Tour dans le camion est en anglais. Nous sommes une province francophone, c’est très insultant. En plus , l’application pour prendre et remettre le camion n’est pas claire et finalement la personne qui nous a rejoint pour confirmer la prise de camion ne parlait pas français.

L’employé M. Diallo a ete extrêmement arrogant à la réception du du véhicule. Premièrement celui-ci n’avait aucune acceuil, il a simplement pris les clés sans parler. Ensuite il fait le tour du véhicule sans rien dire puis dit c’edt bon. Je lui demande poliment où je peux récupérer ma facture, celui-ci me dit à l’intérieur. Puis il commence à me parler de l’intérieur soi-disant sale. Je lui dit que j’ai balayé et que c’est dans un état plus qu’acceptable. Il me dit fièrement et avec semblant de rencune qu’il va me charger des frais de 25$. Avant de m’emporter je lui demande s’il y a un responsable à l’intérieur à qui je peux parler. Heureusement viens l’arrivée d’un jeune homme un peu plus costaud extrêmement sympathique et professionnel qui dit à son collègue qu’il abuse un peu. Ce collègue m’as ensuite imprimé ma facture, me l’as bien expliqué en détail et je suis parti satisfait grâce à lui.

J'avais fait une réservation en ligne sur l'application uhaul d'un local de 8pi x 10pi et lorsque je me suis présenté au comptoir le jour de l'emménagement, le local avait été donné a quelqu'un d'autre. J'ai donc dû prendre un 10pi x 10pi qui est revenu plus cher que ce que j'avais réserver. J'ai meme eu peur qu'il n'y en aille pas et mon camion était déjà là. Pour le reste tout était parfait, c'est propre et facile d'accès. Mon seul petit hic fut vraiment le non respect de ma réservation.

- they ordered a different truck then what I asked over the phone. we had to change on the spot. - the process to return the truck was easy, user friendly and quick. - the clerk was friendly and helpful. still cannont understand how they they've given me a different truck on the phone though.

The worker Jessica Blouin destroy my life and lie to me. From more then a year I said cancel my place my subscription as im outside of the country on parenral leave and she didnt and when my family came to take my stuff she stop them to take my things she said she will throw all my stuff to garbage instead she didn't she kept charging me ever month no matter how many emails I send and call she won't stop she's evil and wanted to destroy me. I have never had thus bad experience ever in my life. I have never been treated and hurt like this other then. I try so many times to stop this but no matter who I talk to she kept lying and trying to hurt me. This Jessica should be talk to for this evil act. I have all the emails saved from last year.

I rent cars on a regular basis for work and have rented similar truck on occasions for moving. 1. I reserved a strap-dolly (appliance truck) for moving fridge-like items. - None was supplied and the gentleman said they haven't had any in months! Yet I was able to reserve it a week in advance on the Website and no-one called or messaged or e-mailed that it was not available. I was offered a small one that ended-up being useless. 2. The gas tank was indicated at 3/4 full on the contract as was time truck meter. It had slightly moved under the 3/4 level after the use so I stopped at the gas station and put it back to the 3/4 level. Yet I'm charged 7.57 L for $14.54. 3. I was surprised for the $20 charge for bringing it back after closing (I had rented until 5:00. Closing time so no loss or added cost to U-Haul) but I did bring it back after closing so I'm surprised but no more. 4. Will I recommend? Absolutely not on the basis of points 1 & 2.

