Lack of customer service, front desk personnel is very rude. all of the trucks are parked on top of the other and it is up to you to navigate through them all to find your rental without any assistance. Lionel however was an amazing help who went above and beyond with getting another truck reserved for me after I discovered a malfunction with the latch.

Rody RThe street outside the u-haul was filthy trash was everywhere. It did not look welcoming. I had issues using the app I had to do the rental process four and five times before approval. The van ran well but again, was dirty with trash around the seat and a sticky spot on floor. Customer service within the u-haul was good.

ERIC UThe latch for the truck door wasn’t working properly. The passenger side door had to be slammed shut in order for it to close the check engine light was on. The staff didn’t seem like they wanted to help.

RONALD MI had about 47 miles to go to get to my destination, they required me to bring the truck back to the same place I picked it up, which doubled the number of miles, so I could drop it off near my destination .
CHARLES PThis U-Haul location did a great job helping me out and saving the day for me. I do want it to be noted, U-Haul's booking system severely inconvenienced our move and delayed us by 2 hours. I had booked a month in advance for a large truck that I needed, didn't hear anything from them until the night before, and then went to a second location (Park Slope) where they refused to help me in person, to which I found out they then did not have the truck which they had guaranteed the day before, and I had to go to a THIRD location (this one) which finally had the truck and did a great job getting me going. U-Haul's booking system needs to be overhauled because this confusion ended up costing me an addition $500 with the movers I had booked for overtime.
