The people working there were amazing! The gentleman, Danny(?) I believe was his name, went above and beyond to get me everything I needed for a smooth and stress-free haul! The gentleman that handled the return was also very nice & made the drop off so easy, thank you to him also. The young man (Danny) that set me up for the rental was truly a wonderful asset to your company, he recognized that I was in a rush and had a time restriction, he calmed me just by being so efficient & helpful. When I drove off the lot I was in a much better frame of mind, Danny did that! (I used to use a company vehicle when I was working, retired now, but every morning, it was so important to remember that the state of mind was on the top of the safety list). Thank you for hiring wonderful people!

Need more people available to assist. There must have only been one person working when I was returning truck. He was on the other side working on a car. I waited and waited until I finally just left the key and videoed the truck inside and out. Over 20 minutes and no hello, be right there or nothing. Ridiculous

We had exceptional customer service from James. The only thing positive about the experience. The other two customer service reps, ignored customers. One was too busy watching social media videos on his phone, comfortably leaning on the counter, and ignoring someone waiting for help. The 10' box truck was in serious need of maintenance. The transmission kept dropping an jerking violently upon stopping, there was a strong smell of exhaust. The engine light was on. I felt very unsafe driving this truck and could not wait to finish my task so that I could bring it back. When I brought it back the rep at the counter, said you are good to go. Didn't ask my name or what I was bring back, maybe he saw me drive in, but again, he couldn't be bothered so I left without telling him of the experience. It was obvious that there was a lack of concern here, and anything I said would have been taken with a grain of salt anyway. I will not be back to this location in the future.

I reserved a truck for 9:00 AM Saturday morning. I arrived at 9:30 and stood in line until past 11:00 AM. I tried self checkout but was unable to add another driver using the app, which was necessary for me. I had hired two movers to arrive at my home at 11:00 and this delay cost me half an hour of their time which I still had to pay. The UHaul staff were nice but I feel like they are grossly understaffed. Furthermore, I had trouble throughout the day with turning the key to start the engine. The key would get stuck and I had to try many different things to get the engine to start. I have used Uhaul many times in my life and this one was the worst.

The fuel level was below empty. I had to ask for gas prior to leaving the U-Haul store so I could make it to the gas station and the worker was nice and gave me 3 gallons from a gas can. Hard to return a truck with the gas level at empty so I don’t pay for extra gas I didn’t use.

Customer service was non-existent, literally. There was a long line and no one was working the counter helping anyone. Once we finally got to the counter and paid for the trailer rental, we went outside to get it hooked up. Again, no one was around to hook up the trailer so we just picked one, hooked it up, and left. The same thing when we tried to drop if off. There were several people waiting inside but no one working at the counter and no one outside, so we just put the tailer back into the same spot, took a couple of pictures with our phone and left. We will be using a different location for our next rental.

It cost me an ectara $15 because the White Oak could not provide a pickup. The people at Curtner were excellent but the lack of equipment cost me extra money.

This location is always A++. Great customer service and always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Staff always friendly and helpful. Maintenance issue I had was the interior headliner above the window was torn and not secured; sun visor was inoperable.

I rented a six by twelve utility trailer with ramp. The equipment was clean but the ramp was bent as if a forklift had tried to drive up it, making it difficult to load. It's the first time that's ever happened. The staff on site was notified upon check in. I'm sure it was an oversight, but thouht I would let you know.

Cheated on gas - indicated quarter of a tank - drove one mile off lot when "50 miles to empty" light came on. Should have indicated less than a quarter of gas . (half way to empty from the last quarter) Interesting that the gas tank cover was hanging when I inspected the truck before leaving..... Shorthanded upon my return - waited a long time.....

Danny was nice and helpful. Truck that was reserved was clean and ready for me to use. HERE WAS MY PROBLEM: I reserved an appliance dolly on your website. When I went to pick up my reservation, I was told that there were NO appliance dollies available. Per Danny, there was no guarantee of this dolly being available when I picked up the truck. I should have been made aware of that when I place my reservation. I then had to rent to a dolly and rolling dolly in order to accommodate my move. Not having the appliance dolly, which I requested, made our move harder plus more money out of my pocket. I will think twice before going back to U-haul.

The return process could have been easier. There wasn't anyone to greet me as I dropped of the trailer that I rented and it wasn't clear what needed to be done. I took the trailer to an open parking spot and unhitched it. The office was full of customers and it took some time before I could speak with an employee.

I needed a dolly so I included it on the reservation, but they simply said they did not have any dolly. This almost forced me to cancel my reservation and whole move. If you accept dolly reservations, you should keep them! The truck was fine but failing to provide the dolly was terrible.

Treated rudely by General Manager and staff member. Waited for 47 minutes in line to be helped with reservation of 5x8 trailer that was reserved. In th meantime the General manager was no where to be found and the staff member took his time picking up trash and blankets before he waited on me with (8) people behind me in line. This guy needs to go I have been at this location before and he is rude as can be to everyone. Very condescending.

First I rented 10' truck and when I took it home, I noticed it does not have ramp. I recommend staff remind the renter at the time of truck pick up that this type of trucks do not have ramp.

I do a lot of business with Uhaul and this experience was disgusting. Employee (I didn’t get his name and can be described as the only black/african American individual) lied to me, yelled at me, yelled at my wife and yelled at my 6 year old child. This is all because I was able to book a van online with no issue, despite the employee claiming that no vans were available at that location.

Nothing! The shop was clean (as was the bathroom) and the reps who helped me were welcoming, very helpful on both pickup and return, and it was a great overall experience. I may need to rent a truck again soon, and I will be coming back to the Curtner Ave. location when needed. Your Sunday staff deserve raises!