Je suis désolée mais je ne suis pas du tou contente du service. Je suis venue récupérer un truck et j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises si les pneus etaient cloutés et performants sur de la neige avec la grosse tempete qu'il y avait eu. Arrivée dans le parking j'ai constaté que ce n'etait pas le cas et je l'ai dis à l'agent en disant que je prefererai changer ma réservation pour un pick up qui devait etre plus adhérent a la route, la personne m'a dit que non car le truck roullait trés bien. De la, la personne m'a demandé d'aller a fond dans la montée car sinon le camion n'allait pas sortir je n'etais pas du tout rassurée ! Arrivée en haut malgré un grosse vitesse le camion n'est pas sorti est s'est enfoncé dans un banc de neige. J'ai manoeuvré pour essayer de m'en sortir je n'y arrivais pas. L'agent m'a dit qu'il allait s'en occuper et il n'y ai pas arrivé non plus après de nombreuses tentatives. J'ai demandé à l'agent d'arrêter et de retourner au parking en marche arrière car les pneus étaient trop dangeureux et que ce n'etait vraiment pas sécuritaire de laisser quelqu'un partir avec cela. J'ai de nouveau demandé un pick up et la personne a refusé. Arrivé au comptoir pour faire l'annulation l'agent a refusé de me rembourser l'assurance et la plupart des frais. Résultat je m'en tire avec une facture de 50$ pour un camion qui n'est pas sorti du parking du U-Haul. 1. The self check in service for the pick up dits work at all. The assistance team could help me with the trouble shooting neither the resolution of the situation. I had to start my rental late because au Haul. 2. The service at the desk was slow (30 minutes) and way unpolite. The lady at the office trowed the blanket on me. She was brutal all the translation long. Futhermire, she asked me for 2 differentsemergency contact, which is not usual at all. Your client service is one of the baddest i have ever expérienced in my life. The lady suggérées me to rent with another compagny of i did not like her approch.

The price charged at the counter differed from the price showed on the reservation. Fortunately I have a screen shot and I will engage in the necessary actions to resolve this. The van was very dirty, which is normal in the winter, but there was no windshield washer to help.

I would like to say that I have had a very good experience with this u haul location. I was going through a very hard time, divorce , moving to quebec, having to deal with so many things. The truck was in a very bad condition. It was very difficult to move it. Literally, the engine was weak. The dolly and blankets were good. Morning service was good. The afternoon could be a little bit more friendly.

The unit I reserved didn’t exist. The unit I was given was smaller and inaccessible due to a mysterious lock that the very rude manager couldn’t open. Then the next unit she gave me was tiny, although she shouted at me and my movers that it was 8x10–it was in fact 4.5x9.5. Because it was so small she ended up giving me a second unit. Trying to find a solution that doesn’t require me to pay for two units or incur the cost of moving my belongings again. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

I am shocked at how bad your service is. I rented an 8x10 unit. The unit had a broken lock and the very rude supervisor gave me a unit that was substantially smaller and another at 7x7 but charged me for the bigger one I originally ordered and claims next month will be free but now I’m getting a bill I owe 360 per month for the two units. She was absolutely the most unhelpful and rude person. I reserved an 8x10 unit. How do they not have the unit I reserved?? Now I have to come back and move all of my things AGAIN and spend more money?! How is this good business? I will write all of this on google and U-Haul reviews. The public should now how badly managed this location is.

I would recommend it maybe out of hollidays. It took me almost 1 hour in front of uhaul building trying to make the procedure through uhaul app that was always blocked and not able to finish the processus, than i had to call the customer service for more assistance and it took me 30 min to make it(the lady was speaking too low and the noise was too much arround me), the lock of the box was not protected from ice, rusty and very very difficult to open (it took us 15 min to open it). I lost more than 1 hour to make the procedure outside , the temperature was -15, and to finish the level of fuel on the car was too low …

Random quality of service. After emptying my locker, since the employee at the counter seemed overwhelmed, I asked to be called to find out if I would be entitled to a refund as I had vacated my locker 4 days after the automatic transfer that was valid for a month. However, I was only sent an email later in the day stating that my account had been closed and that my balance was at zero. When I called the next day, I learned that my locker had already been rented to someone else and that I would not be entitled to a refund. Ordinary as a way of doing things!

J'ai réservé un diable pour électroménager et au moment de prendre l véhicule le diable n'était pas disponible et il n'y avait que des diables standard. J'ai eu beaucoup de problèmes en utilisant ce diable avec un grand réfrigérateur à double porte. La dame en charge n'avait pas l'air de vouloir faire le moindre effort poir résoudre le problème. The cashier who assisted me was very rude and dismissive. Throughout the transaction, his tone was unfriendly and condescending, which made me feel as though I was being treated more like a criminal than a customer. When I asked questions or sought clarification, he responded in a way that felt unprofessional and unhelpful.

I had selected an appliance dolly in my reservation with UHaul and when I showed up, there was no appliance dolly. The employee was not helpful, did not provide any reason as to why there was no appliance dolly and even was suprised when I wanted to remove the dolly from my bill... It was not even available. This forced me to find another dolly for the day as I could not achieve the work I rented the truck for without it. This is unaceptable, when I put a reservation in advance, find people to help me do the work, block my day for this, show up to pickup the equipment I reserverd, I expect it to be available. Very disapointed with uHaul.

