The waiting time at pick up is always excessive at this place. And you can plan it as for to reserve, we must enter a time. So this should not be an « unexpected line up ». But the trailers are always perfect and dropping off is fast and simple.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience dans ces locaux de Saint-Hubert. J’ai bénéficié plusieurs fois des services de U-Haul, mais c’est la première fois que j’ai été autant humilié. La dame au comptoir a été très désagréable avec moi. i) Sans me demander, elle m’a chargé des frais d’assurance. Quand je lui ai demandé pourquoi, elle m’a répondu que je n’avais pas présenté en amont une preuve d’assurance automobile. Je lui ai dit que je disposais bien d’une assurance automobile, mais que je n’avais pas de document sur moi pour l’attester. Elle m’a répondu, sur un ton très désagréable : « soit vous me présentez une preuve d’assurance, soit vous repartez sans véhicule ». Je trouve cela très déplacé comme manière de parler à un usager. De plus, après avoir retourné le véhicule, je n’ai reçu aucune facture récapitulative expliquant pourquoi et comment des frais supplémentaires m’ont été chargés. J’ai simplement remarqué une transaction supplémentaire sur ma carte de crédit. C’était également le cas lors de la précédente location, il y a quelques jours, toujours dans l’agence de Saint-Hubert.

Je recommande U-Haul pour la variété de camions, le nombre important de dépositaires au Québec permettant de faire un aller simple (pas de retour au lieu d’origine) ainsi que l’application. Par contre au niveau de la réservation, très très déçu! J’ai réservé 2 semaines à l’avance et la veille je reçois l’information que le camion n’est pas disponible à l’endroit prévu ce qui m’a causé un délai pour mon déménagement et en plus malgré l’indication du lieu de retour via le web et l’employé au magasin lors de la cueillette du camion , je ne peux pas retourner le camion à l’endroit indiqué. Ce changement a occasionné un plus long déplacement ( temps, gaz et $$)…

Il faudrait prévenir au préalable les clients lors d'une réservation, qu'il est fort possible que l'on doive attendre en ligne plus de 30 minutes, sinon plus, lorsque nous prenons possession du véhicule, même lorsque la réservation a été faite 4 jours à l'avance!

My only issue is that I ordered the van on-line and filled in all the necessary information, including pictures of my drivers license, to speed up the process when I picked up the van but it still took almost 40 minutes after arriving. Then the clerk took my drivers license information all over again so doing it on-line was a waste of time. Other than that all went fine.

Honnêtement, j'ai vraiment été déçue! Le camion n'a pas du tout été entretenu, il tirait fort du côté droit, il avait pas d'air climatisé et le pare-brise était brisé! Je suis revenue mettre la camion à l'heure après l'avoir gazer et ils m'ont quand même charger 40$ de gaz.. Pu jamais c'est vraiment du vol

Il nous ont changer de location la veille de la prise, pour centre ville de Montréal, changer de grosseur de camion obliger de faire 2 voyages donc mettre essence en douleur il ont charger des frais additionnels et nous ont fournis seulement 1 diable pour déménager 1+ condo. Donc presque tout a été fait aux bras. Pas de chariot Anyways très decu

The only problem this time is that the TOTAL invoice that was calculated when I booked the rental via your website was not the same when I took the trailer (($198 versus $230). Even the employee at U-HAUL commented that it was not the first time that there was a discrepancy on pricing with other customers. Please make sure that both invoices are the same in the future.

Change all employees at the Mance Street location, terrible customer service, and be more flexible with rules, I forgot my driver’s license at home and although I had the pictures and it’s not my first time renting a truck they could make an exception, but no made me spend more then an hour to go home and get it.

I rented from this place at several occasions. If you rent in the morning, the waiting time is uge and often seems endless. This time, I rented at a time when there was nobody else (literally) and I had no waiting time. The equipment had a few damages that did not affect the effectiveness of the material.

Services a la clientèle inefficace, nous avons attendu 1h15 en ligne malgré une réservation. Beaucoup de perte de temps et employés axés a commander du tim hortons plutôt que de servir adéquatement. The staff at the counter seamed overwhelmed. The staff in the parking lot did is best to attach the trailer quickly but was also clearly overwhelmed. I don't understand why when we make a reservation on the app, the process to check in is always extremely slow. In the last week, I made 3 rentals at 2 different location, and the process to retrieve the trailer is always very slow.

La remorque louée n'était pas disponible et ce malgré une 2e confirmation de réservation 24 heures à l'avance. Nous avions loué une remorque et nous avions payé un SUPPLÉMENT pour laisser la roulotte à destination soit Val-des-Monts. Nous avons dû retourner la roulotte à son point de départ soit St-Hubert qui est à 3h30 de route . Donc nous avons fait 3h30 aller + 3h30 pour le retour soit un total de 7h00 de route pour une personne de 70 ans et plus, ce n'est vraiment pas souhaitable. Nous avons tenté de rejoindre le bureau de St-Hubert à plusieurs reprises et avons atttendu des heures au téléphone et ce, sans succès.U-Haul n'a pas honoré son contrat............Gilles Carle.......

Les espaces d'entreposage au 1er étage mériteraient un nettoyage. J'avais réservé un entrepôt à l'extérieur pour que mon camion soit plus simple à vider, mais aucun de ces espaces n'était disponible parce qu'ils sont en rénovation. Il serait judicieux de le mentionner sur le site internet lors de la réservation. Ce fut contrariant avec les gros objets que j'avais à entreproser.

I had unit 1035. I went to my locker 7 times to retrieve my belongings. I was only able to access it twice and only because I made it there before 7pm where I could ask the staff to move the vehicles parked in front of it. Most visits I had a 6inch clearance from my locker to the truck box parked beside it. 200$/month with no access. Why sell something that cannot be accessed according to the contract?

