Improve customer service for the 1-800 number because that agent who answered my call yelled at me for a mistake that wasn't my fault. Originally my RSVP was for a location on Brokaw and U-Haul double booked the vehicle and changed my RSVP to Senter Rd without notifying me. When I called the customer service number to inquiry why that happened and how the system could double book a vehicle, the agent was rude and unprofessional. The people at Senter Rd are extremely helpful and nice.

Staff was Great! Very resourceful and my uhaul experience easy; which is great cause going through a move can get overwhelming. I have rented a uhaul twice at this location, both time great experiences. If I am in need of one again I will definitely go back!

Customer service rep helping me out at 9:10 am to pick up my 9:00 am reservation informs me at that time, "We don't have the truck you reserved we were going to give you call to let you know." I don't know what time they were thinking of calling. He says he's going to "try to get me another truck, an hour later I'm picking up a reservation that was suppose to be ready at 9 am at a different location. Customer rep promised a discount for my troubles, discount wasn't applied and the Manager at the Alameda store has yet to return my call. I had hired people to help out with the move and I had to pay them for the hour they had to wait for me to arrive with U-haul

I returned the truck on Sunday (10.29.17) after hours at 6PM. Your team should either but a box or some type of catcher for the keys because when I dropped them off, I heard the key hit the floor. The garage door had a slight gap so i was able to pull my key out ALONG with another key to one of the trucks in the lot. I threw both keys back under the slit in the garage so definitely check around.

Try to have someone available at the counter at all times I know you cannot have staff just "Hanging Out" but when I first arrived to pick up my rental there as no one available for about 2-3 minutes I just played on my phone until there was someone available.
