This team was extremely helpful in ensuring my truck's towing light plug was fully functional. Found a blown fuse and saved time on the pickup end in CA. Not the least put out to help and refreshing to have nice customer service. Likewise on the return, great team. Will use again when the need arises.
Keith BHad a reservation, reservation was cancelled/ passed around/ changed to 4-5 branches. Pickup day came and I spent half day driving around tracking down equipment only to discover it wasn’t available. Booked cancelled and rebooked until finally one was found with little hope left for one for some wedding arrangements for the next day. Horrible experience. Makes your company look weak, unorganized, unprofessional, poorly ran and managed, with insufficiently trained personnel. Finally after this ridiculous loss of time and gasoline from driving around all day, personel knowing what my experience had been, they did not offer to try somewhat alleviate issue by maybe reducing my rental rate or providing some sort of adjustment or heck even a free rental, I had to ask for it AND I had to remind each branch employee about it because they don’t read their own internal notes and was charged regular price. Until finally I was heard by an employee from one of your Auburn Wa Branch locations. He reminded area leader or managment and was finally given a $50 rate guarantee. (Something is better than nothing) I mean I spent a bit over a quarter of a tank of gasoline driving around with my V8 pickup truck. Overall grade(F)

He honestly changed our moods and helped to get us through. Thank you he also assisted us in getting a storage unit super great service. If I need a rental again it will be from this location with Jason.

Jose AHard to update moving help start time, load location, and time needed online. Impossible wait time to handle it over the phone. I can see that this could cause confusion and potential overpayment if hours added weren't actually used or if load destination not clear and caused delays.

STEVE WThe van was really smooth and comfortable to drive. It would be helpful to have some parking stalls to leave personal vehicles. A slight frustration is having to use the app to return after-hours. I'm not sure why a web link is perfectly fine for checking out a vehicle, but returning the vehicle needs the app? After a long day of moving, I don't want to go through the slow process (and use my limited cell data) to download and operate an app I otherwise would never have on my phone.

James TCheck your vehicles before it gets rented out that means to make sure all the lights are working and tell the customer to open the back up and take a picture with the license plate showing the headlight was not working properly which caused me to not be able to drive at night and that is when I planned on doing most of the moving so I couldnt get the job done now I have to rent another u haul to finished moving my stuff out by a certain date and I cant afford to pay for another u haul. I'm probably going to lose my stuff.
