Not enough associates to meet the amount of peak customer affluence on a saturday morning. I was in line for over an hour. But I was still entitled to bring back the equipment at 2pm. This should be modified and the 6 hours rental should start at pickup time, not reservation time. Or else, more associates should take care of customers. It's a bit unfair. Thank you!

I booked a trailer for 9:30am on Saturday, when i got there just before 9:30, there was a long line, i waited 1hr and actually got my trailer at 10:30am. And this despite doing my online check-in. There should be a separate line for people who have completed their online check-in in advance.

You change my pick up location wich I thought was not possible. Having to go to it in car instead of metro is really annoying. Also parking at that place was complicated since there is not that much place.

L'un des conseillers chargés de la réception des véhicules dans l'stationnement est assez impoli. Il m'a crié, se plaignant du problème de stationnement, et ne m'a pas laissé parler ni m'excuser. Totalement provocateur avec moi. J'ai seulement utilisé la location de remorque pendant un peu plus d'une heure. Il a ensuite pendre l'un des camions U-Haul et l'a lancé de manière agressive dans le parking, faisant crisser ses pneus, provoquant potentiellement un accident avec un piéton ou un autre véhicule. Je ne recommande pas du tout le service client des personnes qui y travaillent là-bas.

La somme facturée était plus grande que la somme de l'estimé. J`ai averti le personnel a la prise de l'équipement mais il m`ont répondu que c'était surement un bug dans le système de U-HAUL et je doit payer la somme qu`il me facture et qu`ils ne peuvent rien faire. Je pense qu`un problème dans le système de U-HAUL c`est loin de ma responsabilité et qu`il devrait l`assumer et me faire payer le prix de la réservation internet. Comme j`avait déjà planifié ma journée j`ai pris l`équipement au prix demandée, mais j`espère que U-HAUL va prendre ses responsabilité et va me rembourser la différence payée en excès.

The staff service was one of the worst! No people skills at all! There is always a huge Line up because the staff are either on their cell phones or not there!! It took me over 1 hour just to get an already reserved trailer from a week ago! And returning with took 1h35 minutes! I would never go back to this uhaul unless in dire need! Because it took almost 3 hours just to get the material and bring back! I would definetly not recommend this uhaul to anyone i know!

I reserved a vehicle in Montreal few weeks in advance. The day before i get the call for "confirmation" saying the only availability is in St-Hubert... this cost me 4h of my time, cost me precious mileage and gaz on my reservation which obviously you don't refund. My reservation included moving blankets, guess what, there weren't any available with the truck ! Also the truck cabin smelled like cigarette. Bad experience, and it doesn't help with the image i have for U-Haul with previous experiences too.

Hire employee that are able to work. Tjere was at least 20 person in line at 9 am. It took me 1h to get my trailer... thats unacceptable for only a trailer. Additionaly, the trailer taillight were defective and the employee was not givin a shit about it, he told me to leave like that or return il line inside. Honestly its the last time I deal woth your company

The windshield was so Dirty inside 🤷‍♂️ I fill up the tank and I stop to prevent spill, the fuel dial indicate over full a Little bit, ( picture for Proof ) but the u haul store charge me extra 6 Liters on my invoice 🤷‍♂️ How could you say to people to Come back Full if Full is more than Full ?

Le camion était en très mauvais état la vitre côté conducteur ne fonctionnait pas, le système de chauffage ne fonctionnait pas le camion sentait la cigarette, on conduit le camion sans système de ventilation les vitres on buée tout on l’on du voyage et n’avait plus d’essence quand nous sommes partis et sans parler que nous pensions que les roues avant était pour lâché tout le système était très usé et dangereux du magasin donc très décevant et très cher pour la qualité du produit nous allons donc aller ailleurs pour les autres location

For some inexplicable reason the clerk that served me wrote on tge contract that i had to return the truck at 7pm same day when i asked and confirmed 3 times that it was for 24hrs. It caused a lot of confusing. I called back next day to extend. Seeing this, i had to pay for 2 days instead of one. Upon return was told all rates are for 24hrs. Why would the contract then state that i had the truck from 1h30 to 7pm ??? I hate that i got taken for an extra day.