- The light inside the container didn't work so we had to provide our own lighting. - A truck was left in the parking lot near the closing time (7pm) and we had to ask a clerk to move the truck so we can get out. It took a while for him to understand - When we moved out of the container a month later, a lot of the stuff was soaking wet, so i'm guessing there were leaks in the roof or elsewhere - Even though I had reserved the container of the 5th of the month, It was renewed on the 1st of the following month and I had scheduled the move out for the 2nd. So I end up paying for two months even though I only used one and it seems they are not refunding the cost pro-rated so i'm screwed.

I was over charged a months rent and not reimbursed. It was impossible to get in contact with the U Haul location after trying for 2 months. U Haul tried to overcharge me again and then I was finally removed as a tenant but have not been paid back the rent I was wrongfully charged.

Got a rep with attitude cause she could understand that I came in last month to fix a double payment on one of my two lockers that I wanted to pay both for the month a head. Thing is there was a glitch on there own website when I got to pay the second locker it prepaid the same one again! Could undo it and had to waste a couple of hours to drive to, wait and explain everything to the clerk at the counter that she had to remove the late fees do to all this nonsense! Back to square one a month later, Secondly, at first visit my wife found mousetraps on second floor hallways that made us second guess storing all of our valuable belongings here. Now yesterday we installed mousetraps and not 24hrs later we caught one in our locker on the second floor!! Manager gave me one month free on one locker but let’s get real here if we get mouse crap 💩 all over, my two 3500$ leather sofas and 1000$ mattresses get mouse wholes all over it’s not a one 206$ free month that will cover anything!! Should look elsewhere for storage!! Install LED lighting in lockers, it’s pitch dark! Garage door access impossible to back a trailer flush to, with there parking lot layout and multiple levels make moving furniture and appliances difficult even on the first floor! Second floor accessibility by stairs only!

The date shows I left emptied the storage on April 4. This is INCORRECT. I emptied the storage unit 1077 at 2771 Rue Mance in Saint Hubert on March 11. It was a busy day that day so I did not go to the counter to confirm storage unit1077 was emptied but i did call on march 25 to confirm. I was then told I would receive a confirmation but did not and then I was sent a bill + late charges on April 3. I have called numerous times to receive this confirmation but NO ONE at The 2771 Mance location EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have records of my calls on the dates outlined and even audio recordings. i am frustrated with this situation. While the facilities were fine, the management is very irresponsible and the customer service is seriously lacking. I am a good client of U-Haul but have wasted a lot of time with this negligent behavior. All I have requested for weeks now is a confirmation that the unit was emptied on time, which it was and that no further charges would be incurred.

trucks were almost always blocking the access to my storage unit, ok occasion the printer didnt work and the employee made it difficult to receive a copy of my receipt by email, i had complained about trucks blocking the access to my storage unit but this complaint only seemed to make things worse as they were parking the trucks at zero distance from the unit with no room to walk. Overall, was a disappointing experience unfortunately

First of all, Compared to other store places you guys over charge. Second, my credit card expired and i received a new one and it slipped my mind me calling you guys to update. So since your people took down my phone number wrong, I never received any calls regarding my payments. No emails until the final one saying my stuff was gonna be auctioned. Nearly lost all my stuff and then had to pay months worth of late fees. Not Impressed. Will never use your storage nor ever recommend it to anyone. Good day.

The storage unit had holes in the roof and leaked water over all of my belongings for 18 months. When I opened the door everything was covered in black mold. Most of my furniture was priceless antiques, well over 150 years old. I was crushed, I had to get rid of my clothes, linens, furniture, anything that wasn't ceramic or stainless was destroyed completely. Dont ever store your precious belongings at a U-Haul.

J'ai coché oui pour la recommandation à un ami car mes affaires étaient en sécurité mais je lui dirai quand même les points faibles de ce U-haul et il fera son choix car j'ai dû appeler tellement de fois et envoyer un courriel de ma boite de messagerie u-haul mais je n'ai pas eu de reponses. Toutes mes choses étaient couvertes d'urine et de crottes de souris. Quand j'ai ouverts mes boîtes, il y avaient des crottes de souris en dedans. Les souris ont mangé mes meubles, chier partout dans les boîtes. Le pire c'est que lorsque j'ai trié mes choses en jetant 1/3 de mes possessions chéris dans la poubelle, et j'ai déménagé ce que j'ai gardé dans mon appartement, il y avait des souris vivant dans mes boîtes!! Donc je suis enragée et traumatisée par rapport à cela et je ne recommenderais JAMAIS cette service. ====================================================== All my things are covered in rat droppings. The rats ate through my furniture and boxes, leaving poop all through my things. I sorted through my stuff to throw out 1/3 the ruined things and most damaged stuff. When I moved my stuff out of the storage into my apartment, their were live rats inside a box!!! Do NOT rent storage in this disgusting facility.

Pire expérience ... Toutes mes boîtes ont été rongées par des souris (ou un autre rongeurs que je ne connaîs pas !?! ) , toutes mes boîtes ont des excrément de ces bestioles. Mon divan blanc en plume d'oie doit être jeter. On ne parle pas du service INTERMINABLE, attendre plus d'une heure en ligne pour du service... Et de plus, j'ai vidé mon local deux jours après le début du mois à payer et u-haul ne rembourse pas au les journées non-utilisées, entre vous et moi, c'est du vol ! Vous devriez faire quelque chose pour améliorer la situation car juste en ligne d'attente TOUS les gens étaient dépassés par le service médiocre. Je ne recommanderai plus jamais u-haul. < Marie-Ève

Access to the storage is often blocked by parked trucks and in the winter he area is unsafe because of the lack of salt being used to de-ice the areas leading to the storage area.
