This was the second Tuesday in a row that I rented a van. Both times Hannah Applegate and Lee Nathan helped me, and both were outstanding. You are lucky to have them as employees. In particular, Hannah was able to explain the pros and cons of a van and a similarly sized moving van. Very helpful.

Your reservation call in centers sucks Mass confusion on your end of the line. U Haul Tried to cancel my reservation twice. Lucky for me the folks at 7th street did not have their heads up there asses like the call center did.

Uhaul scheduling here is absolutely horrible!! I'm never using Uhaul again!! I scheduled my uhaul 4 weeks in advance for 8am on Saturday and I get a message less than 18 hours before my 8am pickup that I will now be picking up my uhaul at 4pm on Saturday. WHAT THE HECK?!?! And let me tell you the way they contacted me was through an email....They didn't call me, they didn't talk to me in person at all (which is what they are supposed to do to "guarantee" the pick up time. My entire move was ruined because of uhaul. Everything was set back and unfortunately when I called uhaul all they said was "I'm so sorry there are no trucks at all available in your town" then when I went to pick up the uhaul at 4pm the next day there were 9 yes I counted, 9 uhauls parked at this location doing absolutely nothing. Extremely upset with the service here. Will never use again!!

Thank you for inviting me to share my concerns about my recent uhaul rental. There are many as listed below. 1) I made an online reservation for ROGUE RIVER which was not honored. I chose a designated pick up TIME and LOCATION, but your company treated me as if I shouldn't have bothered them. The truck was NOT at the pick up site on specified date OR at the specified time. 2) After being informed that uhaul company would provide a truck SIX HOURS LATE and TEN MILES OUT OF MY WAY, [20 round-trip back to my move location], I was callously told I could cancel and receive $50 for my trouble which was of NO USE to me whatsoever. 3) After hours of arguing with multiple phone reps who tell me 'tough-luck', I finally go out of my way to pick up a truck that doesn't have enough gas to get me to my destination. 4) I HAD to purchase gas for your truck. Despite an UNFAIR company policy that YOU are allowed to charge price-gouging rates when customers return trucks with less gas than at pick-up, I did not receive compensation for returning your truck with MORE gas at drop off - neither at your gouge-rate or the standard fair-rate on my gas receipt I tried to submit. Simply told "too bad - it's customer loss - no policy to refund" ....... yet I was told by phone reps I COULD receive $50 if uhaul dishonors reservations, so YES uhaul DOES have capacity to credit customers with refunds. I am appalled by the ENTIRE dis-service uhaul put me through at an already stressful time. Many OREGON employees should be ashamed of themselves. Susan L Petty
