Its very hard to see through the mirrors or adjust them. the least is that become electric so you can adjust them while in the drivers seat not having to go back and forth from the drivers seat to the mirror itself. Would be a decent vehicle if it had cameras to be able to maneuver this behemoth, your customers are not truck drivers.

MICHAEL WI have recently rented a truck twice from this location. Both times, the service was great, pickup was fast, and drop off was even easier. Prices are good, too. Nothing but good stuff to report.
HARTH HI had reserved a truck for a move a few weeks ago. It happened to be during the Azure outage that affected your POS system. Jeremy (I think was his name, sorry if I got it wrong) was *incredibly* helpful getting people what they needed.

The guys behind the counter were capable and nice, so the people you have are good, you just might need more.

Liane BI refueled the truck to the required level, but was charged for two gallons of gas. They are working on it, but it should have been dealt with already.
CHARLES JThe gas tank had been drilled on the first truck I picked up. I found this out by attempting to fill the tank, only to have gas come pouring out from under the truck! Fortunately the manager was able to put me in another truck. When I returned the second truck at the end of the day I told the employee on duty about the mishap with the first ruck and explained that I left the gas a couple of gallons short since those gallons had ended up on the pavement under the first truck, not to mention the hassle of getting the truck back to the lot running on an empty tank. He assured me that he'd take care of it. I see on my receipt that I've been charged for gas. I am most unhappy with U Haul. For the record, the manager I worked with was great so my review does not reflect on him. The employee that checked me back in totally ignored the gas issue and charged me after saying he'd handle it. Also, the replacement truck had a front headlight that wasn't working.
ROBERT MIt's hard to say what could be improved. The staff that helped me on the pickup and return were fantastic at this location. They were helpful, friendly, and professional.

SCOTT MReturned rental & was charged with tons of unwarranted charges. Employees did not do their job to explain the procedure of the rental. Charged me $60 for 6 gallons of gas when the vehicle only had 44 miles in the tank upon pick up. Went from a quote of $75 but I was charged over $300 after I dropped off the truck. Terrible experience and feel like I was taken advantage of.

JAMES MCheck the tire pressure. I got a warning message that the right front tire was low. I pulled into a station as soon as I could, it was about 10 psi lower that the other tires. Also, the tag on the driver door frame did not have recommended tire pressure indicated,

Jacqueline MIt was a good experience - it's mostly the nearby area that is a little dicey, which you can't really control- one thing I really liked is the tool on the contract that helped you decide exactly how much gas you needed to put in the tank at the end of use. I rent a lot of cars and I've never seen rental car companies that do that, and I wish they did if they don't give you a car with a full tank, but they don't so you end up guessing and wasting money. thank you for that innovation
KIMBERLY PRear right tire had 50% of the PSI in it. Had to get the tire replace. The tire had a horrible patch job and was leaking air. The service was very good to get the tire replaced.
GIANNA BI was given a truck with multiple safety dashboard warnings, a spare tire in use, and body damage from prior user w/o inspection after my card was charged. The morning after turn in I was contacted concerning the damage to the truck. That I might be charged accountable. I reminded them to check with the prior user who used the spare where the damage was and don't blame me. DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME AS A WOMAN. I AM A VETERAN whose driven Petroleum hazmat tanker! I didn't damage your little pick up truck, respectfully! I also reminded them that a inspection happens before and after usage and/or payment. I advised him to get with the salesmen who rented me the vehicle and protecting the customer that had the accident( who obviously didn't pay for the protection) prior to my reservation. WATCH OUT! BEWARE

CODY GThe two people at this location I dealt with were excellent; friendly, helpful, accommodating and efficient. However, U-haul's electronic communications had a few glitches and could be improved.
RICHARD LCustomer service was poor - guy in a tattered hoodie mumbling that they didn't have the truck they reserved, leaving for 5 minutes, then coming back to say "I didn't do my job right" and they do have it, then disappearing, saying they don't have the dolly I reserved. Gave me the keys, no walkaround or instructions, then forgot to put in the alternative dolly I said I'd wanted. The truck was fine, the customer service, not great.
GREGORY BI was really disappointed with my experience. First, they charged me a $100 “deposit” without any explanation of what it covered. If the point is liability, everyone knows a hundred dollars wouldn’t cover real damage, so it just feels like a hidden extra fee. On top of that, the vehicles were not properly inspected. The first truck they tried to give me had a flat tire, which the staff didn’t even catch. The second truck I was given had an alignment issue that caused it to pull hard to the right for the entire drive to another state. Driving a fully loaded moving truck in those conditions was not only stressful but also unsafe. It’s frustrating that a company of this size doesn’t make basic pre-checks standard. Customers should be able to trust that their rental is safe and ready to drive — especially for long hauls.
