Your staff is excellent at this location. Efficient, friendly, respectful of my time and the time of others who were waiting. The only thing about this location that is sometimes challenging is the tight space which isn't really something you can change. But the actual location is so convenient for me and many people I wouldn't trade that for a bigger parking lot.

I had to get out & adjust the mirror ( some help would be nice ) didn't know the vehicle features , heater , etc. the seat belt in the passenger seat was stuck , my wife could not use it . other than that , nice experience .

3 miles down the interstate the pin in the hinge of the driver side door broke causing the door to come open and not close again. I called U-Haul number and told them I was literally right down the road from pickup and the door flew open on the interstate they stated I would have to sit and wait for roadside or drive it back. Since I was on a time limit I had to drive the truck back holding the driver door on the entire way. The rental place did give me a different truck. But upon return I was compensated approximately $70 from my rental bill for an incident that could have easily killed someone had a car been next to me when this happened. And the fact that I had to decide to sit for hours on my limited time schedule or drive a huge truck while literally holding the driver door on.

I didn't see anything that needed improvement. Dustin Crooks did a great job when it came to customer service. When i went online to reserve a truck and equipment I jad some complications, but Dustin did well to help me out and moving was no problem and he worked with me very well. Thank you Dustin!

Make sure that the reservation system is able to change a customers reservation when they want to use a different piece of equipment that better suits their needs. Have a kiosk at the drop off location where the customer is able to scan their contract for quicker after hours turn in and have a printed receipt of their turn in.

I prefer swinging doors on a trailer over the rollup door. Inevitably, shifting cargo makes the rollup door a real problem to open.

Reserved a 15 foot uhaul with a ramp, was given a 10 foot without ramp! Was not notified of this and it almost messed up my task of the day!! Very upset by this!! I really needed the bigger truck!!

U-Haul should remove Them Movers from their list of moving partners. Description of my experience with them: 1. The 2 movers were schedule to arrive at 9, but didn't arrive until 9:30. 2. They were both extremely slow moving - the slowest movers I've ever hired. 3. Jordan took numerous smoke breaks, which I shouldn't be paying for. He also left his cigarette butts all over the property, including jamming one in between retaining wall blocks lining the driveway. 4. I was charged for travel time in between the 2 homes, which included time they spent getting gas, Gatorade, and food. 5. Jordan was very chatty and would stop working to tell me stories - something else I shouldn't be paying for. It got to the point where when he'd start doing that, I would walk toward the moving van to get him back to work. 6. Whenever they disassembled something, they would hand me the screws instead of screwing them back into the item. Now I have a bunch of fasteners and have no idea what they belong to. 7. A few days after the move, I found that they didn't remove the brackets from the back of the TV, which were supposed to be left with the TV mount at the old house. 8. They didn't pack the truck to the ceiling, which resulted in them not being able to fit everything in the truck. This was despite the fact that I had already moved all boxes and most small furniture, wall hangings, glass table tops and mirrors. I ended up going back to the old house 3 times to load and get possessions left behind in the driveway. 9. They told me they couldn't get/fit the lawn tool rack in the shed or the Rubbermaid deck box. I ended up disassembling the deck box myself and bringing it to the truck for them to load on top. I also disassembled the tool rack and took it and the tools myself. 10. When they were loading items from the garage and back patio, Derrick didn't know I was in the garage when I overheard him call some of my items "junk." I certainly did not appreciate that and didn't hire him for his opinion of my possessions. 11. They needed to move the refrigerator in my hold home out of the way so that they could swing the corner with a tall armoire. When they did so, they tore the vinyl flooring in this house I was closing the sale of the following day! 12. Now that I've been unpacking boxes and putting items on tables, shelves, etc., I'm noticing many scratches and dents that weren't there before. I had rented 12 furniture pads, gave them additional blankets when requested, and offered even more blankets if needed. Obviously, they didn't protect my furniture in an acceptable way. 13. And last but certainly not least, Derrick broke a support leg off my prize possession - an antique sideboard (see pictures attached). The screw on the bottom of the support leg on that side got stuck on a furniture blanket. Derrick kept pulling and pulling until the support leg broke off. I don't like how vehicle is checked in. Man went out to truck. Came back within 4 mins and said you are good to go. Never got a receipt that showed how many miles he recorded and what final bill is. I know I drove 44.1 miles. No idea what I was billed

The Dolly equipment is so bad not easy to use and rusty, you are a big company buy high quality Dolly because it was no save at all when i rent a car for moving one refrigerator and rent a dolly with extra $10 and not save or helpful when moving the Refrigerator

Update mileage and gas usage prior to having a new customer rent the vehicle and better training on how to use computer system to fix issues like this quickly. I wasted a lot of time waiting to get this issue fixed and then was told that it was resolved. When I got an emailed receipt (since the printed receipt was not an option due to the printer not working) I found out that I was still charged the incorrect amount after being told that it was fixed just moments before. The service was fine and the truck ran wonderfully, I just really did not appreciate the lack of urgency or care to fix this issue especially since it wasn’t even fixed.