The first time I came and asked for a help, the guys working made me wait and didn’t serve me. They were rude and refused to serve me stating they were closing in 20 minutes. I came the day after and the guy who served me didn’t do his job properly. He never took my IDs and put them in the system even though I had paid. I had to come back the week after to deal with this matter. Also, there’s a homeless man who lives on the 6th floor. He was heavily intoxicated, he was swearing and he was being very aggressive. I went downstairs to let the employees know that there was a man who was making a mess on the 6th floor. He was throwing his clothes EVERYWHERE. The employees knew about this guy living there and did nothing to check up on him. POOR QUALITY SERVICE!

I agreed to a rental price for my locker and 2 months after, i was told that i would be increased by 10%. Also, i was told that if i was there for 12 months, that the 13th month would be free. As I was approaching the 12th month and asked how to claim my free month, I was told that I would have had to pay the 12 months at the beginning of the contract. That was never made clear otherwise I would have paid it all up front. Very dismayed for this event, especially the increase mid contract.

Déjà ils nous appellent 2h avant pour nous changer d’endroit de pick up. Ensuite il refuse que le camion soit porté à un autre endroit que le lieux de pick up à l’autre bout de la ville sinon ils nous menacent d’ajouter 300$ de frais. Aucune flexibilité, très mal organisé et une expérience générale désagréable niveau service client.

I'm not certain if this has ever been addressed, but I will take this chance to raise it one last time. It is currently possible to enter the garage, park a car, and go to the upper floors before 10pm, then after attending to a storage unit, attempt to leave and get stuck at the first floor unable to return either to the garage car or to a storage unit. This occurred to me and I had to leave my tires in the stair well, exit the building and take an Uber home only to return first thing the next morning by Uber to get my tires. Anyone with a working code should be able to return to the garage at any time to avoid stranding people in this way. Besides this, my experience was good.

Had better experience at other locations. Staff during the week is slow and has bad attitude, loading sites are often cluttered. Cars regularly park in truck loading bay instead of using the car loading zone, which is inconvenient when you have a truck rented by the hour waiting to load/unload. Once couldn't acces car loading bay, garage door would not open. We were minutes before office hours closing (at 7pm. but hours before the close of facilities at 10pm) and the staff member was annoyed at us that we asked why the door was not opening. Another time, i was in the building at 10pm on the floor that my storage is on. When I wanted to leave, couldn't access the basement where the loading zone is and where my car was parked, had to come back the next day

In general, storage was clean and the local itself. People there serving customers were nice and always ready to help. The only thing I noticed that could change is the management of the repair service. When I first came to secure my locker on June 25, my storage’s door handle was not well fixed and the people assured me someone will come to fix that. Until I leave on July 24, no one came there and I was disappointed. Definitely could do something about it.

La raison de mon départ est que vos frais sont trop élevés. La raison que je loue un Entrepot est que je ne veux pas perdre de temps à attendre mes livraisons d’échantillons à la maison. Je ne peux pas me permettre d’attendre une journée comme je travaille sur la route comme représentante, même si j’ai des livraisons seulement une fois au 5-6 mois. J’ai reçu deux livraisons à votre emplacement qui ont été déposés dans mon Entrepot sans problème. Lors de la troisième livraison, j’ai reçu un appel du nouveau gérant me disant que je devais venir placer mes boites dans mon espace immédiatement (ce qui va à l’encontre de la raison pour laquelle je loue un entrepôt) Il était très insistant et aucunement serviable lors de l’appel. Comme ce sont des échantillons de médicaments, je ne voulais pas qu’ils demeurent accessibles à tous donc j’ai du annuler des rendez vous pour me déplacer à l’entrepôt. C’est la qu’il m’a expliqué que je n’avais pas le forfait pour mettre les livraisons dans l’entrepôt, seulement celui pour accepter les livraisons… pour ajouter la deuxième option ce serait un autre 25$ par mois… Vos frais d’acceptation de livraison et de dépôt dans mon Entrepot sont beaucoup trop élevés. Si vous aviez une option « à la carte » (comme vos compétiteurs) où je pourrais payer seulement quand je reçois des items, ceci serait plus avantageux. Je suis partie pour un compétiteur (il y en a plusieurs à proximité de votre emplacement). Je paie 97$/mois taxes incluses au lieu de 137$/ mois, ce n’est pas négligeable comme différence… ce sera seulement 10$ de plus quand j’aurai des livraisons et non à tous les mois.

