This was a terrible experience. I’ve rented many Uhauls in the last 5 years as I have moved a lot. Number 1 I had a $15 insurance added on that I was never asked about. It was not disclosed, brought up in any conversation. Then at the end was charged $70 for fuel, when I filled it to the exact amount I had it at when I picked it up. The digital monitor read 131 miles till empty. That’s what it was filled to. Complete BS. Would never rent from here again and will be sure to tell as many people as I can not to go here. I’ve been in sales and customer service for 15 years and Uhauls employees willingly chose not to disclose important information that a customer should know upfront. I’m happily going to leave a terrible google review so people can know what they’re getting into.

GARY MI was charged an additional $75 to my card that no one at this location can explain to me. The transaction is still showing pending to my account and if not corrected by the next business day I will be contacting corporate and the police.

Larry SWe were fortunate to have a new vehicle, mileage used about 1000, so we enjoyed a safe trip. The agent in the office was pleasant and efficient in getting us on our way and upon our return.
Susan FI said I was putting 45 miles on the van I only traveled 38 miles and still charged me the same $87.27 and I only used the van for 4hrs never again will I do business uhaul . No I did not use the van for moving just to take care of my monthly errands.
JON HI enjoyed doing this rental in person with a young woman. She was friendly, clearly good at her job, and went "the extra mile" to make sure I was satisfied with my reservation and making the best decision among the choices I had for the rental.

This ate in to my time, as did the drop off because of all of the requirements to drop off the vehicle. I would not use the self check out/check in again unless absolutely necessary

NATHAN VThe truck is in need of some major repairs. The whole front end shakes something awful especially for a person with a bad back who has had multiple surgeries. The truck leaks water in multiple places which ruined my eight thousand dollar Serta gravity mattress on top of multiple antique canvases. Brought this up to one of the people that answer the phones and she didn’t even acknowledge it. Beyond disappointed to say the least. Have not decided yet how I should proceed with having this issue handled. I have used Uhaul in the past and had no problems, this time around my experience was not at all what I expected. Please do better Uhaul.
ERIC BLocation is fine. Truck share sucks. Takes way too long and the uhaul person inspects the truck after drop off anyway so why do I need to waste 20 mins taking pictures? This time we didn't know what our available mileage was so we went over. Just so much easier doin the rental in person. And some pickup locations don't even have mobile service in their area. Could be a functioning system for rentals just didn't work well for me and was overall too time consuming.

DAVID FApparently I wanted to rent the hardest to find unit in the fleet, and wound up working with three locations. But along the way everyone was helpful and sympathetic to my problem. In the end I got what I wanted and made a couple friends along the way. Thanks UHaul.

RONALD DNot if the vehicle we picked up was trashed like this one with empty Pepsi bottles, empty food containers, cigarettes and empty cigarette packages , dog hair and what looked like dog entangled with dog poop and spilled soda in the door panels rendering then useless to put anything in . The vehicle was disgusting

Don SWhen you take money out of a credit card it is done immediately when you put money back in the credit card it should be done immediately I don't care whether it's by your bank or whatever it's about your bank you better put it back in as soon as you take that money out and it's all paid for any business would do that but you know holding the money for a couple days is not on a good business sense
RICHARD DCaitlin and Donny are amazing employees. While my truck was out of service for six or seven weeks, I needed to rent a van to make pickups for a local food pantry. Every week they greeted me with a smile, helped me pick up the van seamlessly and use it to help people in our community. I really appreciate them and this location.
Andrew SThere were a ton of trucks yet, even though we needed it for just a few hours we received the “beater truck” that had over 140K miles, had extremely bad brakes and needed a serious tune up. When asked about all of the new trucks available I was told that they had all been rented which was clearly the company line. I was then told the new trucks were reserved for long moves. It is clear that some customers are valued more than others and their desire is to not tack on miles to their newer fleet. I understand why they do it, it just shows they have no respect for their customers. It just the bottom line.

SCOTT BI got upset that I couldn’t return a wrapping paper box that was sold to me with a hole in it. Donald P. let me know the policy and I got upset but he handled it well, stood up for himself and the policy and was respectful. Would recommend this location to friends. Wish the policy allowed returns on items sold in less than ideal condition because the paper was fine, the box just had a tiny hole in it. But not the employees fault.
