Check your equipment before renting it out. You gave it to us with a lock still attached that we couldn't get in, and you rented us the wrong trailer creating a mess with drop off and information when trying to get help.

I was a little put off by the fact that there were larger trucks available but I was told they were reserved. And when I returned my truck those larger trucks were still where they were when I picked up my truck. I got the feeling I was being misled.

Roll up door needs to be oiled/greased. It goes about 6 inches, then gets very hard to lift.

Don't lie to them like you did to me! I had a reservation for three weeks! You cost me 120.00 to my mover and cost me an entire day and we had to move 382 mile so the next day! You people are horrible. Made me go to 3 different sites for a truck. You should give me half my money back!

A little disappointed in that I was told the cost included a $100 deposit returned upon turn in. I returned it a day early and on top of not receiving my deposit back I was charged another $30 for going over 185 miles, which seemed like a poorly structured contract when my one way trip was over 160 miles. Last time I rented a UHaul it was a nightmare Experience. I will not use this company again.

Since I recieved new reservation, I didn't have a trailer to drop off at this level cation. However, they called me in the morning to verify that I will be dropping off the trailer! On the negative side when I askedabout keeping the trailer longer I was quoted a daily rate of $20 vs the $75 weekly added time rate I was quoted before eaving Houston! Seems UHaul has to be better organized!

This location was way out of the way for me and when I got there I was told that there was NO BATHROOM!!! Also, because of the distant location I had asked if I could return the trailer to another location and was told that "they owned the trailer" and it had to go back there. The trailer had out of state plates on it! What BS.

I called Friday to reserve a 17' truck for Saturday. Got a confirmation number. Two hours later, I got a call saying I could drive (30 minutes) farther to another city get a 17' unit, OR I could have a 15' unit at the location I wanted. Why confirm something you don't have? On Friday, I was quoted $1.29 per mile, but when I got there, I was told "on Friday and Saturday, it's $1.59 per mile". Then when I returned the truck, I waited 10 minutes for anyone to show up inside or outside. But when he did, the guy was quite nice, check out was easy, and all was well.

The call center is not honest about changing a reservation. Twice we had to delay the pickup and were told it was fine and the information entered in the system. That WAS NOT THE CASE. Since we did not pick up on Sat 10/22 the trailer was released to someone else. This was totally unacceptable. We did finally get one from Senter and Tully. Nice folks. Bad communications from Central Call Center.

Call the customer in advanced and not a day prior to their scheduled pick up day and time. Marie ("Terrie") Tague was extremely impatient, rude, unhelpful, and did not listen to me despite being told my dilemma and circumstances as they related to my pick up time and date. It took more time than needed to explain why I could not drop off my rental the following day and why I need to be accommodated for same day drop off. I felt like she made the process much more difficult had she listened to the customer first.

I originally booked a truck several days in advance at a different location and at a different time. The day before my move, I got a text from UHAUL that didn't *explicitly* mention that the plan had changed, but it did have this address and time instead of the original ones. I'm lucky I noticed that at all. I called UHAUL to ask what happened and they very nonchalantly told me they didn't actually have a truck at the location and time they had originally promised so they took it upon themselves to change my reservation after I had confirmed it. No one at UHAUL seemed to acknowledge that this might be of any inconvenience to the customer, and I was never able to get the problem resolved so I had to change my own plans accordingly. When I came back to return the truck there was a sign that said to wait in line with your equipment for an employee to come by. One guy acknowledge that he saw me as he was walking around, but never came by, so I waited. Much later when the guy finally got around to handling my return, he laughed at me and said "Hah, have you really been waiting there this whole time?". I said "Yeah, there's a sign that says to wait here." to which he had no response. Well, I guess I'll be going with Penske from now on.
