The staff was extremely communicative, helpful and friendly. They were on task with everyone and although busy, they were all working together which streamlined the process. There were only 3 of them yet they were all very pleasant while working! Even at drop off when I had forgotten a broom to sweep out the leaves from going yo the dump, and they were super kind and did it themselves. I felt bad about bringing it back that way, but they just got right on it and took care of it for me. Bravo. Thank you.

JAMIE NThe reason why the location is just not great it is very small it's really hard to park I had to go all the way around to get the entrance that being said the people there are amazing I have never received such good customer service the three people that help me out are rock stars I wish they could go to every other location and teach people how to act appropriately they juggled like seven things at once and handled it like pros it was amazing on how efficient they were I wish there was more people like them thank you for everything it really was a wonderful experience
JOSEPH PI actually want to give kudos to your employee Charles Lucas at the Audi Blvd., Silverado Boulevard location. He’s not only hospitable and courteous. He goes above and beyond just his duties there. He must’ve noticed that I was having a tough day. He took the time to encourage me and let me know that things are gonna be fine. This is something you see rarely in today’s society. A young man that goes out of his way to encourage somebody else who is in need I feel this young man is a great asset to your company. It’s not every day you meet a person who has the compassion and empathy that I saw in Charles Lucas today God bless you guys.

JEFFREY JThe manager of this location refused to allow us to unload the vehicle transport on the lot and got in a screaming match telling us it was not his problem where we ‘dumped’ our vehicle but that he didn’t have liability insurance for offloading vehicles and it was on us to try to find another location to drive the car off the transport. He acted like it was entirely not his problem, despite the cramped conditions to try to get a 26’ truck plus vehicle transport maneuvered around in the area to find somewhere else. When we tried to offload it on the shoulder of the nearby road he yelled at us that was dangerous and when we explained it was not on the lot so not his liability he started screaming ‘get off my lot go home get out of here’. Terrible experience. Terrible end to a hard day of moving. Unbelievable that you could pay for a vehicle transport and the approved location for drop off would be such a terrible experience with no notification that we could not drive the vehicle off at that location. I even tried calling the location ahead of time to ask but you can’t get through to the location it just routes your call to big U-Haul customer. service. After we left and unloaded the vehicle in another lot the manager who had screamed at us did not even bother to come out to try to address the situation. If I could choose negative stars I would.

Carli DI was given a receipt of $45.03 and they charge my bank card $79.58 .I only drive for 15 miles and I asked her I didn’t need insurance but she charge $15.00 dollars for insurance and had an attitude problem when I brought it to her attention I also brought back the truck with more fuel than I took off with
ALEFOSIO TThey assumed we went to Burning Man and charged us a $250. cleaning fee. They did credit it back to us, however on the credited receipt, I noticed there was a oil and tire repair fee for $200. We will not be renting from U- Haul again.

ANKIT KI accidentally left my house keys in the truck after locking the truck and putting the keys in the U-Haul drop box. After contacting U-Haul after hours they said they would leave a note at Oddie boulevard office so they would know about the keys in the morning. The office location never received a note. And did not take my keys out of the truck, which I could plainly see in the cup holder. Even when they apparently "cleaned" the car for the next rental. So the communication has not followed as they said it would, the cleaning is not happening as they say it should and the people who are apparently thoroughly checking the insides of the cars, obviously are not. Because they would have obviously seen my keys in the cup holder if they were thoroughly going through the car and cleaning it. I realize it was my fault for leaving the keys in the truck. But for all the other events to follow so now my keys are in the truck that is out on another rental duty to just be gone and lost in the meantime is really bad.

LITTLEBUCK HIf you rent a 26' uHaul, the Sage transfer station will now allow you to dump there. You will have to dump at Lockwood 11+ miles away. And it's a doozy of a trip. Just thought that would be something the staff should know and/or tell customers just in case. Otherwise, this is our 2nd time renting from the Oddie Street facility and I had a very good experience both times. Thank you!

JANICE SPeople working here are awesome! They’re very proficient, helpful, and great at multitasking. Unfortunately, it seems like they don’t have much of a choice—they have to juggle a lot at once. I was at the store on a busy Sunday (when many other locations were closed), and demand was high. The employees were doing everything they could: serving clients, answering phones, managing vehicles and parking spots, and more. Even though I had to wait about 40 minutes in line, I could see that the staff was working at peak efficiency and really doing their best. Honestly, the company should treat them better and provide more staffing support. That being said, my overall experience was still really positive. Compared to U-Haul locations I’ve been to in Florida, this place is 1000% better.
ANTON BI switched locations from the one on Digital Dr. in Spanish Springs, to the Oddie location because all 11 experiences I had at the Digital location were bad. I had 10 uboxes there so i had no choice to put up with their horrible service. I just couldn't take it anymore so I went to the Oddie location. They were very professional and served our needs happily. I would recommend them.

The leaf springs were bad and the trailer was bouncing all during my rental even with a load in it. I suggested to the staff to have a mechanic look at it and take it out of service.

Additionally I asked him to change the drop Off time in which he did not. I had to call the hotline number to have them change my drop Off time.

Shane SStaff was not very kind when picking up the rental and kept making passive aggressive comments. They charged me for moving pads but failed to give me any. Even in the beginning I told them what I was moving and they told me I needed a 15 ft truck which was way too big, plus the price more than tripled what I was expecting. Not happy with this service and will not be recommending to anyone I like.
