Reps were fantastic. Vehicle we got ran, however the lock was clearly already cut and was worthless. The fan in the vehicle did not work. Mobile checkout failed as it would not let me upload photos of the vehicle. If the guys at the location were not fantastic, I would have been quite displeased.

Was mostly a smooth experience. No problem with the vehicle or the dolly. The only issue I had was when I wasn't told that I would be getting a text from you guys saying that I needed to take a photo of the back of the vehicle before leaving the lot. Since I didn't know, I left the lot without doing that and got frustrated once I saw that text.

When I arrived I waited by my self then almost left. When I got help I was given a truck on E orange light on. He said to go strait to the gas station. He said they have people steal there gas every night.

The truck as clean however it is "well used", the doors are sprung and hard to close, the end of the loading deck has been damaged making it hard to lock the freight door. The suspension system allows a lot of sway. The "environmental indicator" to help you get the best MPG stays in the red zone even when the engine is idling.

Was supposed to have 3/8 gas when returned, tank was at 1/2. We were charged $6.95. Concerned about double standard with U-Haul and feel we should be credited $7.95 plus the bed was clean, windows were cleaned and want the $25 credit adv inside truck. Thanks

The only problem with the truck was that the gas tank was almost empty. When, picking up the truck, I think they should tell you this so that you are aware and can stop at the nearest gas station to fill up. Moving is very stressful and running out of gas is would only add to that stress.

Nothing. At your storage facility, I had a car accident outside with no damage to your facility but a lot to my car. It was after hour. I was looking for the office. Your people were the soul of kindness and assistance, making sure both the dog and I were uninjured, giving me water, helping me charge my phone. It took 4 and a half hours to get my car out to tow. Can't thank your people enough. They represented your company well.

Processing the reservation was glitchy. The counter service was excellent both in completing the trailer pickup and later when calling the contact phone number, changing the destination drop off. Email and text notifications and reminders worked well to make the rental an excellent experience overall.

We reserved a unit for one-way rental at another Eugene site, they were not open at designated time. We were taking time off work to clear out and move mother's apartment belongings 3 hours south, so stressful for outlet not to be open at designated. Moving mother from hospice care to live the rest of her time with us in Talent, OR. Anyway, we called 7th street outlet and the staff there were real pros, picked up the rez details seamlessly and had us on the road in under 10 minutes. Vehicle was a lot cleaner than I expected, thank you. Last note, renter at original site contacted us to let us know reason he was not available was because his father had passed the night before. We appreciated the follow-up communication. Check-in at Ashland was very easy, as well. All-around, very impressed with our U-Haul experience in this difficult time for us. Thank you!!

The UHaul was siphoned the night before and we had to fill up an empty gas tank for $125.00. We then drove the UHaul to Portland and I got a mild case of carbon monoxide poisoning from fumes coming from the truck. I had to go to Urgent Care for $100 due to the fumes leak. When I called the Uhaul location to report the carbon monoxide poisoning, they did not seem concerned and told me to call customer service to report it. I am worried about the next driver using the vehicle. I would like to be reimbursed for gas & my Urgent Care visit.

Token was the rudest person I've met. Didn't even greet us, practically threw the keys at us & didn't even tell us that we needed to take photos/use the link to show the condition. The truck was also in terrible condition- the driver seatbelt did not register that it was hooked in so beat for the first 15 minutes of every single drive. There's also a whistle that whistled the entire trip. The door seal also fell completely off every time we opened the door.

The manger was awful. I pulled up in the U-Haul to pick up a trail to tow my car. The manager came up, as soon as I told her I need to leave the truck to pick up my car at the airport, she started screaming at me that I couldn’t leave the U-Haul there. I had no idea that I was not allowed to leave it there when I rented the trailer. She was extremely rude and unnecessarily aggressive. I was moving, and had flown out of Eugene, needed to tow my car back to Bandon. Then when I brought my car back, I needed to leave it for 2 minutes so I could get the U-Haul so they could hook up the trailer and put the car on the trailer. Again, I was approached aggressively and with attitude. This location is surrounded by three lanes of busy traffic, customers have to park and cross all three lanes to get to the location. This information needs to be disclosed when making the reservation. The staff needs to be trained in their approach forwards customers. I don’t live in Eugene, I didn’t know they didn’t have any parking at that location. It was dangerous to cross that street. I will never rent from that location again.

We were told to pick up at a different location. When we got to the pick up location, the guy told us they U-haul tells people the wrong location to pick up all the time. He did not have any trailers like the one we ordered.

It’s was mostly good, U-Haul was on E (no gas) upon pick up, bank held a lot more funds than expected- very busy with college move ins so staff seemed under pressure. It took a lot of extra time to get gas in the car and check out which cut into moving window by about an hour.
