The place smelled like a pound of weed. The staff was playing with each other and laughing instead of attending to reserving my truck. I had to repeat myself over and over because the guy helping wasn't paying attention and kept asking the same questions. At one point he ignored my questions. The owner finally took over and finished my contract. They forgot to take a lock off the truck so we had to drive all the way back to have it removed. This interfered with my time, gas, and mileage. When I call I never get an answer. I held for 30 minutes twice. I never got to talk to anyone about adjusting my contract and they still charged me for overages even though it was there fault.LAPREA L.

My reservation was double booked. I got to my assigned truck and another customer was there and showed me the keys and the contract for the exact same truck. It took 45 minutes to resolve. They gave me another smaller 15' van but kept the rate at $39.99. Also, I only used half the miles I paid for which was 50...but I only recieved $2 back. Also, they kept my name on the other customers rental putting me at risk to be liable for damage or theft costs. They boasted about a reservation guarantee of $50 but did not provide that since my reservation was not available at the time I placed it. Also, the people helping us were very ratchet saying vulgar words to each other. The male called the female a fat a**! And she says to him out loud "you should have gotten c**ch** last night while atleast 5 patrons where within earshot. Also when I went to drop the Uhaul off, they were eating Crablegs at the counter, not stopping to assist me. Speaking with a full mouth for me to "just leave the keys over there. This was a horrible experience.KETRA T.
Great location but the guy working was there by himself and getting run ragged.. He still was helpful and friendly even while dealing with 3-4 customers at the same time. Word of advice? GIVE HIM A RAISE, hard workers like him are hard to find!Brian B.
The man behind the counter was laying on the counter as he was helping me. He even had the nervers to put his head down in his arm while talking to us. ! I was not pleased. The truck didnt have a dolly!!!!Jacqueline H.

When I brought the truck back. I had a hard time checking it back in and what hurts is I brought it back before time. I was so proud of myself. I didn't do nothing I was supposed to do. I put the key in right place, but I didn't know to take a picture and I took almost an hour to check in. Boy do I feel dumb. It was my first time hopefully I do better the next time.DEBORAH YVONNE F.
I called and reserved a 10' Uhaul at 1p as I needed to pickup 2 chairs that would not fit in my car. There was no van available. Then I was told they could give me a 15' Uhaul for the same price. I took it but was not happy with the fact a larger vehicle would use MORE gas! The Uhaul had 7/8 of a tank of gas! I put $20 in the tank before making my 26 miles drive one way to pick up my chairs. Drove the Uhaul back within a couple of hours with the tank a little more than 1/4 and was told I was being charged $16 dollars FOR GAS!!!! I will never ever use this location again! The lack of customer service is ridiculous and the wait time was even worse!KAREN C.
