Three out of four persons there needs to learn how to deal with that public ( no people's skills ) I mean it's ridiculous compared to other locations...not looking for anyone to lose there job just be respectful that job is not hard.

The counter representative was very rude. I have rented from this location previously with no problems. I was very offended when i was told that i had to be called and had to provide another number of contact in which they had to speak to someone or i can not rent the van. I asked to see the policy in writing . NO response. If i provide reservation number , valid credit card and drivers license what was the purpose for the 2 calls that allegedly had to be made before rental.

The service was great and the staff was friendly however it was a rainy night when I rented the vehicle and the window would not stay up. It constantly slid down making it a bit unsafe for me to drive as I had to keep winding it up while driving for 70 miles.

I want for the vehicle to be properly maintained, and for the the vehicle to be clean and not wet upon the time of being rented. The driver section needed to be cleaned after its last use, and the back section of the vehicle was full of water (seemingly from the rain from the night before). ALSO:- the vehicle needs a thorough maintenance job, as the steering wheel was quite shaky, and made for a very nervous driver (throw in an oil change, tire rotation and other maintenance necessities).

Although this location was convenient, the wait time on the extremely long line made the experience more frustrating than my entire move itself. Also heard other customers not get the truck they reserved which made me worried that my truck may have been gone away to someone else. Only had one cashier open to handle all customers at 10:00am! She did the best she could but other employees walked around nonchalantly.

Excessive wait on the line - only 3 people in front of me, but took an hour. The two customer service reps have no people skills, are very slow, and are extremely unhelpful. I reserved a 10' truck, but was told there was no trucks (as were other people) with no apology, just a "we ain't got no trucks" repeated for any question asked. Seemed like people without reservations were being taken in front of people with reservations. No assistance given in determining if other locations would have a truck - I had to make my own calls. I had to take a Cargo van which would not move all our things and therefore will have to schedule an additional move day. Why accept reservations (mine was 2 days in advance) if no trucks ? Very poor service. The only positive experience was in returning the van as the check in person was professional and personable.

The excessive wait on the line is terrible only 3 people in front of me. Then get to the customer service representative and there isn't a truck for me. We ended up with a smaller truck. I just don't understand I reserve a truck get there in 10 minutes no truck?! Get it together people!!!

The female representative on 12/22/19 was unprofessional and rude, I couldn't get the 15 feet truck I reserved, so I had to use a trailer instead. She then reserved the truck for me for 12/23/29 and when I got to the location again today and this same female representative was unprofessional. I had to speak to the general manager who was able to accommodate my reservation.

While I appreciate being able to easily reserve a cargo van, the previous day; when coming in to pick up the vehicle the following day, it was a very long wait. Unfortunately, we waited on line, for over an hour. It appeared as if this was one of their busy mornings! Maybe having more than 2 workers, at the register, would have made it easier for the flow of service, as well as timely, for everyone involved. Nonetheless, the vehicle was clean, durable, & thankfully, I got the job done! Thank you U-Haul!!!
