Clean interior and exterior of building.

They gave us a truck with issue with the front axle , we couldn’t drive back to nyc almost 700 miles and we called roadside they asked us to drop it in charlotte nc now they’re trying to charge us for wrong drop almost $4400. They don’t care about people safety .

CURTIS NPersonally was extremely helpful given I was supposed to drop off at a different location but it was closed. I had called customer service 3 times and no one could help me transfer the drop off to a new location. However, the bathroom was dirty and there was broken glass in the parking lot.

ARTAK GWhen I first arrived at the location, they told me they do not have a vehicle for me. I could not understand that because I had a reservation, but they said they had a vehicle. I waited one hour and somebody pulled in with the vehicle so they were able to give me a vehicle. But then the computer system went down and I had to wait close to another hour to settle my account. Very very poor experience.
VINCENT AI made reservations for a 15 they told me it wasn’t available the lady told me she would charge me still for 15 n I could take the 20 still got charged for a 20 what’s the point of making reservations.
Bertilena DYou appear to have a digital approach to things but have no way to accommodate someone who doesn’t. With a reservation I still had to wait nearly 30min to pickup and drop off due to the lack of staff.

JASON CWhen a customer reserves a vehicle from one location. Uhaul shouldn’t automatically transfer the location to another location because customer didn’t confirm. I don’t understand how you confirm a location that the customer never applied for. Either you confirm while applying or nothing at all. Not reserve , then call to confirm reservation.. and if no answer send the customer to a location no where near the original location.

EZEQUIEL SI called & reserveed a cargo van, upon my arrival the van I reserved was underhandedly switched off to another customer. When I made the staff aware of what I noticed, they were dumbfounded, the staff member then suggested renting another van that was out of commission due to having a broken windshield I adamantly declined. I left & reserved another for the next day, Uoon my arrival they pulled the same van from the day before with the broken windshield, I declined again, the van they eventually gave me smelled inside and had bird droppings everywhere. I should of asked for another van, but my frustration would not allow me entertain another conversation. The staff there are notorious for being overly blatant and favorable to their “countrymen “, the customer service was one of the worse I’ve ever encountered.But because business is booming nothing will change. I would of been better renting from U-Haul in another area code….Kings treat their customers like pawns

NASIER SThis location have friendly and helpful staffs. Great customer service. Although the truck we rented have no visible dirt or trash, it does have a musty odor and mirrors were cracked. Although the manager, did above and beyond by changing it, it will be very helpful to save both company and customers some time if these trucks were inspected and maintained prior to handling it to customers.
NATHALIE DWe had a horrible experience with this location . The front desk persons are rude. The only person that was helpful was Marcia. She manage the customer load well. Also there is no parking for your personal vehicle it’s road side parking . The men on the side of the road are a bunch of theirs and hustlers, it’s only sad that hu-haul about them to be hustling their customers.
TANISHA WMarcia was very rude and her attitude was extremely disgusting. I made my reservation last Thursday to pick up on aug 26th @ 8am. Although I arrived late due to my car breaking down, I kept communicating with U-Haul to let them know I am coming for my rental truck. When I arrived, I told Donna I was there to pick up my cargo van.. Marcia instantly say “there’s no more, there’s only two on the lot and one is his, and the other does not work.” she was giving it to the customer she was assisting at that time. Which was still not right because he walked in same day, yet I made a reservation? Two days prior??? That’s not even the full story, another customer walks in and is doing a reservation on her phone as she walks in. She also received a key/truck before I did. My original pick up time was 8:00am. I reached about 8:45/9:00am. I didn’t get my keys until almost 12pm. When there were in fact cars on the lot. No one checks reservation emails, the customer service there is beyond terrible, it’s horrible i would never in my life go back to U-Haul, and if I do I promise this location will not receive my funds with yall. I was also told that Curtis?? I believe his name is the store manager and Marcia are messing with each other. I find that super uncomfortable and unprofessional because there is no control over the employees, they actually allow you to do what you want.

Dashawn BThe trailer I needed was not given. The motorcycle trailer is defaulted to 5'x9' utility trailer with ramp option and there is no specific motorcycle trailer option to choose from. This resulted in me having a trailer that was not best suited for my needs resulting in my motorcycle getting chipped in the transport process. Highly unacceptable!
