As always, I had a great experience. Staff and equipment get gold stars. One thing odd was the photo links on the damage verification had photos of a different trailer. The paint on the photos had a different image than the one I rented and the license plates did not match. It did not impact my very positive experience. Thank you.

WE made a reservation but when we got there we were told that there was no truck, and we were not the only one who had a reservation at the same time. The gentleman who was working with us had the worst communication I have ever heard or seen. Not only could I not understand him either could his co worker...what a horrific experience. Some management changes need to happen there to improve the communication and the business. We were the lucky one, a truck appeared for us but the other family was left out and had a moving crew back at home waiting for the truck. More training and customer focus is needed at this location.

I rented a truck for a few hours and I know I left my Prada sunglasses in the cup holder, So I returned to the location like two hours after dropping off the truck and the lady at the desk walked me to the truck I rented and they were gone, whoever cleaned the truck had to had stolen them.

The interaction in person was outstanding. The only flaw this location has is actually with the automated phone service your company decided to use for helping your customers with just simple needs that could quickly be answered by a human. It took 10 minutes to let the receptionist know I was going to be 5 minutes late.? The irony is that I arrived before my call could even get through the robot questions. Really frustrating and unnecessary

Mobile check in requires passport and lease agreement. You should make it clear. I ended up check in at the office.

We reserved a truck in advance, scheduled to be picked up at 7:00am. Since it was a Sunday, the store doesn't open until 9am, so we selected the mobile pick-up option. When we arrived to pick up the truck at 7am, the assigned truck was blocked in by a trailer, with no way to move the truck out. We called for several minutes over and over to get a hold of someone to help us resolve the problem. 30 minutes later, we were able to get a hold of someone through the 800 number, but were told that there was nothing they could do until the store opened at 9am. This was absolutely unacceptable, as we had scheduled movers for 8am and needed the truck at the original pickup time of 7am. Because of the 2 hour delay, we had to extend our mover time, which meant that we had to pay additional time for the movers. Uhaul credited us the $50 guarantee; however, this does not make up for the wasted time that we could not get back. It was a very frustrating experience, but were at least thankful that the front desk worker was at least sympathetic and offered us the credit.
