Rented U-Haul several times and by far my favorite experience Met three staff members and all were fantastic

ELIZABETH JGot raped on the gas charge. Returned the uhaul with an 1/8th less then what I got it and got charged $90 for it. Maybe in the future the sales guys can mention that I would have put 5 bucks in it to reach where it was

SUSAN WI was forced to drop off my uhaul at a location other than where I was contracted to drop it off at. However, if I wanted to change location the contract is threatened with an extra fee. So I had to go out of my way for that. Seems like a uhaul problem that they made a customer problem. Disappointed.

MATTHEW RThis was a refreshing experience compared to other recent times that I've used U-haul (other locations out of state). All the guys here were super cool and kind and helpful! they held a truck for me and it was actually there and ready when I showed up! Simple accountabilities that count for a lot for me when I have had trouble with this kind of thing in the past (other locations). I expressed some worry maybe in a bit of a harsh tone (sorry this was projecting from past experiences! ) about the pick up process to which they gently and thoughtfully assured me that I am safe to work with them and this truck. I also asked for an extension on my use days which they were super cool about. Special shout out to Token J. for his great attitude and efforts to take care of my drop off. All in all I also witnessed these guys taking great care of everyone (it was super busy both on my pick up and drop of times) and seeming on top of everything keeping everyone happy and all schedule! Thank you guys! I'll be calling to book again next time I need a truck in the area! score 1 for the good guys! -HT

TEVIN PI really appreciated how they called ahead of time to let me know it was going to be very busy and offer me the opportunity to pick up my trailer early. They were also very easy to work with when I needed to upgrade the trailer size. I would definitely recommend this location.
BLAKE OPlease clean the rentals. The cargo van had pet hair all over, smashed dried feces in the loading area and smelled of urine. After the sales person saw the shit, he should have apologized and provided some type of compensation.