L'entrepôt ne pas vraiment avec la température régularisé comment vous dit dans la publicité, services a la clientèle très déçu que des jeunes qui changent tout le temps manque de respect avec un attitude dégradant en vers la clientèle, répond pas lors que ont pose des questions, pas des réponses si besoin pour l'intercom ,aucun connaissance lors des problèmes des codes ,pas de dynamisme ils son toujours au téléphone où semble-t-il qui sont endormi, pourtant cet un travail relax et pas trop compliqué. Le service à la clientèle c'est ne pas pour tout le monde alors faut bien choisir son personnel lors des entrevues manque sérieusement d'empathie et savoir faire ,vous pouvez toujours faire mieux.

Très bon service avec personnel courtois et choix d'accessoires de déménagement. Très bon système de sécurité. I went to your offices on may 25th to get a spot for the month of June. I explained in detail to the person who attended me that I only needed the month of June since I’m moving the July 1st. The guy started the contract from the same date I was there (may 25th) which means that will have covered only until June 24th. When I received the email asking me to make the payment for another month I was confused because I pointed since the beginning it was only for June. I drove to the offices again to clarify the situation. In short, I had to pay $206.02 for the 5 remaining days of the month because they weren’t able to receive a payment for only 5 days. Again, I only asked for one month and I ended it up paying 2 month because of someone else’s fault.

Expérience désagréable et malhonnête. J’ai fait la réservation de deux storages pour le mois de juin en spécifiant au préposé présent le 1er juin que ma location de camion ne me permettait pas de vider le 30 juin comme stipulé sur le contrat. Celui m’a dit que je pouvais venir le vider le 1er juillet sans problème lorsque j’allais avoir accès à mon camion. Le 1er juillet, Uhaul m’a chargé un mois complet de loyer pour juillet pour les deux storages. Le 5 juillet, j’ai reçu un email confirmant la fermeture de dossier et de mes deux storages. Donc en ce moment je paye pour deux storages dont je n’ai pas besoin et qui sont fort probablement loués à quelqu’un d’autre. J’ai tenté à deux reprises de discuter avec le manager. Une fois en personne le 1er juillet et par téléphone le 5 juillet 2022. Il n’a jamais voulu trouver une solution alors que j’étais prêt à payer des frais de retard malgré la mauvaise information que j’ai reçue. Me faire payer le mois de juillet alors que je n’ai pas accès à ces deux storages est hautement malhonnête. Cette expérience met fin à mon envie de faire affaire avec vous dans le futur. Monte charge souvent bloqué par alarme et aucune intervention possible. Ascenseur bloqué par entretien pendant une heure, l'employée nettoyait les locaux vacants pendant que les clients attendent un ascenseur disponible (lors de deux visites distinctes.) Local d'entreposage dangereux, vis à nu partout, 2 meubles endommagés et blessure à la cheville, grave négligence de U-Haul, plainte envoyée à la santé publique sur les risques de blessures. Le pire endroit en ville, Crémazie Ouest => génial. Jean-Talon Ouest => génial. St-Michel? Juste des ennuis à chaque visite. Plus jamais U-Haul, j'irai voir Depotium la prochaine fois, merci!

When you reserve a unit online, the unit you choose is not reserved. I reserved a 15x10 and when came to the building I was told that only 5x2 or so were available. Fortunately for me the manager working there had called me before I came to make sure that I was coming and put it aside for me. So only after the clerk and the manager talked together, I was told that there was one 15x10 available for me. So thank you to this wonderful manager but the U-Haul company has to do better with their online service. The website lets you think that your unit is waiting for you but it is not the case.

Malgré que l'entreposage en soi était propre, pratique et accessible, le personnel est vraiment ce qu'il manque. À la succursale de St-Michel, le gérant est odieux et se permet de traiter les clients n'importe comment. Lors de mon départ, il m'a infantilisé puis m'a indiqué qu'il allait me charger le mois suivant (et que c'était de ma faute vu que la carte de crédit était au dossier), et qu'en plus de tout cela, il allait relouer l'unité sans problème pour qu'ils puissent être payés en double. J'ai trouvé ce comportement abherrant et je suis en attente du upper management pour voir s'il peut y avoir une résolution. Bien sur, j'attends de voir la résolution de ce conflit avant de laisser un avis public sur Google.

