The whole purpose of no contact and checking in on the app is defeated when you have to walk inside to get the keys.
Lock your trucks. We had 3 homeless people in our rental truck. The manager was there to inspect and clesn the truck before we left.
I rented a car hauler. The front wheel straps were tangled adn we spent an hour untangling & removing knots. This put us behind making our move schedule.
The online phone app needs work
Amazing people work here, have used this location to rent 6x12 trailers multiple times and have always been very satisfied with the service. Last time I came in a girl named Dallas helped me, she does an awesome job helping customers, definitely an asset to this location.
Bad brakes on truck and almost had an accident because of it, i told the owner but no response

Reducing the wait times by having more than one employee in the store. I give Amanda Miera an excellent rating because she did everything possible for each and every customer when she had to deal with everything by her self without any other help or staff. She is what made that store excellent, and many customers such as myself didn't have reservations. Each time I was in the store, there were at least 4 customers waiting Saturday afternoon. I give Corporate management a poor rating by not not having am employee from another store assigned to help her out that day
I don't think you need to do anything else. I had a great experience with Dallas and Bijun pick up and my return. Both displayed excellent customer service and professionalism. If I had an improvement for you they would be your solution- hire more men and women like unto them.
In all the years I've used a U-Haul never had issues until this experience. It started off I was scheduled to pick up at 43rd in Camelback which was fine. Then the day before my pick up Casey called to confirm my pick up however this time she said I needed to pick up at 35th and Indian school which is not the location I set up for. Then that evening I received a text message to confirm to pick up on 51st and Glendale again which is not the location. So the day of pick up I went to 51st and Glendale as advised by a gentleman and of course there was no vehicle for me to pick up as they said supposedly someone I didn't drop off the truck. Then I was advised to go to 67th Ave and Bethany pickup the truck. Then when I was done with the truck I was told to drop off at 9160 W. Van BUREN And of course that facility was closed and I could not drop off the vehicle then I called and was told to drop it off at 9123 West Van Buren. I dropped off the key And there was an older man there and just stay to leave the keys on the counter that did not seem very secure for me so I called the one 800 number to let them know that I dropped off the truck. In all my years with using you have never had this much trouble. Hopefully my next experience won't have this much difficulty. U-Haul really needs to get organized and planned for the day when vehicles are reserved

On a Saturday morning there was only one person working the counter. I didn't see anyone else outside either. He did an excellent job getting people processed, sometimes using two registers to do it. It's hard for him to go outside to hook up a trailer while 5 people wait in line for assistance. Maybe another person to help around there is needed during busy times.

Need more than one person waiting on customers I had a reversation and waited almost 45 minutes not acceptable
We received a call at 8:15 pm the night prior to when we were supposed to pick up the uhaul. The woman said that they did not have the truck we reserved anymore for 7 am and it would not be available until noon that day. This trip was planned weeks in advance, and we were traveling to California to pick up things. Leaving at 12 noon was a huge shift to the original agreement. On top of that, the woman from Uhaul did not offer any apologies for this inconvenience. I work in customer service, and it is these times were it is important to at least make things right. The woman from uhaul proceeded to tell me that she could not â€œpredict the futureâ€ so she couldn't guarantee my uhaul to be there (which I had reserved weeks prior). After this conversation the next day, My husband went in and spoke to the manager who said he had no authority to give us any discounts. So my husband spoke with the head department who told us that manager he just spoke to had full and complete authority to give us a discount for the inconvenience. It seemed as if no one could help or offer any type of compensation for our loss of time going to California. Finally, the manager said we can only give you 50$ off. So reluctantly we took the 50$ as that was apparently all they could offer, but we will not be returning as customers. Our experience was awful, and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!
Terrible customer service upon receiving the rental we were told not to wory about inspecting the vehicle for damages while returning the rental we were questioned about the condition of the vehicle very rude like also after seeing we hade sprung for the insurance informed us to disregard the unnecessary rudeness
Improve customer service people train them to be more knowledge about the job stop hiteing liars to represent your company had trouble with this company before about the same shit the lady told me I would get 30% discount on the gas if I brought the truck back where it was when I rented it I was told.at the drop off site that she played she was late hooking up the truck everything they quoted to me was a lye I feel that I need to be compensated for some of my money
