THIS facility was fantastic in fixing what completely botched!! After the fiasco created by and being over on mileage (because I had to go 25 miles out of my way to get a truck that was supposed to be waiting for me), this location was professional and kind enough to not charge me for the overage. I do have a complaint into Uhaul corporate and how that is resolved will determine if I ever give Uhaul business again.

My due time was 2pm and returned equipment at 6:45pm. I did inform office in advance of situation. Customers should get a prorated price to cover the difference instead of being charged a full rental day.

High mileage truck with damage to all sides. Ok for across town... I wouldn't have wanted to travel any distance. It's funny to me that the supplemental insurance is pushed prior to rental. I can tell you that no repair work from any supplemental insurance seems to be spent on repairing the vehicles. Some disinterested millennial kids work the desk... certainly someone's kids that would rather be doing something else. It worked out though... good location! ??

I was pleased with Fabian who check me in "very quickly" and got me out of there in plenty of time to be where I needed to be. Returning the rental " Mike" Miguel was waiting to check my truck back in; this also went smooth. My entire service was outstanding, I would go back again to the Kansas Rental place.

3 out of 5 rentals (including this one) my equipment was not there and ready or had at the last minute been moved to another location more than an hour away. Horrible customer service and excuses most of the time. The only reason I used it again was because it was only a block away from the house I was moving from.

We were not Aware when our drop off time was and came only 1 hour late and was charged a full day with insurance and was told we did this to our selves so we ended up paying an extra $175

I barely went under the gas line and I was charged an outrageous price to cover the rest of the gas. I will use Rider next time I move.



The Checkout guy was a jerk, he was just rude making me wait without an apology. If I didn't need to move that morning I would have walked away. The turn in guy was super friendly and responsive. I didn't think I was in the same store.

The person checking me in was somewhat rude. But we were in and out really quickly. I had ordered an appliance dolly (which he charged me for but did not give me) and didn’t realize until we got to the house to start loading. No big deal, I had big strong men to help. Bringing it back was super easy. The gentleman checked it out and when he asked where the dolly was, I let him know he didn’t give it to me; that charge was dropped. I think the only issue with the rig was that the brakes were loud and wearing way down. Other than that, it was a next to perfect experience

We have rented from this location several times and had several bad experiences with unprofessional, rude staff. The last time we rented we were told there was a flag in the system that we had to call and find out why we were being restricted from renting the van we had reserved before we would be allowed to rent the vehicle. So we called the number provided and after waiting about 15 minutes for the lady to fumble around trying to read through and figure out why there was a flag. She said it was just put there to tell us how important it is to return the equipment on time instead of calling in and requesting to extend our rental contract. This was extremely upsetting and rude. We have paid the additional fees each and every time we’ve needed to extend previous rentals. We were insulted and offended. We’ve had several offensive phone calls from “management” at this location in the past and after spending thousands in rental fees here we are NOT planning to rent from Uhaul in the future after this... final straw...
