I had no problems and it was a smooth move from start to finish
LISA LTruck has a rough idle occasionally. It seems to happen in the middle of the day, not when cold but after the engine has warmed up. There’s a little bit of moisture coming in during rain in the front attic but it’s minimal. Could be condensation or a small leak.
ANSON BThe whole process was fast and smooth with my reservation when arrived and even easier with dropping off the truck!! Daniel was super helpful and friendly with getting me set up with the truck rental. When I couldnt get the door to the truck open, he came out and showed me I had tried to open the wrong truck and found the right truck I had rented and moved it out of the parking space it was in for me to just drive straight out of the lot. Even helped place the dolly I rented in the back of the truck safely so it wouldnt move around while driving. Very clean lot and clean store/office. The process to return the truck was as easy as handing the employee the keys. He was busy with a customer but still multitasked and let me know I can hand him the keys and Im good to go. Very professional and kind. Will definitely come back to this location for any future truck rental needs.

DIEGO DThe truck is rented had clearly not been checked between rentals. After picking it up and fueling it (tank was empty) I discovered that the back of the truck was full of garbage, broken glass, and some chemical liquid (like epoxy) spilled on the floor. They offered to have me go back to pick up a different truck, but the line is usually about an hour long and I already put gas in it, and didn't have time to do all that over again. So I spent about 45 minutes cleaning the back of the truck.
KYLE EWhat can be done to improve for the next customer? Make sure there is gas in the vehicle being picked up. We got into the truck and it had no gas - it said 0 miles until empty. Work with the staff on customer service - the customer service was horrible. I wish I had the name of the person who told me to look at the contract when I asked him why there wasn't any gas in the truck. But Carlos was the consummate professional. He came to us and apologized for no gas then proceeded to put gas in from gas cans.

INGRID ZThe UHaul app doesn’t work well. I couldn’t use it to self initiate a rental. It kept erroring. It could not autofill rental locations and rejected my city even though I tryout correctly. The truck was great but the app was terrible.

Sandra MWe got a broken truck. The gas was on E with 33 miles left. We were told to not pay attention to the 33 miles and that there was more gas than that in the tank. We ran out of gas after 6 miles, got stuck and had to find gas. Got gas, put 7 gallons in and the gas odometer was broken. The back of the truck door was broken and when we brought it back to tell the guy, he said it was our problem and didn’t let us exchange it but still charged us for it. We didn’t even get to use the truck.

JOSE FCheck out process is way, way, WAY too slow. The app doesn’t let me check out with a truck so I still have to wait in line. Takes forever. Then they have to take my drivers license AGAIN even though I rented last week. Bad process. Please fix

Jim Conly complaints are, they did not have a appliance dolly available and I was charged for gas, even though I filled up about two miles away from the drop off location.
GREGORY DTried to use the app. Would not work. Stood in line for over an hour (I had a reservation). Also reserved a hand cart. NOT available by the time I got to the counter. Went to the truck. Pc of crap. Turned it on I am dead serious that the truck said Zero Miles to empty!!!! Had to wait for a counter guy to a pour a single gallon in. Worst renting experience ever. I will travel further to use a different company next time.

Eric cBetter maintenance of your trucks. First truck we rented broke down. Also, we were supposed to receive credits for that first truck. The way your invoice is setup I cannot even tell if that happened.
