I always choose this location. It's a convenient spot, but the people here are great! 10/10 would recommend

Would have been more convenient to retain our original location at 85th and foster, changed at last minute.
JONATHAN CVan was fine.We drove it less than 10 miles and returned it in under 90 minutes. Not happy at all that the fuel gauge was lower than 1/4 tank before we left the lot and not at the 1/4 tank mark like the contract said, evidenced in a picture that I showed to the clerk upon return. I was told at checkout a gallon of gas was $5.50 and I was fine with paying that fee for a gallon that I probably only used half of for 9 miles. No one told me about a $30 "fuel fee" in addition to the $5.50 per gallon charge and I was charged for 2 gallons that would have been impossible for me to use in 9 miles. I'm sure the $30 fuel fee is buried in your small print so I'm not fighting it but it's garbage price gauging and shady as all get out. Do better UHaul.

KEITH JThe floor of the cargo van's storage area was dirty. I had to lay down cardboard to make sure the sofa I was moving remained clean. The people at the location were very friendly. The mobile check in process was awkward. Code to scan for location was in one area, van was in another, and then I had to go inside to get the keys, which felt like it defeated using mobile for check in. If I have to go inside, I may as well just not use mobile.

DOMINIC GBetter visibility in these trucks. Its very hard to see through the mirrors or adjust them. the least is that become electric so you can adjust them while in the drivers seat not having to go back and forth from the drivers seat to the mirror itself. Would be a decent vehicle if it had cameras to be able to maneuver this behemoth, your customers are not truck drivers.

MICHAEL WI have recently rented a truck twice from this location. Both times, the service was great, pickup was fast, and drop off was even easier. Prices are good, too. Nothing but good stuff to report.
HARTH HI had reserved a truck for a move a few weeks ago. It happened to be during the Azure outage that affected your POS system. Jeremy (I think was his name, sorry if I got it wrong) was *incredibly* helpful getting people what they needed.

The guys behind the counter were capable and nice, so the people you have are good, you just might need more.
