanced and feels like thw drive shaft is put of balance as well. Truck drove horribly. Cheapest truck i think I've ever driven, no Bluetooth connection for the phone either and no way to mount a cellphone to use for maps. No diesel engine option and extremely poor gas mileage and uncomfortable to drive

BEATRICE MEveryone at U-Haul was great and had amazing customer service. The reps on the phone and in person staff were top notch. This was my first experience with U-Haul and I will be back. Dylan at the pick-up location was very helpful and nice. The QR code I downloaded didn't work well for me. I kept trying as he was walking out to go home. He was nice enough to take care of it on his phone after he was off the clock. It would've been an issue if he wasn't there. He looked at my phone and realized something wasn't working. He needs to be recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you!
