The wait was longer than expected and I was charged for items I did not order or receive. I was charged for A Dolly and Furniture Pads which I did not ask for or receive. I only rented a Truck to haul some boxes of t-shirts, boxes of water bottles, balloons, water ice coolers, etc, for a Health Fair my Organization have every year.

For starters the lady there took for ever to do the paper work , then she wouldn't give me the trailer I wanted, and she gave me a trailer with the back axel that was lose and I had to return back to U-Haul and get another trailer all this took time and made my pick up and delivery late

We've used Uhaul no less than 10 times in the last year as we moved (truck), then remodeled our house (trailers). Always friendly staff at the Tempe location! However, when I called today at 1:30pm, after returning my trailer last night at 9pm, the trailer was still not checked in, no billing processed, no final email received. C'mon guys!

Service was absolutely terrible and incredibly slow. I also scheduled my truck reservation for 8am-12pm on Sunday, but the store didn’t open until 9. Online when I made my reservation it told me that it opened at 8 and you can do in store pick up, which is why I chose that store versus the one closer to me that only did self pickups. (I did not want to deal with the app). We got to the store at 8 and saw a woman walk in so we figured she would open the doors...but 20 minutes pass and we decide to leave and come back at 9 when the store opens. So, we come back at 9....but the service was so insanely slow that we didn’t leave with our truck until 10am. That threw our entire moving day out of wack, and that is just not okay. Very disappointed with the condescending attitudes of the workers and slow moving nature of the entire store.

8 person line took 1 full hour. 24/7 app completely failed so I lost additional places in line (verification step they called my wife, she confirmed, and for some reason the 24/7 app person said verification was not successful!). Very frustrating and lost valuable move time.

Despite the fact that I did a reservation online, I had to answer the same questions and provide the same information again while in the office. When I dropped off the truck the guy gave me a total that was double what it should have been and I had to go back into the office to get things straightened out. Wasted a lot of time on a busy moving day.

Thanks to the GM (believe his name was Tim) that helped me, we were able to determine that one of your trailers had a broken wire for lights. I also watched as Tim helped another customer with a tire issue by directing him to Roadside and helping him through the intro of the call. With this, make me believe all equipment can be reviewed and repaired more often or as needed.
