The 6x12 trailer I picked up had clumps of mud on the inside that I HAD to clean out before I could even pack it with my stuff. Come on ppl it’s not that hard to give someone a clean item especially when YOU expect it to returned clean!

JAMES YThis location is poorly maintained. The drive in site was covered with litter and objects. I got out and picked up several nails and screws in about 15 seconds. I did not drive my vehicle through. The sign said "Stop" wait hear for service. We waited several minutes, nothing. I finally went in. Two people in front of me, one lady behind the counter. She shouted if you're dropping off a trailer put it back where you got it. I said I'm dropping off from out of town. She then just said put it in the back with the rest of the open trailers. Rude staff member and poorly maintained site, looked more like a garbage drop off site. Also, if they are not going to greet you outside, Take down the sign!

TIMOTHY UCustomer service representative need to explain the cost more thoroughly in reference to rate changes from a one day rental to a two day rental. There need to be rules about smoking in the vechiles and transporting animals that sheds. My vehicle had both of those problems. I'm not a smoker and that affects what you're hauling along with the dog hair. Overall the staff was very friendly and professional.
DERRY REverything was ok besides the front headlight was out . I noticed it when it was dark that it was only one light working.

ZACKARY LWas not greeted at all by the employee. I have the name and will share it with a U-Haul representative if necessary. This employee was on a personal call and felt as though I interrupted their conversation. I explained the "engine light" and having to put oil in the truck during the trip and got no response, acknowledgment or apology. What a disappointing experience with a business that has been around for a long time. Not sure I will consider them again.

LAWRENCE HThe representative was very helpful upon arriving at the location to pick up a vehicle. Her assistance was very professional and she was able to get me the vehicle I needed. When I came back to turn the vehicle in I was helped out of order and had to wait a little longer because the person behind me skipped me. Then when I got home later in the day to check my receipt I noticed I had a $7 charge for a dolly (equipment) that I did not rent. I called the store and after speaking to someone I was disconnected. I called back and no one answered at the location but I was able to be routed to a call center where I was able to fill a compliant. The representative told me a manager would call me back within 72 business hours.
John SMy only complaint is that whoever used the truck before me clearly smoked in the vehicle as it wreaked of smoke. I tried to air it out but it was really, really bad. The truck was clearly marked NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

JUSTIN HThey gave me inaccurate gas measure last rent. And before they told me that I will get $37 credit if I add gas to the half tank. I did that but I didn’t get the credit. The only reason to deal with them that the location is closet location to me.

I pulled up to a girl yelling ma'am it's going to be about 15 minutes, after that she told me to come in and sit, only for her to tell me she'll be right back. After waiting another 25 mins for her she started back helping the customer that came before me outside as I'm waiting a male customer service agent started$ helping people behind me I asked the young lady why she didn't tell me she was going back outside. she said ma'am I was professional took me 1 hr to get my truck. NEVER GOING BACK

Nat TThe gas gauge on the truck was clearly off. We picked up the truck with the gas between a quarter and a half. When we tried to drop it off at that same gas level, they made us fill it up to half. Not to mention they then charged us for the extra mileage it took to go all the way back to the gas station and back. They advertise their services as affordable but they ended up charging my husband and I $170 just to drive from Tallahassee to Crawfordville and back.

BETTY CNot able to park my vehicle on U-Haul property, which was concerning for the safety of my car. I failed to count the moving blankets before use, bc my movers unpacked them. When I returned to U-Haul, there was a blanket missing. I searched for said blanket and I do not have it. I was charged $8 for the blanket, which I suspect was not in the pack when I received it, but I cannot prove it. It is annoying that one cannot choose the location to pick up truck. This location was very out of the way and I had to pay for that mileage.

Jakendra S | Overall ExperienceThis was teh worse storage exp ever. There was a hole in the storage container's roof that cuased major water damage to some of my belongings, the container was inundated with mold and mildew and roaches. I had to quickly move my stuff out to another storage facilitiy. The same day I asked to close the account but was told to leave the damage items in and the account active while i filed a claim. I was told I would not be charged while they invstigated and the claim pending. Would'nt you know it, hey still changed me, and refused to reverse the charge. Whatever you do find your storage needs else where.
