MUSTAFA DTried to pick up a cargo van, tells us when we get there we don't have a reservation, then says oh yes you do but the van broke down we can give you a box truck for all the same price as the van would've been. Driver door doesn't close on the box truck, the latch for the back of the truck kept getting stuck. Then they charge me an extra $45 and an after hours drop off fee when they told me it was fine and to put everything in the key box by the door for the return. Literally only had the truck for 2 hours, will not be going back to this location again.
Katarina HThe vehicle that I rented was a 20 foot truck it had a lot of wear and tear prior to my picking it up. It was clean, but it had dents and scratches. The truck got the job done and the service was great.
GLEN ANothing customer service wise. They were top notch. Pay your employees better than you do. They are kids running the entire operation and they did a phenomenal job!

Susan HMake sure the employess DO NOT ADD A SERVICE that they didnt ask for or need. I rented a Uhaul less than 2 months prior same location and somehow this time was $30 more. I believe rep added roadside assistance (bc he told us we can call for it) when I checked that I didnt want or need bc I have AAA. None of my other receipts showed roadside assistance at top so I was a bit frustrated and disappointed that someone else can count how I spend my money and that dont ait well with me. Please advise your employees not to do this just to gain commission or whatever they do it for. The trucks are always clean & the staff is always friendly & I appreciate that. Its just that one thing can trigger a good customer experience.
PAMELA FI can’t answer any of these questions. The system indicates that we have a vehicle that was supposed to be returned to Tallahassee. Our contract clearly states we were returning it to Peachtree City , Georgia. Tallahassee even charged me for gas. The emailed receipt wasn’t even for the vehicle we drove. I spent a couple of hours last night and today on the phone with the corporate office and both locations trying to sort out a mistake that I didn’t make. We returned the vehicle we were issued with the amount of gas that was in it when we got it.

Susan Ewas told that the gas mileage was okay when i returned equipment. once i got the gas charge i called and an employee told me to bring up the picture i took of the beginning gas to dispute it. i took the time to come up there and the employees were condescending, once burst out in laughter when the other read the mileage that he claimed i returned the truck with

SCARLET CI was given a furniture dolly with a broken wheel that was not useable. The lock on the driver side was broken. This was a nuisance to have to unlock the door from the passenger side for a long-distance move.

LOUIS GI rented a dolly from this location and turned it in the same night to the location where my truck was rented. The next day I was contacted by a store associate stating that the dolly could not be returned to that particular location because it only belonged to the store it was rented from. The associate then went on to tell me that I would be charged a "missing fee'' as if the dolly were stolen. I contacted corporate and was informed that as long as the dolly was returned with my truck, the U-Haul store location did not matter. I was also charged for an additional day of renting the dolly. The other Tennessee street location where I rented my truck had exceptional customer service.
taneria aWe used the online reservation and return on the UHaul app. Easy and hassle free. Didn’t even have to go in the building or wait at a counter. 10’ box truck was perfect for college move. Truck was clean and in great condition, More parking would be helpful though.

RAYMOND GFrom start to finish the entire experience was HORRIBLE! customer service was great for who I spoke to over the phone but once I arrived to this location all of the good customer service went out the window. The gentleman that serviced us intentionally made us wait by doing other things that wasn’t a priority. One being cleaning out the truck. He never let us know that he was ready to assist us and had no sense of urgency or respect of our time. After I noticed what was going on I did let the gentleman know that he was very unprofessional of how he handled us and I didn’t appreciate it. Even when we returned the trailer, he intentionally made us wait for no reason til the point we dropped off the trailer and called customer service. I highly doubt not recommend this gentleman work there. Poor customer service. I will be looking into renting for other businesses for sure.

Trinesha OWhen you reserve a dolly it should be there. The staff admittedly do not check reservations before allowing others to rent them. Wasted an hour of my rental time trying to find a dolly to rent.

ZEEV BThey gave me a unsafe trailer with the wrong rims on it. Was supposed to have triangle rims and had circle rims which BOTH blew out because they were rubbing on the trailer shackle bolt and endangered my life.

NOAH MEquipment was good and I believe the employees did what they could. I don’t think it’s their fault. What I don’t like is when I sign up online, I get a price, and then when I get there the price increases. I spent $50 more than what I was told online when I registered to pick up. That’ll make me think twice of using U-Haul again.

ABIGAIL ARented a vehicle trailer for a local move. Easy reservation on line, quick pick up, thorough walk-thru on the trailer at pick up. No issues with rental. Easy drop-off & correct billing. Positive experience. Would recommend.
JOHN KThe 6x12 trailer I picked up had clumps of mud on the inside that I HAD to clean out before I could even pack it with my stuff. Come on ppl it’s not that hard to give someone a clean item especially when YOU expect it to returned clean!

JAMES YThis location is poorly maintained. The drive in site was covered with litter and objects. I got out and picked up several nails and screws in about 15 seconds. I did not drive my vehicle through. The sign said "Stop" wait hear for service. We waited several minutes, nothing. I finally went in. Two people in front of me, one lady behind the counter. She shouted if you're dropping off a trailer put it back where you got it. I said I'm dropping off from out of town. She then just said put it in the back with the rest of the open trailers. Rude staff member and poorly maintained site, looked more like a garbage drop off site. Also, if they are not going to greet you outside, Take down the sign!

Jakendra S | Overall ExperienceThis was teh worse storage exp ever. There was a hole in the storage container's roof that cuased major water damage to some of my belongings, the container was inundated with mold and mildew and roaches. I had to quickly move my stuff out to another storage facilitiy. The same day I asked to close the account but was told to leave the damage items in and the account active while i filed a claim. I was told I would not be charged while they invstigated and the claim pending. Would'nt you know it, hey still changed me, and refused to reverse the charge. Whatever you do find your storage needs else where.
