Guy that sold it to us was very nice ... But trying to return van after hours was dumb...Phone died. But cannot return truck without a mobile device... At all. Stupid. This is supposed to be for people who are in transit. Why on earth would it be mandatory to use your phone? No clear indication of where to park/leave truck either. Just contract and keys, phone should be a bonus. Also a check fee? What? That doesn't even make sense, they are going to check the van regardless. Why charge $20? What a scam.

Nicole MJust please ensure the inspection when a truck/trailer is dropped off, it is fully inpected.....we were surprised to see the large dent over the tires that could have caused major issues for us......but the team in Dover helped. Got the bent frame off the tire, just hoping they bring it in for a full update.

FRANCIS BI rented the truck to move a patio door. The 2 wheel dolly attached to the wall wouldn't allow loading of the door, so I had to break the seal. As I returned the truck after business hours, I couldn't explain the problem and got charged for using it. I chose the 15' truck based on advertised inside dimensions, but the dolly and bag of stuff on the wall reduced the internal dimensions that I believed I paid for.

David KOverall the experience was very positive, the staff was very helpful and helped me load up my vehicle with no issues. The only complaint I have was that the tires and oil on the truck were very low.
