The rental was quite expensive. I feel that some items could be included such as load straps, some boxes etc.

YUNIESKY JI had a reservation for a Uhaul at Ace Hardware on 83rd Ave & Camelback in Glendale, AZ & when I went to pick it up they said NONE of the Uhaul reps showed up today & just sent me on my way. Went to 67th Ave & Bethany and told them what happened d and the girl, Alex accommodated me immediately! Won’t EVER reserve one from the other location ever again because this could’ve done way wrong if tons of people rented theirs out! Thank you, Alex for helping me out!

ANDREUS WStandard rental ko n issues just used the truck to move 12 ft roll of carpet a few hours and spent 50 bucks with everything nothing crazy average cost, per mile is a bit high hut then ahain sonis gas nowadays.

RICHARD IYour mechanics could actually replace the brake shoes on the auto transport trailer instead of just adjusting it out until the brake shoes are worn away. The lack of maintenance on the equipment pushed my truck about 9 miles down a 6% grade causing my truck brakes to fade. I held a CDL for 20+ years so I know what I am doing or it would have been a not so great ending. The trailer drums were cool to the touch so that is a very clear indicator of no trailer brakes as well. I will most likely not ever use uhaul again. A refund would be great since I have to replace the smoked brakes on my truck.

ENDEA WOn busy days schedule additional help to help get the customer through the line. Stephanie did an amazing job and her customer skill was right on. But, it would be less stressful for her or anyone else waiting on customer to have the additional help when needed.

Lisa MI was charged $784. When I should be charged $411. I drove back to the orginal location and added more gas than given to. My bank flagged for fraud. Not what I expected when I did right by my contract.

Stephanie MI was pretty disappointed. I got a call two hours before my pick up saying they didn’t have trucks available, but when I arrived at the location initially before they moved it, to a different there was 10 of the trucks that I reserved and they said that there was none I had a reservation for 4 1/2 months prior to yesterday and it was further out, and I still was charged even though they lowered the mileage rate I still got charged for the extra mileage not cool U-Haul
SCOTT KI was the only customer initially and I waited for about 10 minutes because nobody was inside. The employee that worked outside said that the female employee would return soon. Then she returned. At this point there’s a line. Then Homeless and drug addicted people were walking in and talking to the employees. The employees did not walk me to the truck and just told me to find the truck with the same number on the keys. There were a lot of other trucks so this took awhile. Also, the employee said there was 1/4 full gasoline and it was under that amount. I still filled up beyond that amount before returning the truck because I didn’t want to be charged additional fees. This was by far the worse Uhaul experience.
Celina CThis location bailed me out of a situation I was in when the other Uhaul location failed in its commitment. I will definitely use this location again as they had what I needed and were a delight to work with.