finding the boxe for the key to drop the key when it's not working hours was ... an adventure, on the app it shows a orange kind of mail box, and on the site it was a letter plate on a garage door, no orange color nor really visible information about that, it took me more than 15min to find it when it should have been 1min .. the rest was really good, rented van in good condition, trip went well, no issu with the van, thx

1- j'ai attendu une heure dans les bureaux avant q'une personne puisse traiter ma réservation. 2- Site web pas assez complet, toutes les personnes avant moi avaient des problèmes sur des ajouts d'informations qu'ils devaient fournir, ces informations auraient dû apparaitre sur le site web pour éviter les pertes de temps. 3- Endroit en général désargonisé, tu ne peux pas arriver avec un véhicule sans nuire au déroulement des sorties de véhicules ( et nous étions que 4 clients durant l'heure que j'étais là). 4- UHaul charge aux clients les heures lorsqu'ils sont fermé contrairement à la puspart des autres centre de location, UHaul m'a facturé deux jours d'utilisation alors que j'ai utiliser la remorque un jour ouvrable seulement ( l'avoir su je n'aurais pas ramener la remorque un jour plus tôt et UHaul n'aurait pas été en mesure de relouer la remorque la journée non utilisé ) ceci fait partie de la politique de l'entreprise car j'ai discuté avec un représentant le dimanche vers 14:30. 5-Manque de responsabilité, j'ai appeler UHaul à l'heure d'ouverture soit 9 AM pour les aviser que j'avais ramené la remorque un jour plus tôt hors des heures d'ouvertures, après 30 minutes une personne m'a répondu en me mentionnant qu'ils étaient très occupé et qu'il allait me rappeler dans 2 heures pour réviser ma facture, cette personne à pris mes coordonnées mais ne m'a jamais rappelé, ils ont même enregistré le retour de la remorque seulement vers 13 h. 6-Problème de câblage avec la remorque, un responsable a dû prendre une ralonge pour le câblage mais celle-ci était un peu capricieux, il a dû jouer avec le fils pour que les lumières fonctionnent, cela a crée un stress de ne pas savoir si les lumières fonctionnait ou pas. 7-La personne responsable chez UHaul a effectué le couplage de la remorque au véhicule par lui-méme et je n'ai pas pensé vérifier le couplage car il l'avait fait ...mais cela reste toujours la responsabilité du conducteur de vérifier cela, l'employé de UHaul devrait demander à tous les conducteurs de vérifier cela avant de partir ( c'est une question de sécurité, cela consiste en une double vérification, même si l'employé de UHaul est très expérimenté ). 8-La seule chose de positive est que la remorque bien qu'usée est une très bonne remorque. Pour toutes ces raisons et en comparaison aux autres centres de location avec lesquelles j'ai fait affaire ma note pour UHaul est de 0/5.

I had made my order / request to rent a cargo U-Haul at that location, and they contacted me within two days to confirm the location ( where to pick it up). Once there, after I had completed the payment, someone ( Jean) was there to help me hook the trailer and explained and checked that it was all good to go. Very good customer service. The trailer and tires were in good shape. I felt confident that it would make the 11 hrs drive to NB.

I had unit 1035. I went to my locker 7 times to retrieve my belongings. I was only able to access it twice and only because I made it there before 7pm where I could ask the staff to move the vehicles parked in front of it. Most visits I had a 6inch clearance from my locker to the truck box parked beside it. 200$/month with no access. Why sell something that cannot be accessed according to the contract?

- The light inside the container didn't work so we had to provide our own lighting. - A truck was left in the parking lot near the closing time (7pm) and we had to ask a clerk to move the truck so we can get out. It took a while for him to understand - When we moved out of the container a month later, a lot of the stuff was soaking wet, so i'm guessing there were leaks in the roof or elsewhere - Even though I had reserved the container of the 5th of the month, It was renewed on the 1st of the following month and I had scheduled the move out for the 2nd. So I end up paying for two months even though I only used one and it seems they are not refunding the cost pro-rated so i'm screwed.

I was over charged a months rent and not reimbursed. It was impossible to get in contact with the U Haul location after trying for 2 months. U Haul tried to overcharge me again and then I was finally removed as a tenant but have not been paid back the rent I was wrongfully charged.

