KAREN TManage trucks not ready for pick up better. My original pick up time was 2:00 PM, got moved to 3:00 PM due to the truck not being delivered from previous customer. Was told to come back at 6:00 PM..truck was not ready for pick up when I got there at 6, so worker got me a truck at another U-Haul, but stated that I would be getting a discount for my inconvenience; the other U-Haul stated that what I was told was not true and when I tried calling my original U-Haul store, they did not answer anyone. I am a United States Air Force Reserve member, and having my reserved time moved 4 hours after, with no accommodations was very frustrating. Worse experience ever, and it is a very emotional time for me.
TYNTHIA BTruck smelled like a non-stop smoker never left the truck for a month. I had to put an air freshner in the vents because the smell was way too strong. Also the car dolly cables were rusty.

ARVELT SI called and made reservation for a box truck. And a car hauler trailer. For the 24th Saturday of octhe. Pick up was to be between 9:30 AM. And 4 PM on that Saturday. I get there at 10:10 AM after driving.All right from oklahoma to alabama and my truck and trailer had been canceled not by me period I ran around all day using gas. I didn't have to try to find another box truck and trailer. All they had was local trailers. And trucks. So they said period 230 they call me back and say they located me a truck and another car hauler trailer, but I would have to pick them up in 2 different locations. I get there to pick up my trailer and truck and they have the doors locked. And nobody answering the doors. We waited an hour, but needless to say, neither the truck nor the cargo hall and trailer were there period period so therefore I had to stay even longer in Towe were supposed to have left on Sunday. I had to be back at work on Tuesday. We did not even get to leave town until Tuesday. When we finally located a cargo trailer by walking in to a U-Haul\n On Monday morning so therefore, I miss 3 more days of work, trying to move my stuff because you all dropped the ball period I'm very unhappy about it.\n Especially when I went to the trouble to make the plans ahead of time. I do not feel as though I should be charged. The extra time for keeping the trailer\n 2 days longer. Because the screw up from yall's end is what put me behind in the first place. I would like the refund of the extra $45. Thank you

WILLIAM MYou asked me to haul an empty trailer to El Paso. Making me pick up my van and trailer at different locations was not helpful.
brock rThe equipment was clean; the agent was very friendly and helpful. After taking the truck, I found that the gear shift was a little soft - meaning it didn't seem to slide into park as I expected it to. I had to make sure it was in park with just a little extra effort. After loading it I started putting the key into the ignition and the plastic cover fell off. I put it back on but called the office to see if I needed to do anything else. Since the truck was loaded, I was told to go ahead and drive it and if I had more trouble call roadside assistance. The one thing I would add to the truck since there is no rear-view mirror is backup sensors to notify the driver there was something behind the truck or the driver was getting too close to something. A backup camera would be good, but definitely sensors!!

VICTOR BI use this location for trailer rentals four or five times a year. Dependable, helpful and friendly staff always greets me with a smile and gets me in and out in minutes. Never have an issue with the equipment and they have supplies when I need them. The website works well making rental, check-in and returns a breeze for me and them.

OSHANA JBilly Bell... knowledgeable and professional. He was who was helping me initially. Then..Store representative think his name is "Ronnie - working when I returned the truck. Unwilling to listen because I questioned the final payment on bill. Very rude .."I am supposed to be off....I'm getting ready to leave and close the store. Continued to talk very loud and aggressive. I asked to see mgr... He's not here . you can call him.. I called the store to talk with mgr.the same store representative continued to ask me my name I told him my name is not important I need to speak with the manager. He hung up on me. This lack of professionalism by this one individual is one that can directly impact a company bottom line. My daughter later call the store and spoke with a well spoken employee (Will) regarding the event that took place with my mother. I explained to him what took place. She also told him that he could share their conversation with the employee named Ronnie. Will provided her with Billy Bell's information. My mother would like to talk with someone about this horrible experience. Improve customer service by providing this employee with intensive customer service training. Continue to work with employee to become a respectful and customer focus employee. Please contact me
CAROLYN PIt took almost 2 hours pickup the truck. No remdy was offered. The truck was dirty inside and out. I paid for two dozen blankets and was only given a dozen, with no refund for the ones I didn’t get. No winshield wipers for the truck either…Staff was nice, but didn’t make for all of the problems.
KENNETH LMake sure the trucks are cleaned up before renting them back out again. My truck had not been swept out, and there were cups and wrappers underneath both seats in the cab. I saw a notice inside the back of the truck stating customers would be charged $25.00 if the truck was returned dirty. I had to sweep out the truck and clean out the cab AFTER picking up the vehicle, so shouldn't I get a $25.00 credit? Other than that, the truck ran great and handled well; even with a Load Share trailer hitched on.

RICHARD CEverything went fine until the return. I started using the online return process; about halfway thru, the website started the process over. I then had to wait until the n store opened to finish the process.
STEPHEN MI rented an appliance dolly. In the right side, the below was completely off of the roller and just hanging on there. Also, the right wheel fell off of the dolly as I was using it. There was no cotter pin securing the wheel to the dolly. I had to fix it before I could continue to use it.
John REquipment is always ready to go. Staff is always friendly and very helpful.
