This is the second time I reserve dolly, but nothing ay the store. It ruined my plan. This will be probably my last time to use u-Haul
Mikayil GI was given the car with no gas, and the employee told me that I had to fill it up myself. On top of that, I felt that I was overcharged for the rental. I was not satisfied with the customer service or the overall experience.

MELANIE OOverall, my use of UHAUL was good. I made a reservation on the app and was able to modify as needed. I went into the store to get the truck key and felt the staff was less than interested in assisting. Both people behind the counter were on their phones, and neither one acknowledged me. Customer service doesn't seem particularly important and it's disappointing.

Dan FWhen I picked up the truck the gas tank was literally on EMPTY. I asked for a different truck with gas but they said no. When I returned the truck there was only one person working and about 7-8 people in line. The worker disappeared for 15 minutes doing something outside with a propane tank. Outrageously bad customer service!
Delma LThis location is located on a busy street. located on the corner of the busiest street in San Jose. It took me 30 minute to get there from the freeway and the freeway is only 1 mile away. it has 5 lights to go through, and every light was red because of all the traffic.

Gavin BActually, there’s nothing I would change. The pick up and drop off was easy and fast. My receipt was emailed to me to me quickly and I’m looking forward to my next rental. Although the location gets extremely high praise's, it would be nice if you offered a Veteran’s discount.

Ken NI have gone to this facility several times and always have excellent customer service. The equipment is always in good working condition and I was able to get my moves completed. Pedro was exceptionally helpful with my multiple rentals and ensuring that I had everything that I needed. I have also booked the moving labor last year and they did a great job communicating with me and sent trustworthy men to help me with my move.

DonnRichard LAll the vehicles had almost no gas, the staff informed us that fuel siphoning is a problem in the area. The truck we rented had shot suspension and had some real engine performance issues, but we were able to move everything we planned to. I know U-Haul is an inexpensive option, but better maintenance would be nice. The staff at least were friendly and accommodating, they deserve a better maintained fleet.

SREERAM KBetter signs where the location is at and the app for taking pic and uploading to the app doesn’t work well. And stop tracking people location when it’s not necessary seem like it was being tracked a lot more than usual
