The auto transport trailer had no brake fluid in the three-dot reservoir. An additional charge was applied for an extra day, despite being informed prior to drop-off via phone call that this would not be necessary. Aside from this issue, the staff were excellent.

allan jComing from out of town, not knowing the location, I was lost and didn't see any signs directing me to the proper location to check in the truck. A very confusing location. People were very helpful, but I was very frustrated.

Gary RI picked up the rental and discovered the gasoline was at 1/4 tank requiring me to get gas before starting my sons apartment move. The windshield was extremely dirt and almost impossible to see out of. The load compartment and interior were clean. Not sure about the final charges, but would have expected credit for the fuel I

Trevor YThis location is run by a bunch of shysters. I was given a 10-ft truck because their pickup truck supposedly had been stolen. I returned the vehicle in the evening with more gas in it than when I left in the morning. When I left on the morning it was at 3/4 of a tank. When I returned it, it had more than three quarters of a tank. I drove a total of 13 miles and yet this place charged me $22 for 5 gallons of gas. Since when does a 10-ft truck require 5 gallons of gas to drive 13 miles? I will be disputing the entire charge with my Discover card and I will never use this location again.

RICK Ddropped the auto transport off late at night had trouble with kiosk so i called them the next morning to confirm they had seen it. The gentleman that talked to was very friendly and was able to confirm that they had already checked in trailer an i was all good.
