dont falsley advertise showing the overside cargo vans if your going to give a us a utility van instead.. those are two different thong and have totally different capacities. and train your workers better and have a manager or another employee who can fill in if one worker does not show up.

Be very careful when returning your vehicle to the store. The odometer showed that we went exactly 10 miles. But the gas gauge indicated that we had gone a lot further. They tried to charge us for 6 gallons of gas when we used less than one. There was a lot of arguing, But we finally got the woman to understand that you don't use 6 gallons of gas to go 10 miles. It was a very frustrating and annoying experience. Our only conclusion is that the gas gauge on the truck is not in working order and she would not believe her eyes. She kept insisting that the computer was right! It's unfortunate that people don't know how to do math and think for themselves anymore. So as I said be very careful when renting from the store… I would take pictures of before and after usage.

Checkout and wait took 40 mins. Was charged fuel after putting more gas in truck than when we picked up. Had a receipt showing put fuel in truck right before dropping it off. Would never use this location again

Existing damages on truck was not clearly marked with an X. Stickers were worn off or only partially visible.


Not opening on time. No discount offered for wasting MY TIME But im sure if the equipment was returned late..we would be charged


We went this location because the app for self service was not working yo allow us to pick up our truck. An agent advised us to use chome insofar app. but then they asked for a 2nd contact (I gave 1 but did not have 2 that would answer the phone that early on a Sat morning), my other option was to show my passport, great - maybe you could have mentioned for me to bring it with me to the pick-up. Who carries their passport with them! Anyway, the rude agent hung up on me. I called back, got a different agent and she sent me to this location, where I received excellent help. My moving day was delayed by 2 hours due to your app & cs, but it ended well with the Seminole location.

I brought repairs that were needed to this vehicle to the attention of staff well over a month ago when I rented this vehicle again today the repairs were not made to this vehicle. I was very disappointed and I found it unacceptable. I actually was injured due to part of the nun repaired item. I would gladly appreciate a phone call at 727-643-5896 to discuss this further

The truck we received was on “E” we were advised we would get a $28 credit. On the receipt it shows a credit on it, but the total amount charged didn't change. The person who had the uhaul before had smoked in it and the smell was almost unbearable.


The lady at the counter was not very friendly for someone who works with the public.

Everything went ok. Staff was nice and service was adequate.


I booked two weeks in advance and when I arrived at the specified time there was not a truck. I had movers scheduled and they were on an hourly rate. I had to go to another location to get a truck which made me late for my movers. How on earth do you run a business and not deliver a product (truck) when promised? You have lost my business and I will be sure to spread the word that the original pick up spot should be avoided at all times. “I'm sorry Mr Boerboon but we don't have a truck, just doesn't cut it. I would really like a response to this. Maybe corporate should handle this. Moving day is awful enough but your people made it a disaster!!


I didn't find the employee willing to answer my questions even though I explained I'd never rented from U-haul, I got answers like " you go to the website, you will figure it out", "park the car back yard, you will find it" Moreover, the car filled with cigarette smoke.


Associates are friendly and knows what they are doing. Good job!!
