When I got there the young lady was nice, but once going to pick up the rental, they had to give me the one all the way in the back when there was about 10 in the front. On top of that, the u haul wasnt even filled with gas as marked on the paper. Made me waste more time having to go back and forth letting them know.

The Fuel meter warning sign is not correct to the real mileages. In front of middle seat there was a cover where cup holders are were loose, produced lot of heat from engine comes out.

Been doing business with this location for a year and it has been easy and smooth. In my case, my auto mechanic is nearby and if I need to leave my vehicle in the shop, it is easy and inexpensive to simply rent a van or a truck for a day or two -- since I do not generally need credit, I can use my debit card which allows me to pick up the rental and drive off -- thx!

I had a hard time picking up the van from the store. The office was empty and took a while to get someone to help me. Once I was being helped, it took another 30min to get the van. Once I got the van, the vans battery died on me once I got home. I was supposed to be somewhere by 8, but I had to wait for road side assistance because UHaul gave me a van with a dead battery. Really bad experience.

Hello UHaul,
As always I like go to your location on Tully rd, and Senter in San Jose ca. I have been going there for years. I have always made appointments to pick up a trailer but today an emergency came up and I took a chance with out an appointment. I was lucky you had a trailer, I just needed it for three hours. Thank you for that.

Some type of return vehicle key drop during day when busy. If you have this I didnt see it. I dont have or want app but long line and guy was moving super fast didnt wait as long as should but if there was a wall at end of counter secure for key drop off perhaps easier flow. Honestly smooth service both ways even with little wait in longish line
