The lady who helped us was very polite, helpful, professional. Though there were multiple people in the office, she was patient and helped each one calmly and professionally.
RICKEY BNo improvements noted at this time, actually, Nicole was awesome! Very interactive, knowledgeable and committed to her customers. This was my observation as I waited to return the vehicle. She took and responded to each individual customer’s concern without interruption or causing a bottle neck in the process. I usually use the U-Haul on parkerville but going forward I have found my spot! Thank you Nicole for helping me! Because of your choice in recommending the right vehicles rental my project was a success!
MONIQUE SThe young lady was by herself managing customers both inside and outside of the place and the wait was almost 2 hours! . This was the 2 place U-Haul sent me to after the 1st place was completely shut down and out of business so my move was haunted causing more money, time and distance. Then to top it off I was over charged for rental cost!!!!! And now have a dispute in. This was the worse experience ever.

RHONDA WI called on 4.3.25 at 9:53am and Nicole answered the phone and ask if I could hold, I said sure. To be left on hold for literally 30 mins is unacceptable. Once some did pick the phone up, they just hung it up to disconnect me. I called back and Nicole assisted me with my concern of my refund. She said it takes 3-5 days to return it back, when it was already debited Sunday. I have returned several things in my life and it has NEVER taken 3-5 days to return funds. When I came in on Sunday to pick the U-Haul up, the lady said that the system would HOLD the $100.00 until the vehicle was returned. That was NOT true, there is a $100.00 deduction from my account on Sunday, 3.30.25, which has caused some of my bills to be returned. I would NEVER refer anyone to this location

SANDRA JVehicle was taken from the house and was reported stolen the next day after being discovered missing. Immediately notified U-Haul and was told to get a stolen vehicle report Which i did Reported to U-Haul that i followed their instructions Was contacted by DALLAS POLICE DEPARTMENT about the incident Have not heard back from U-Haul since the incident Tonight I discovered that I was charged $5,000.00 on my bank card with my authorization Should’ve not been charged anyway for something I took insurance on 2 months later I was charged for this I would like to have my money returned to my account Why wasn’t I notified from U-Haul about they received the truck back

FREDERICK SI was mistreated over charged on the rental of a truck and trailer as well as over paid on , miles the store manager was rude and no help I ended up paying $941.24 for a round trip from Dallas tx to mt Pleasant tx and back brought there truck back and least then a 24 hour time limit.
MARCUS MMarlon was incredible! The whole place was understaffed though. That should be fixed. Marlon was doing his best. I was worried bauce the reviews were so bad but the only issue I faced seemed to be on the UHual National level. The system was glitching and it slowed down the long line of people waiting to be attended to. But Marlon was awesome.

SHARON WI’m disappointed in your website because it said it would be cheaper to bring the truck back to you than leaving it in Irving. Irving would have charged me 109 for 24hr with 30 miles. You charged me 169 for staying an hour over the 5hr
EARLINE FThe truck had a blown out headlight and needed an alignment very bad. I had a 24 hour rental with movers but brought it back that night and parked it when I realized the headlight was out. I did not get to complete my move.

TRACEY WThere was stuff spilled on the inside the truck, I took pictures. It wasn't clean. The floor inside the cab wasn't clean. But, the gentleman who helped me that morning was very friendly and helpful. I would rent from there again.

Barbara FI honestly don't believe that I would change anything in regards to my experience with U-Haul. From making the reservation to changing the type of moving vehicle that I needed to picking it up and dropping it back off everything was good.

SHANNON MThe inside rental (bldg 1100) on Westmoreland is NOT SECURE. Units have been broken into. Belongings spilled into hallway for more than a week.
BENJAMIN TI was overcharged for mileage and they never even fixed it. The manager was supposed to call me back and she never even called me back. Overall customer service is awful at this location. I will never use this U-Haul location again. I know i didn't drive 91 miles.

RODNEY GThe young lady at the desk was Amazing. She was multitasking making sure everyone was acknowledged even answering the phone. Now there was another gentlemen there well actually two one was sitting on the boxes just looking the one behind the counter was assisting a customer but never attempted to briefly answer the phone or acknowledge anyone else smh.. When we returned she's was again helping customers and multitasking. That's customer service!
