I spent an hour and a half waiting on the phone to get a reservation on a 9'' van. I gave the person on the phone all the information needed. I even mentioned I had a prepaid credit card. I Specified and he said No Problem! it will work he said. I get to the location at the end of the day for my reservation and wait in line for 30-45 minutes and the person at the desk says My card won't work for the Van even tho I specified on the phone and the guy did say that it would work. Only the 9'' van needs a visa or mastercard. I ask if I can pay cash or with debit and the person refuses says he can't even tho it says on the UHAUL website that you take Cash, Debit and Credit. So I have to get my stuff but I can't cause I don't have a van that I reserved beforehand. Tell me I could get anything else without a ''Real'' credit card but they have nothing else available. Give me no options whatsoever but a Giant NO. I even offer to pay 100$ cash for them to hold onto and give back when I return but no. I end up having to call my step-dad during supper for him to bring his card and wait in LINE again for 30-45 mins. You need the people on the phone to tell the truth or change your website and PUT A BIG can't pay cash or anything else than credit card for the 9'' Van. Made me wait 3 hours total for this to resolve. I also specified that I would come pay CASH in the morning and not to take the money on the credit card. They said they wouldn't but it still charged on the credit card. we're still waiting to know if it will refund the money cause I went the next day in the morning and paid Cash. This was one of the worse customer service I've ever had in my entire life. No I will not recommend your compagnie to any of my friends.

Denis offre un service sympathique, chaleureux et gentil. Par contre, à cette gérante de succursale qui a fait fuire des clients juste avant moi et après moi, faudrait rappeler les principes du services à la clientèle. Un bonjour, même poli, c'est la base. Et on ne se connait pas. Soyez polie madame. Et crier sur ses employés devant les clients, c'est mauvais pour l'image de la marque. un minimum de discernement svp.

Même si on entre toute l'information en ligne, le service pour obtenir le produit est vraiment très lent (Plus de 30 min d'attente).. Il manque clairement d'employés pour réduire la file d'attente et ça fait plusieurs fois que je viens ici. A défaut d'engager plus de monde, peut-être installer quelques chaises et fournir le café gratuit! En passant, les 3 personnes sur place étaient très dévouées, souriantes et professionnelles. Simplement trop d'ouvrage mais ils font de l'excellent boulot!

Employees attitude toward clients is not the best (Let's say it that way). Some seems not to have been trained on how to respecfully speak to customer, even difficult one. Otherwise, very good and open during weekend!

Personnel désagréable, il m'on chargé une assurance, je suis revenu une semaine après pour le remboursement de l'assurance et la préposé s'est encore trompé et m'a rechargé une autre location .... je dois encore faire un autre 30km pour aller les voir. très mauvais service!