Got a rep with attitude cause she could understand that I came in last month to fix a double payment on one of my two lockers that I wanted to pay both for the month a head. Thing is there was a glitch on there own website when I got to pay the second locker it prepaid the same one again! Could undo it and had to waste a couple of hours to drive to, wait and explain everything to the clerk at the counter that she had to remove the late fees do to all this nonsense! Back to square one a month later, Secondly, at first visit my wife found mousetraps on second floor hallways that made us second guess storing all of our valuable belongings here. Now yesterday we installed mousetraps and not 24hrs later we caught one in our locker on the second floor!! Manager gave me one month free on one locker but let’s get real here if we get mouse crap 💩 all over, my two 3500$ leather sofas and 1000$ mattresses get mouse wholes all over it’s not a one 206$ free month that will cover anything!! Should look elsewhere for storage!! Install LED lighting in lockers, it’s pitch dark! Garage door access impossible to back a trailer flush to, with there parking lot layout and multiple levels make moving furniture and appliances difficult even on the first floor! Second floor accessibility by stairs only!

Avoir access a lentrepot 24/7 versus accessibilité a lentrenpot est a travailler. Les 2 stationnements proche de la porte garage, selon moi, devriat etre liberer afin de pouvoir facilité au changement et dechargement du camion.

The date shows I left emptied the storage on April 4. This is INCORRECT. I emptied the storage unit 1077 at 2771 Rue Mance in Saint Hubert on March 11. It was a busy day that day so I did not go to the counter to confirm storage unit1077 was emptied but i did call on march 25 to confirm. I was then told I would receive a confirmation but did not and then I was sent a bill + late charges on April 3. I have called numerous times to receive this confirmation but NO ONE at The 2771 Mance location EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have records of my calls on the dates outlined and even audio recordings. i am frustrated with this situation. While the facilities were fine, the management is very irresponsible and the customer service is seriously lacking. I am a good client of U-Haul but have wasted a lot of time with this negligent behavior. All I have requested for weeks now is a confirmation that the unit was emptied on time, which it was and that no further charges would be incurred.

trucks were almost always blocking the access to my storage unit, ok occasion the printer didnt work and the employee made it difficult to receive a copy of my receipt by email, i had complained about trucks blocking the access to my storage unit but this complaint only seemed to make things worse as they were parking the trucks at zero distance from the unit with no room to walk. Overall, was a disappointing experience unfortunately

First of all, Compared to other store places you guys over charge. Second, my credit card expired and i received a new one and it slipped my mind me calling you guys to update. So since your people took down my phone number wrong, I never received any calls regarding my payments. No emails until the final one saying my stuff was gonna be auctioned. Nearly lost all my stuff and then had to pay months worth of late fees. Not Impressed. Will never use your storage nor ever recommend it to anyone. Good day.

The storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely. Dont ever store your precious belongings at a U-Haul.

Toutes mes choses étaient couvertes d'urine et de crottes de souris. Quand j'ai ouverts mes boîtes, il y avaient des crottes de souris en dedans. Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! Donc je suis enragée et traumatisée par rapport à cela et je ne recommenderais JAMAIS cette service. ====================================================== All my things are covered in rat droppings. The rats ate through my furniture and boxes, leaving poop all through my things. I sorted through my stuff to throw out 1/3 the ruined things and most damaged stuff. When I moved my stuff out of the storage into my apartment, their were live rats inside a box!!! Do NOT rent storage in this disgusting facility.

Pire expérience ... Toutes mes boîtes ont été rongées par des souris (ou un autre rongeurs que je ne connaîs pas !?! ) , toutes mes boîtes ont des excrément de ces bestioles. Mon divan blanc en plume d'oie doit être jeter. On ne parle pas du service INTERMINABLE, attendre plus d'une heure en ligne pour du service... Et de plus, j'ai vidé mon local deux jours après le début du mois à payer et u-haul ne rembourse pas au les journées non-utilisées, entre vous et moi, c'est du vol ! Vous devriez faire quelque chose pour améliorer la situation car juste en ligne d'attente TOUS les gens étaient dépassés par le service médiocre. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais u-haul. < Marie-Ève
