Staff was very rude. And when I finally got the keys I was told to bring it to the man outside. He ignored me for awhile and when I asked a simple question he gave me attitude. This location is the worst Uhaul I have ever been too. Don’t take your bad day out on the customers.

Gene FThis is my first time renting a auto transport. I arrived 1/2 hour early expecting a wait but the counter person put his lunch away and took care of me right away. From the paperwork to hookup and driving away everything went smooth. My return went well even though I messed it up. The really busy lot person directed me to the correct place to drop off the trailer after I got in the wrong lane. He took care of unhooking and logging it in and explained that I did not have to check in at the office as the mobile computer device will handle it. Then I got the email with the updated charges as I returned the trailer early and everything was updated and correct. My rental expierence was very positive.

Told the guy I was going from Reno Nevada to esparto California & returning to woodland, you would of thought he would of pro-rated my mileage for just that, instead I got charged an additional 5$ upon return.. shitty service. The 3 service attendants upon pickup all walked away from their desk upon pickup to begin with at first.

THOMAS FI have always had a great experience at this location. We rent atleast twice a year. And I have never had any issues at this location.
Dixie OService was very, very slow, but eventually we got what we needed. Also, I rented a 5’ wide trailer, but the opening of the trailer was only 49”, so the 5’ wide piece of equipment I needed to haul, so the trailer didn’t meet my needs and was poorly advertised for my needs at least.

ALEJANDRO BDisappointed that the website didn't list the 4 x 8 trailer with ramp, only the 5 x 9...so I ended up overpaying for a 5 x 9 when I rented and reserved it online when I only needed a 4 x 8 with ramp. Not the location's fault but Uhaul Website people's fault. I feel Uhaul should refund the difference between the 4 x 8 trailer and the 5 x 9 trailer to my credit card. DAVID SGas tank was empty when I rented the truck. I'm guessing theft during the night, since the gas cap was off and hanging down as well. Otherwise, OK. Average.

STEFANO MThis was leaps and bounds a better experience than my previous one at his location. The previous occasion, a tall, Caucasian male (with many tattoos), had me back up the uhual around the back to a different parking lot and jump the curb. This was all because he did not want to transport the trailer himself. This time around the, the uhuals were neatly parked and there was ample space to maneuver in the parking lot. The new assistant manager at this location has really turned this location around. Great job!

They had professional customer service ( don’t really see that enough in Reno). And they got you in an out in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody that needs to move. Great job guys!

Gene FWhen I went to pick up my truck I had on hold, it was out of gas. So I had to go straight to the gas station. I got on the interstate and thought the truck would blow the engine. After returning a truck that had a troublesome engine, I picked up another truck, only to have the same empty fuel tank. I was over an hour late for the movers. I had to pay them an extra $185. Customer service really didn't seem to care about my problems. I got reimbursed for one fuel up but not the other or refunded for the movers. I just spent $4,000 on a one-way trip out of state. They could have reimbursed me a lot more. This is very unsatisfactory.

LORINA SHorrible experience from the get go. Incorrectly informed on pricing. Charges for rental furniture pads and didn't get. They chose the wrong drop off location clear across town. Had to call customer service number. They transferred me, then again, then again, then left message. Then at end got a final receipt for a cleaninb fee of $50. What? I changed the entire cab out and swept the truck out. Luckily that lady at drop off location (not the one I asked on my reservation) she kindly credited me back the $50, or says she is, fingers crossed. Just crazy to deal with all this and still spend almost $1000 for one way 520 miles.

TESSA CI was about 20-25 minutes late. While I don't exactly know the "grace period" (figure it's possibly an hour). The receipt says I was charged an extra day, and extra insurance. The location was backed up anyway, so they couldn't have checked me in until the specified 3pm time. What do you think? Mark
