I nearly died because of your lack of cleaning the truck adequately

MICHAEL Mrented for one day charged for 2 days
RODOLFO FI rented my uhaul Friday and upon (6:30pm) reservation, picked keys up early (appx 4:15pm) and paid $66+ at the time. Keys were later dropped off (around 8:05pm) in the same night. That should have been less than 35 miles. Saturday morning, I called to confirm keys were retrieved and was supposed to get a callback because they were not checked in. Somehow, I was recharged $111.07 and when I called to find out why, learned another customer had been rented out with the same keys after me, so therefore, I was charged for their miles and mine. There should be a dispute on file with a Phillip from the answering service that I spoke to. Steven was kind enough to return my call and advise a reconciliation and I would only be charged $35+ (the only charge I should see) but today (Monday) I am still seeing all 3 of these charges on my statement. That's now a total of over $210 and I literally only used the truck for 3 hours, returned in the same night. Sadly, I cannot give you a 5-star. I did everything I was supposed to and received very little instruction at the time of pickup anyway. Luckily, I've rented Uhauls in the past and know the routine. This was not a good experience!

RUSSELL HHorrible customer service no employee in the office have to walk property to find one and when you return equipment within 24 hours they will charge you for 4 days and say nothing even though there’s video evidence you returned the trailer the next morning. NEVER GO HERE!! Find another uhaul or Penske save yourself the HORRIFIC experience of these people
DAVID EEven though I had the latest version of the app and I had location enabling turned on, the app would not let me confirm an after-hours return, forcing me to make a call to the central line to note that on my record, in order to prevent thee $20 surcharge.

LONNY MNothing!! Noah was attentive and engaging (but not chatty) and got me outta there lickety split. I rented a 4x7 trailer mid AM and when I brought it back early PM he was already in the yard and remembered my name, got me unhooked, shook my hand and wished me well. What a stud!!

Gregory PI am very good at backing up a trailer. However, I can see people without that type of experience being scared of it. Nobody offered to help back the trailer up, or there was no option given to drop the trailer in front of the parking space and they would push it in manually.

MONIKA HThe guys at this Uhaul always reduce my stress when I pick up a trailer. They make it easy and they're great. There was a leftover box in my trailer so it's clear the last people didn't clean it out, but no big deal. I'll always rent from this Uhaul, my wife suggested we buy a trailer and with help like this it just doesn't make sense. 10/10.

Maryanne Dit was an easy check in and out. I used to think renting a van or something was a long process but not with uhaul.
GILLAUME HEverything went perfectly except when we made a wrong turn in the parking lot. This is the largest uHaul lot I’ve ever seen. But, a guy came by on a golf cart and led us right to where we needed to go.
