Staff here is the friendliest of all the locations I go too! This is my pickup/return location of choice. Always a good mood in here.

They were given a location where we wanted to return the Uhaul. A different address was put on the contract. Yes my husband should have checked it and not assumed.

The truck was disgusting. It smelled awful and is in need of replacement. The onine check in process needs some serious work, it is cumbersome and glitchy. The gentleman who worked at this location was very helpful and kind.

Every time we pick up equipment, it always has debris in it. Last time there was a bunch of mulch, this time it was nails and broken glass in the cargo area and used tissues and cigar wrapper in the cab. This just happens to be the closest location for us. We also had a horrible time using the app for after hours pick up. The prompts changed each time (we had to call in twice), then the woman we spoke to had to transfer us to the right department for after hours pick up help (no big deal) and then when I explained that the app was not working and there was no cell service at the location, her response was "well you'll have to get that working" and didn't do a thing for us. When I told her this was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul, she replied, "have a nice evening" and hung up. Zero help!

Equipment was clean, it worked Great. Your technician Patrick welcomed we back at the end of the day with a smile and helpful attitude. Much appreciated because I was exhausted after moving my belongings that weekend! I also get my propane refills here! Thank you to Patrick and everyone else here. :)

Need employees to be trained correctly no sooner did I leave with a 5X9 open trailer it was not Secure to my vehicle came off the hitch and smashed the tailgate on my truck. The coupler , instead of being screwed down clockwise , it was all the way in the counterclockwise position , which means it was not tightened down at all.

Showed up at the first location where i reserved and the store manager wasn’t there and they made me drive 4 miles down the road to a different location. They then proceeded to give me a different truck that was in the system with 54k more miles than the one i was supposed to be in. So not only did i lose 2 hours of moving on a stressful day i also wasted my time trying to figure out simple clerical errors with their store. Please just fire the whole office, i will never use U-Haul again. Also the truck i was given drove like dog crap.

Truck had wobble in steering and check engine light on - I notified rental location, they advised to continue if truck was running ok. I did this. Truck needed maintenance, but it made the trip

They overcharged me in the final invoice. I rented a 26' truck, used it for 11 hrs. - their website where I reserved this service says it's $49.95 per period (day of 24hr) plus $1.19 rate per mile. I picked up the truck at 7:55am and agreed verbally to return the truck the same day at 6:00pm - I came back to return the truck at 6:31pm and they considered that enough to charge me for 2 periods ( $99.90) and also they charged me $1.39 per mile instead of honoring what the website states. When I inquired about these charges, they said I was late and also the mile rate is weekend rate. I recommend that if you need to rent a truck and this is the only available store, make sure they are clear with fees and times, otherwise they will screw you at the end. I don't want this to happen to other customers, because they have misleading ads.

The U-Haul team at 10440 Seminole Blvd. is the BEST. I have used quite a few other locations over the years and none compare to the service experience offered at this location. Daryl Sharp handled the rental process and made it easy. Felipe (Crazy Tony) and Patrick made moving day stress free. I will certainly rent from this U-Haul location again. I highly recommend them!

Rented me a hauler with a flat tire and overcharged me telling me I dropped the hauler off past my time all beacuse my phone died and I couldn’t check it in

I paid for pads but they didn't give them to me. I didn't realize it until I was well gone from the location. I also was expecting a ramp with the truck but that wasn't there either. Ultimately, the piano that I wanted to move with the ramp and the pads couldn't be moved. So I hope the next customer gets what they're expecting from the people that know what they're doing.

I picked up the truck at opening time. There were two guests ahead of me, I was greeted and told I would be helped shortly. I attempted to use app for pickup but it was clumsy, it would not accept FL or Florida as my state. I was quickly assisted and the young lady had me completed in under two minutes. She escorted me directly to my truck. I returned the truck to Patrick, he was very professional polite, check out was less than one minute. You have a great team, great service, highly efficient and cordial. Excellent experience.

The associate that assisted me Monday morning was extremely rude and put such a bad taste in my mouth about the company. She seemed like she was annoyed with any question I asked and had something better to do. I paid with a debit card that she without asking me processed as a credit card and then charged me a $60 fee that she processed as a debit card so when I returned the equipment it looked like I did not get my deposit back. I felt unwelcomed and unwanted from the moment I walked in
