Second time renting a cargo van at this location. Staff is efficient and trucks are maintained well. Definitely will be using this Uhaul location again!

Rick C20 foot truck had clumps of mud and debris in the box of the truck. There was no moving blankets available and the two wheeled dolly was gone.interior had dried mud dust all through out the cab. Truck had LESS than a quarter of a tank of gas.
JOHN C2 of us waited over 30 min. the day I went to pick up. The drop of was very fast however.

HASSAN ZThe staff was kind and professional. The equipment was absolutely terrible. The truck felt like it was on its last leg. It reeked like gas and cigarettes, we drove with the windows down because of the stench. The vehicle stalled too many times to count; we prayed on the highway that we would make it to our destination. The steering was dangerous, the vehicle bounced all over the road at a speed between 35-45mph locally, we had to use flashers on the highway and went under the speed limit.
DOROTHY IThe paperwork said the truck had 1/4 of a tank at pick up. It actually had under 1/8 of a tank and the gas light was on when I drove out of the parking lot. Who rents vehicles that are nearly out of gas ??
DEAN CEverytime I come here to the McKnight Road uhaul, I always am taken care very professionally and respectfully. The process takes no time at all, and within 10 minutes of my arrival I am behind the wheel of my rental.
MATTHEW EAdded coverage fee without my approval. When I pointed out on the receipt at the check out, they apologize and promised will refund the fee after I return the vehicle. However, the coverage fee was not refunded. The most important thing is, when the guy realized he made a mistake, he tried to correct the receipt right away (maybe, cancel or reverse my order, then do it again), but he was stopped and suggested by his colleges about refund me later when I return the vehicle??? However, they DID NOT refund the fee, even when I confirmed with them again at I returned the rental. It was just one day rental, but this is not acceptable! Totally, dishonest!

DEREK SI was overcharged for miles. They billed me my estimate not my actual which was small difference maybe 7 Miles @1.39 that I was overcharged so probably not going back
DONALD GI cannot speak highly enough about this location. This is the only UHaul I will go to due to the amazing team there, the reliability of booking and trucks, and my overall positive experience anytime I need a vehicle. BOOK HERE!! This is the best Uhaul ever!!

DANIELLE HOne of the tires was so bare that I only made it 10 miles outside of the city. Wires from the tread were showing through the tire. When the repair man came to help us, he also noted the hitch was installed upside down and he had to fix that as well.
