The fuel level was below empty. I had to ask for gas prior to leaving the U-Haul store so I could make it to the gas station and the worker was nice and gave me 3 gallons from a gas can. Hard to return a truck with the gas level at empty so I don’t pay for extra gas I didn’t use.

JOSE SCustomer service was non-existent, literally. There was a long line and no one was working the counter helping anyone. Once we finally got to the counter and paid for the trailer rental, we went outside to get it hooked up. Again, no one was around to hook up the trailer so we just picked one, hooked it up, and left. The same thing when we tried to drop if off. There were several people waiting inside but no one working at the counter and no one outside, so we just put the tailer back into the same spot, took a couple of pictures with our phone and left. We will be using a different location for our next rental.
ALEXANDER MIt cost me an ectara $15 because the White Oak could not provide a pickup. The people at Curtner were excellent but the lack of equipment cost me extra money.

ISMAEL AI rented a six by twelve utility trailer with ramp. The equipment was clean but the ramp was bent as if a forklift had tried to drive up it, making it difficult to load. It's the first time that's ever happened. The staff on site was notified upon check in. I'm sure it was an oversight, but thouht I would let you know.

HUY PCheated on gas - indicated quarter of a tank - drove one mile off lot when "50 miles to empty" light came on. Should have indicated less than a quarter of gas . (half way to empty from the last quarter) Interesting that the gas tank cover was hanging when I inspected the truck before leaving..... Shorthanded upon my return - waited a long time.....

NINA TDanny was nice and helpful. Truck that was reserved was clean and ready for me to use. HERE WAS MY PROBLEM: I reserved an appliance dolly on your website. When I went to pick up my reservation, I was told that there were NO appliance dollies available. Per Danny, there was no guarantee of this dolly being available when I picked up the truck. I should have been made aware of that when I place my reservation. I then had to rent to a dolly and rolling dolly in order to accommodate my move. Not having the appliance dolly, which I requested, made our move harder plus more money out of my pocket. I will think twice before going back to U-haul.

I took the trailer to an open parking spot and unhitched it. The office was full of customers and it took some time before I could speak with an employee.

VICTOR GI needed a dolly so I included it on the reservation, but they simply said they did not have any dolly. This almost forced me to cancel my reservation and whole move. If you accept dolly reservations, you should keep them! The truck was fine but failing to provide the dolly was terrible.

Edward VTreated rudely by General Manager and staff member. Waited for 47 minutes in line to be helped with reservation of 5x8 trailer that was reserved. In th meantime the General manager was no where to be found and the staff member took his time picking up trash and blankets before he waited on me with (8) people behind me in line. This guy needs to go I have been at this location before and he is rude as can be to everyone. Very condescending.

GLORIA NFirst I rented 10' truck and when I took it home, I noticed it does not have ramp. I recommend staff remind the renter at the time of truck pick up that this type of trucks do not have ramp.

TAYLOR HI do a lot of business with Uhaul and this experience was disgusting. Employee (I didn’t get his name and can be described as the only black/african American individual) lied to me, yelled at me, yelled at my wife and yelled at my 6 year old child. This is all because I was able to book a van online with no issue, despite the employee claiming that no vans were available at that location.

EVERETT HNothing! The shop was clean (as was the bathroom) and the reps who helped me were welcoming, very helpful on both pickup and return, and it was a great overall experience. I may need to rent a truck again soon, and I will be coming back to the Curtner Ave. location when needed. Your Sunday staff deserve raises!

JOSEPH KBoth times when I arrived the store was empty. After waiting 20 min a guy came out from the bathroom. Before I returned my van I called the uhaul store to see if they were open. Nobody answered so I was sent to the national call center. I asked whether the store had holiday hours or not because I wanted to return my van early. They tried calling the store, no answer. And said assume it's normal hours. So I went right away, and waited and waited. Finally the guy came out of the bathroom and there were 4 people in front of me. By the time I was helped, I was 1+ hours past my pick up time and got charged A FULL DAY! I called customer service complaining and have had no resolution.
