JOSE HThe place needs refreshing. Seems dingy and dirty. A little paint and updated counters goes a long way. Upgrade payment system to accept Apple Pay. Also the male employee that was there when I got my trailer didn’t even check the trailer lights until I asked him too. He looked sloppy and was unwelcoming. Also the following day a different employee was wearing crocs. Dress attire is too casual. Also there was no organization for the line or check in. There were just a bunch of customers gathered around near the counter….no number system, no line nothing. Otherwise I guess this uhaul was just ok.

Lissely GI rented a trailer recently and I brought it up to the attention of the person hooking up my trailer that the marker light was missing. I was told to take it up to management. So I did. But before doing that, I was instructed to turn on my hazards to verify that those lights work. I wasn’t asked to stop on the brakes to verify that the brake lights work. I told the manager about the marker light and the manager simply responded with “oh”. This is the second time I get a trailer that has a defect from this location.

Miguel BPenalize those returning their vehicle and blocking entrance for other rental trucks to return their vehicle at late night drop off. I tried to return my truck and a renter blocked the entrance where it left an empty space that could’ve parked 4 more vehicles. I had to keep it until next day to return it. Even though I wasn’t charged an extra day, the time to overnight and spend the time and money to return the truck next day is all to the other renters fault for blocking the driveway

Cabreny MThis U-Haul is our go-to place, but not being tech savvy made this a lengthy experience cutting into our moving schedule.Two employees and many inexperienced customers was not that great. Perhaps a digital educator in each office will help.

JUAN HThe two employees on Friday 8th of November were terrible. They gave me a locked U-Haul and I drove to my house to load and had to drive back in traffic for a whole hour . I get there and have to wait another 30 minutes because they don’t think I’m priority. I’m offered a discount for my troubles that I never got. Never in a million years would I ever go to this location . You guys were terrible.

JOHN HThe employee (wore glasses, no name badge) who checked me out, did not tell me he was doing so. Instead, he went outside and checked me out via email and applied the rental fees to my credit card I had on file. I wanted to pay with cash which I did when Jose helped me. Jose was attentive and professional, unlike the other guy. I also appreciate employee Gabby’s service - personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
