I have rented here several times and every time, I’m there at open and they’re ready. The equipment is there and in good shape, it’s a quick check in and a parking lot checkout. Everybody seem happy. Store seems well staffed. I’ve never had a reason consider going anywhere else. For those keeping track, not a bot, not even a local, just have people there I help out every couple years or so on my way thru town.

First of all I've rented from U-Haul for decades, trailers and moving vans. Usually the service is good but a little slow no matter which location I rent from. Trailers I rent are usually vehicle tow trailers. This time your website did not give me that choice at all, no matter which location I tried to rent from, so I rented a flatbed. When I went to pick up the flatbed there were 4 vehicle tow trailers sitting there, one broken down. The flatbed I rented had a very low tire. I did not notice this until later after loading a vehicle on it, at which time I had no way to air it up. When I returned the trailer the attendant wanted me to back it into a space. Usually I always do this, however this location is very cramped with very limited space to maneuver. He had a dolly there but was reluctant to use it, until after I explained I did not have enough room to maneuver. One other thing, U-Haul use to just copy my ID. Now you demand I take a picture of it and give permission for U-Haul to have access to my phone. I see this as an invasion of my privacy and feel it could be handled in less intrusive manner. I hope this helps as I like using U-Haul for the availability of moving equipment, and would like to see U-Haul improve it's operations.

Tika and the other gal were absolutely amazing! Great help to me and very kind! Truck was very clean and maintained. I had signed up with storage because of Tikas recommendation. Dylan at the McHenry location was also very helpful with information on returning my truck as well me getting my storage. Great experience for my first time renting a truck during a last min move after a long few days they all made things easy!!! Thanks guys

I like renting from this location but this trailer I rented stunk really bad and someone added 6 little tree air fresheners to cover the scent and the air fresheners made the smell worse. Otherwise good experiences here.

Dog hair was covering both fabric seats. There was a couple of pieces of trash in the front space of the van. Leftover change was left in the cup holder. I wish there was a tidier van for me to drive. Counter clerk was very nice and helpful.

Everything was nice and clean. Truck was a bit difficult to drive. Seemed to be a lot of slack in steering wheel. Lock on back was difficult to close. Once closed it wouldn't open. Had to return to office for a different lock. Employees handed lock issue quickly.

The vehicle was drop off during the night at 10:00 pm after service hours. The facility even if no employee was illuminate it and clean.ia was able to complete the drop off by the app. Thank you it was a new and successfully experience God bless you.
