There was a hole in the storage container's roof that cuased major water damage to some of my belongings, the container was inundated with mold and mildew and roaches. I had to quickly move my stuff out to another storage facilitiy. The same day I asked to close the account but was told to leave the damage items in and the account active while i filed a claim. I was told I would not be charged while they invstigated and the claim pending. Would'nt you know it, hey still changed me, and refused to reverse the charge. Whatever you do find your storage needs else where.