Je ne connais pas la politique des autres compétiteurs mais j’aurais aimé que pour le dernier mois de location d’un espace on puisse payer moins cher qu’un mois entier. Exemple: je quittais le 5 mars mon paiement arrivait le 26 février et j’ai dû payer le plein montant de location… Ce serait une belle promotion pour U’Haul de favoriser le nombre de jours au dernier mois et diminuer la mensualité…. Très bon service!!!

Put hand sanitizer in the entrances, by the garage and by the front. Also, why are there so many people wandering around without masks on? The contractors you hire do not wear masks, and there were many others there working not wearing them either. It's stressful and unpleasant. They also come into the elevator with you without a mask. I will avoid this U-haul in future and advise others to do the same.

Nous avons eu de grandes difficultés lors de nombreux appels pour réserver le camion. Le personnel sur place en arrivant étaient tout mêlés et ont du refaire une réservation de lockeur. Il y avait deux camions à l'arrivée ce qui a retardé le dépactage. Pour aller chercher les choses au lockeur, même problème avec une rampe qui est indisponible. Par contre, cette fois-ci le monsieur de la réception était sympathique et rassurant (9 août en matinée). Merci à cet personne!

They went above and beyond to accommodate me at the last minute a day before moving day!!! Do not get fooled by the google map bad reviews. These people most likely expected miracles under rude pressure and not having empathy and sympathy for the uhaul staff who are working hard to help is wrong and selfish in my eyes!!!! And from personal experience better move before the 1st of July and give landlords a 2 months heads up to not go through the drama of not finding peace on Canada Day🖖🏾

Tristement, c'est la pire expérience de service à la clientèle et de professionnalisme que j'ai vu. 1. Le personnel nous dormait (littéralement) dans la face ou étaient sur leur cell 30 secondes avant de nous répondre. 2. J'ai demandé un 7x8x8. L'entrepot qu'on m'a proposé était un 5x8x8! Les employés ne m'ont pas cru, alors je l'ai mesuré et leur ai montré... ils m'en ont donné un autre après, encore un 5x8x8... ils m'ont ensuite dit que tous leur 7x8x8 sont comme ça (ça me fait aucun sens). Je leur ai dit que je paie pour un 7x8x8 donc je dois en avoir un! Ils ne me donnaient aucune piste d'accommodement et me disait que c'était comme ça... (tout en me dormant dans la face encore) je leur ai convaincu d'aller voir leurs autre 7x8x8 disponibles... ils m'ont donc ouvert un 5x5x8 (????) et finalement un (5x10x8). Je leur ai dit que je suis tanné alors je vais prendre ce dernier. 3. Par contre, un 5x10x8 est 10$ moins cher qu'un 7x8x8... mais les employés n'ont pas voulu baisser le prix... pas moyen de parler à un supérieur. Je paie donc 10$/mois trop cher! 4. Je leur ai dit qu'ils avaient un problème d'inventaire. Je leur ai dit de dire à leur supérieur de refaire l'inventaire... ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas à eux de le faire, mais plutôt à celui qui a construit le bâtiment (???????) J'ai donc arrêter de parler face à tant d'incompétence et d'incohérence. 5. Je ne recommenderais donc pas cette expérience à quiconque! Bonne journée!

L'employée qui m'a servi a vraiment très bien répondue à mes attentes. Je l'ai trouvé très polie et courtoise. Elle m'a donné le maximum d'infos nécessaires sur l'endroit. Merci beaucoup pour sa patience :) Le pourquoi de mon départ le jour même était dû au fait que le local que je voulais ne faisait pas la grandeur totale affichée par votre site internet. Je voulais un 10x15 (donc 150 pi/ca) mais la superficie était d'environ 9x13 (donc 117 pi/ca) ce qui représente 33 pi/ca en moins. Donc trop petit pour mes besoins d'espace. Lorsque votre 6e étage sera construit j'irai refaire une visite en espérant trouver un full 150 pi/ca ( 10x15 réel ) Je vais attendre jusqu'aux vacances de la construction pour la possible chance de trouver un 150 pi/ca.
