Nothing. Guys in there are always awsome. Have been renting equipment from uhaul a few times a year for several years. Always clear cut, straight to point rentals with no hidden fees. Equipment is always well maintained, operational and stout. Will continue renting from uhaul in the future. Reminds me of growing up with a father in the military and constantly moving around the states. 🇺🇸

Trailer was full of sticks. Two evenings after work I tried to return the trailer after hours but a box u-haul truck blocked the entrance. It wasnt until the third attempt I was able to squeeze by the truck just enough to enter the parking lot and drop off the trailer after hours. Now they are demanding more money. It's not right.

Patrick WCould not return the U-Haul early on Sunday. Received a call from an angry representative as to why the equipment was not returned by 7:00am. The reason being they open later on Sunday. The U-Haul rep left a vm that if we did not return this call, it would be considered stolen. The angry vm came after the return at 40th and Camelback Road was completed. Go figure.
MARK BStaff was amazing I got there early they opened early I wasn’t there 10 minutes and I was on the road with my trailer. When I was done the gentleman was outside, unhooked my equipment offered to fix an issue and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Awesome! Amazing! Excellent customer service. Thank you!!

TERRY HI will never be back, and I will be sure to tell everyone about this situation. When checking in, I told the gentleman whose name tag stated he was the owner that I would be back between 1630 and 1830. I called the location at 1730 in effort to let the Uhaul team know that I would be back in approximately one hour, but no one answered after sitting on hold for a minute and a half, and then another 30 or so seconds waiting for the customer service team to answer as no one answered at the Arcadia location. At the time of dropping off the vehicle, I was told by the gentleman that because I was more than an hour late from my original drop off time, I would be charged for a (second) full day. This is absurd. First and foremost, this business practice is predatory. The owner knew I could be back at 1830 and did not adjust the time because it's profitable for him. Second, it's wildly abusive as there was zero indication or conversation from the check in person that there would be a FULL DAY's fee for being an hour or 2 late. Why didn't the owner change or recommend me changing the check in time to 1830? Unbelievable.

I had to go back in to get my receipt after he told me the guy who was checking the milage would give me a receipt! That was the worst part of the delivery of the truck back. He was to busy chatting with the guy checking the milage instead of helping me

Thomas WVan was clean & performed perfectly, but was overdue a required oil change. The check equipment app would not upload all photos of the van, requiring several tries and assistance from the agent.
MELVIN EService was excellent, except the delivery of the Container took an extra day. No problem except the two extra trips we had to. Make to meet up with the container. I did not complain … you asked !

ALICE WMy experience with U-Haul was excellent all the way through. I was missing a part to be able to tow. He found me a location that had it and could install it. When I got there, they were expecting me and found an easier solution and had me headed back to pick up my trailer super quick. Every employee I dealt with at both locations was polite helpful respectful and just overall nice. It was such a positive experience, and took away the stress I was feeling over doing something is not my normal day to day scope.
