I also was not impressed by the man that helped me because he was wearing a lanyard from a local marijuana dispensary so that explains everything because he seemed very high.

JONI BWe did have an issue with this rental. We specifically needed a truck with a receiver - I called and spoke to Sam, who said the 10' truck we were reserved by corporate in Sparks had a welded on 2" ball so it could not be changed to the 2 5/16" that we needed. He was to have changed our reservation in Sparks to a 15' truck with a receiver. However, upon arriving in Sparks the only 15' truck available was at the Oddie, Reno location. We would have saved time knowing this in advance as we could have skipped a stop at the Sparks location.
JOHN SI did have an issue of a parking lamp not working. There was a wire hanging under the trailer form the rear light. Other than that, the crew was helpful and attentive. The trailer was in good shape besides the light.

january wThe site pick up was good and the employees were great. My one suggestion would be to improve the flow of your vehicle inspection app and it should save pictures for the customer as well.
MIKE VHonestly, I had a 7am appt to pick up a car dolly. I was only 2nd in line and for some reason it took over 25 minutes to get to me and get everything taken care of.
WILLIAM GExcellent customer service at the Silverado location. Trailer I rented was in great condition and met my needs. Samuel, the assistant manager was very helpful in many ways. On initalial set up the right blinker was not working. Sam checked the fuses with no failures. He cleaned my truck connection and fixed the issue quickly to get us going. Sam also contributed a few paver installation suggestions just before we left. Thank you Samuel

ERIC OLong wait time to check in. Ashes from cigarettes within the cab and by the speedometer. Lock code for padlock was not provided and when I called to request it none of the codes they provided worked. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very frustrating experience.

ERIC WIt’s the App that need to be fixed. Why would it let me reserve equipment in a town more than 600 miles away, and then notify me the night before that my equipment can be picked up in a different city 48 miles away? Later fixed, but now picking up 24 hours later at two different locations in town? Oh yeah, then on my drop off in my destination city, the app told me where to drop off. Then I was called by UHaul asking me if I was returning the equipment an hour after I dropped it off. Fix your App UHaul, or go back to phone reservations and get out of the App game all together.

Elizabeth COnly two staff members, I assume due to corporate policy, on site. Additionally, the rental did not have enough gas to get to a gas station before I ran out on the freeway only about a mile away, leading to a $300 roadside assistance charge that I had to refuse on principle. Regardless of giving a credit for filling the tank back to 1/8, it should still have had a little more than that in the tank to get to a gas station. Staff was friendly and as informative as possible. This negative review is a reflection of policy, not people.
