I really appreciated how they called ahead of time to let me know it was going to be very busy and offer me the opportunity to pick up my trailer early. They were also very easy to work with when I needed to upgrade the trailer size. I would definitely recommend this location.
BLAKE OPlease clean the rentals. The cargo van had pet hair all over, smashed dried feces in the loading area and smelled of urine. After the sales person saw the shit, he should have apologized and provided some type of compensation.

JAYDEN Gbooked and confirmed at 420 River Rd. went there, guy said i didn't have a reservation there and couldn't tell me where it was, but that i did have a reservation. i asked for him to rent me a truck, he said he didn't have any. went to W 7th, they pulled up my reservation and told me it was at 420 River Rd. i explained what the guy there told me. guy at W7th said he'd rent me a truck. told me it had 5/8 tank of fuel, i went to start it, no fuel at all. told the guy, and he said i would be refunded up to $30 that i put in it. filled the tank & i was charged extra for dropping it off w a quarter of a tank. i reached out to customer service w the concern and never heard back. paid near $200 for 70 miles. fuck this company

SUDHEER MI was charged for two gallons of gas, and the gauge where they marked it was incorrect. I don't like being cheated. It is not enough for me to care about, but your system is 100% impercise and to take advantage of customers when your own system is done by eye-ball that has no proof or validity, it just doesn't speak well about earning trust. For many of your clients, that amount of money is not immaterial.

ALISSA FCustomer service was great, however the truck seemed sluggish when driving and on way back, transmission started slipping and a wrench symbol showed on dash board. I would of been in a serious situation if my moved was longer than fifteen miles round trip.

She corrected it I took the U-Haul back early to the place I was told to take it and was told I was going to be charged for going over by 2 miles whatever that even means? I think I will rent from Home Depot or even Penske because at least they don’t try and squeeze every nickel and dime out of me.

MARIA GReps were fantastic. Vehicle we got ran, however the lock was clearly already cut and was worthless. The fan in the vehicle did not work. Mobile checkout failed as it would not let me upload photos of the vehicle. If the guys at the location were not fantastic, I would have been quite displeased.

The only issue I had was when I wasn't told that I would be getting a text from you guys saying that I needed to take a photo of the back of the vehicle before leaving the lot. Since I didn't know, I left the lot without doing that and got frustrated once I saw that text.
