Clean the truck properly next time. I found old food wrappers on the armrest compartment. Also my estimate for the miles was way off and I paid $20 more than my estimate.

Returned U-Hail trailer from San Jose to Modesto near closing hour at 5:00pm, Had to drop U-Haul load off first at storage center, it was cold and raining, we were wet, cold and exhausted from the day. I understand the 2 service desk workers were ready to go home. Would be nice if U-Haul would compensate there workers with a reward for over and above service for there kindness. Not a warm welcome.

Person working when we returned truck at 6:59 pm was rude and not helpful. Was very disappointed, windshield wipers didn’t work. She didn’t care. All she cared about is getting off work. I have used uhaul for years, this my worst experience

have all the iifo explained before someone arrives to pick up also do not force so.eone to take your I s was told my Ins would not cover When I explained to the agent that I will call customer care he said U can call and complain but they really don't care and will refer back to the manager of the shop which he was incharge and basically nothing will happen because I already told him . so basically you can charge what you want and nobody cares very disappointed no respose from someone i regards to this a email was sent but no discount which I was under the impression I would receive

Sorry to say that U-Haul was very inconsistent with communicating with their customer, I called several times to get a confirmation for pick up and got the run around up to the day of finally pinning down a location after making reservations far enough in advance, very poor customer service.

When dropping of my auto transport, the employee told me i had to unhook all the straps myself. When i told him i dont know how to do that i need him to do it so i can drive my car off. He went and did it but still told me to unhook both chains myself. Then he took off. I was hoping he would quickly stand behind my vehicle and me navigate it off. Its all around bad service.

Trailer seemed to have animal crap all over the bottom of the trailer. I seem to think I would of been charged a fee if I returned equipment in that same condition! The employee that was doing the paperwork had a bad attitude, seemed as if anything I had a question about would irritate her. Then a different person went to hook the trailer to my vehicle but must of taken 10-15 separate times to stop and check or reply to messages on his phone. I am not one to leave reviews, good or bad but this was a terrible experience as far as service and a perfect example of how the new younger generations work ethic will be like.

The tow dolly required some maintenance before I could finish hooking up my car on the lot. A car securing chain was too short and the rubber retainer straps at the chain hooks were cracking. The staff did quickly get the minor repairs done and got me on my way.

I ordered a 20+ foot truck 3 days in advance. I was told no problem. When I got there to pick up the truck all they had was a 12 foot truck. So I had to make more trips. Plus some things I had to move would not fit in a 12 foot truck/ I needed 20! I will never use U-Haul again!
