The staff wasn’t very helpful we asked them to help with the radio and Bluetooth and they said they couldn’t bc they had a line but the guy was just outside and just didn’t wanna help. They weren’t very friendly and it was like a more of a get the truck and go experience and when you’re spending a lot of money I don’t appreciate that.
gabrielle hIt’s every U-Haul. When you reserve a 5x9 motorcycle trailer with a wheel chuck, there is no guarantee it will be there for you upon pickup. I had to get one without motorcycle chuck and every day after transporting, I had to redo the motorcycle because the front wheel moved and bike leaned and I had torque straps and ratchet straps at 8 anchor points. YOu system doesn’t hold the correct trailer even though it’s what I select upon reservation. Someone can take the only one-way wheel chuck 5x9 seconds before I come to get it, that sucks, it’s happened at every U-Haul I rent from every single time. They couldn’t locate one in all of Phoenix which is pretty amazing. Fix your app so it holds the correct trailer.

Jane BThe truck I picked up had not been swept out but it was already connected to the trailer I needed so I just took it as is and cleaned it out myself later. I also wanted to note that there should be a spare key kept somewhere perhaps under the hood or something to prevent lockouts which happened to me. I ended up having to pay $200 to get back into the truck because I locked myself out accidentally. I was informed of the "insurance " that one can buy for situations of being locked out but there seems to be insurance for everything under the sun and if you were to buy ALL the insurance out there, you'd go broke... Another thing I wanted to add is I wish the trucks had a power window at least for the passenger side.

michael sFinding the keys might have been easy if the information and the actual lock boxes matched. Also, there was almost no lighting to find the truck after dark with little to no direction on where it was parked. I will not do this again. Overall, not enough information provided for this experience. And, not being told to have two people available to be contact, especially at 8pm, was insane. I don't have a lot of people like that. Many others do not either.
Cherril BThe only problem that could’ve been very costly was that the mileage was off 1.000 miles incorrect on my paperwork and gas gauge too. If I had not taken a picture of the dashboard it would have made it very difficult to prove otherwise. Also I called as soon as I realized it less than an hour after getting the truck. Please work on accuracy of mileage and gas gauge for future renters.

IRVIN MThe auto transport trailer had no brake fluid in the three-dot reservoir. An additional charge was applied for an extra day, despite being informed prior to drop-off via phone call that this would not be necessary. Aside from this issue, the staff were excellent.

allan jComing from out of town, not knowing the location, I was lost and didn't see any signs directing me to the proper location to check in the truck. A very confusing location. People were very helpful, but I was very frustrated.

The windshield was extremely dirt and almost impossible to see out of. The load compartment and interior were clean. Not sure about the final charges, but would have expected credit for the fuel I

Trevor YThis location is run by a bunch of shysters. I was given a 10-ft truck because their pickup truck supposedly had been stolen. I returned the vehicle in the evening with more gas in it than when I left in the morning. When I left on the morning it was at 3/4 of a tank. When I returned it, it had more than three quarters of a tank. I drove a total of 13 miles and yet this place charged me $22 for 5 gallons of gas. Since when does a 10-ft truck require 5 gallons of gas to drive 13 miles? I will be disputing the entire charge with my Discover card and I will never use this location again.
