Even though I had the latest version of the app and I had location enabling turned on, the app would not let me confirm an after-hours return, forcing me to make a call to the central line to note that on my record, in order to prevent thee $20 surcharge.

LONNY MNothing!! Noah was attentive and engaging (but not chatty) and got me outta there lickety split. I rented a 4x7 trailer mid AM and when I brought it back early PM he was already in the yard and remembered my name, got me unhooked, shook my hand and wished me well. What a stud!!

Gregory PI am very good at backing up a trailer. However, I can see people without that type of experience being scared of it. Nobody offered to help back the trailer up, or there was no option given to drop the trailer in front of the parking space and they would push it in manually.

There was a leftover box in my trailer so it's clear the last people didn't clean it out, but no big deal. I'll always rent from this Uhaul, my wife suggested we buy a trailer and with help like this it just doesn't make sense. 10/10.

GILLAUME HEverything went perfectly except when we made a wrong turn in the parking lot. This is the largest uHaul lot I’ve ever seen. But, a guy came by on a golf cart and led us right to where we needed to go.

DANE PGood selection and service. The only continuous improvement suggestions I would offer are: 1) to clean the moving blankets rather than shake them out. Our had lots of human hair - or wig trimmings which was “ewe” as my wife put it 2). The steering wheel was pretty worn and dirty. Maybe a cover would be in order. Thanks.

Carrie BWhen I was leaving, there was a customer that blocked an entrance an exit, and instead of addressing that customer your employee ask me to stop engaging with that customer even though I couldn't exit the parking lot. Also, the oil light was on.

TIMOTHY WThe location was ok although the key pickup/drop could be better signed. The UHaul app is abysmal. When I initially set up the rental that is when you should be asking me for my ID and anything else you might need to make the rental official. Do not wait till your customer is in the yard trying to pick up their vehicle the day of their move, an already frustrating situation, to start asking for new information. Furthermore, I should be able to use the back button without your app erasing all of the pictures and notes that I have already put in. Further furthermore, I already opted for the insurance at sign up please stop bothering me about it when I'm trying to pick up my truck. Also, I use Verizon - anywhere around town it is very fast except when connecting to your cloud, please look into that. Last but certainly not least, you expect me to return the truck clean and free of debris and ready for the next guy – I expect the truck clean and ready when I pick it up for my rental. It would be nice if you guys would occasionally clean the mirrors and windshields and went through the trucks and removed water bottles and any other junk left behind by the previous renters.
