Rented a 5X8 trailor and had great service when picking up. I also experienced good customer service and easy dropoff.
John BLocation is awesome. Get corporate to improve the web site. I should be able to search by equipment and they see who has it, versus looking by location to see what they have. Also, all those questions to buy things I don't want or need that pop up after making my primary selection are a pain and an annoyance.

David RSigns were confusing on the way in. Arrow straight indicated package delivery. Arrow to take a right indicated rental return. I went right and after going all the way around the building realized I should have gone straight. Seems with so many rentals being brought in there should be a big, obvious sign or signs of where to go.

BOBBY TI was asked to return this truck to a service location about an hour from my home. Checkin was quick and complete. I was told I would be compensated for the change in a farther return location, which was fine, but as I left Texas, I'm certain there were a couple of Toll roads that come with a small cost. It would be great, since this cost me well over $1500 to rent the truck, pads plus insurance, if U haul could pick up the small amount of what my Toll charges are as further compensation for driving the hour to return it to their Service location?

Bryon RI was charged an extra 56 dollars for keeping the truck until 8 am the following day. I originally paid 74 dollars for a 4 hour rental, then I needed it until the next day. It was returned only 16 hours after I picked it up.
Robin SWe had a little bit of a bumpy start because we weren’t prepared and one of us tried to pick up the U-Haul without myself, the reservation holder being there. Took a bit to figure that out, but you all did great. We like this location and learned how to use the app.. would recommend

SHEILA JMi pickup truck never arrived so they gave me a minivan instead but was smelling like weed, the front desk guy told me that I would get a $50 discount since the pickup never arrived and in the final checkout of the minivan the app charged me the whole price

James WThe staff wasn’t very helpful we asked them to help with the radio and Bluetooth and they said they couldn’t bc they had a line but the guy was just outside and just didn’t wanna help. They weren’t very friendly and it was like a more of a get the truck and go experience and when you’re spending a lot of money I don’t appreciate that.
gabrielle hIt’s every U-Haul. When you reserve a 5x9 motorcycle trailer with a wheel chuck, there is no guarantee it will be there for you upon pickup. I had to get one without motorcycle chuck and every day after transporting, I had to redo the motorcycle because the front wheel moved and bike leaned and I had torque straps and ratchet straps at 8 anchor points. YOu system doesn’t hold the correct trailer even though it’s what I select upon reservation. Someone can take the only one-way wheel chuck 5x9 seconds before I come to get it, that sucks, it’s happened at every U-Haul I rent from every single time. They couldn’t locate one in all of Phoenix which is pretty amazing. Fix your app so it holds the correct trailer.
